I want to ask if its possible for me to get the old attributes to my new account my new account is mumin104 and my old one is kirito104

I'm going to give you the same response a friend of mine got from a staff member even when he provided a screenshot of his old attributes. Unfortunately they are unable to transfer attributes from their old account to their new account, Mind you this was about 1 to 2 years ago now so they might have changed it but from my knowledge, that's how it is currently so your best bet would be grinding them all again :(
