EVIDENCE:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Usually it's kept in my inventory, either I misplaced it down and it disappeared or it just got accidentally removed from my inventory slot or some glitch happened. I'm quite unsure of the cause. Or maybe I'm just not seeing things right.
