I recently purchase a rank for my character successfully without issue and now I am trying to purchase a rank upgrade on behalf of a friend I have entered their information and all the payment details correctly and check multiple times to see if everything was correct as well as ask help from others in the community I know for a fact I have the money to make a purchase on my card and have entered all the card payment details correctly and ticked the terms and conditions boxes however when I proceed to purchase an error message come onto the browser me and my friend who this is for have tried just about everything and are not sure exactly what is wrong if anyone knows what may be wrong or has any suggestions on how to fix this problem your help would be much appreciated
