Question: Some people said they had kps on me because I "kidnapped" my son, which I was joking carrying to put him in time out. I was his mother and they thought I kidnapped him when I was actually joking to put him in time out. Do they have kps on me?

You yourself would need at least major permissions or Kill permissions to kidnap, which would make the situation invalid
