Rank Issues

Hey, i know many players know this, however I discovered it for myself and its quite annoying. When you donate and receive a rank (Rich Kid, Famous Kid etc), your age and school year level resets and is permanently on year 7. I was previously year 12 but the whole roleplay is so much different now that im year 7, please help fix this issue as i know many others have experienced this.
