Also with the AFK one, I was on a trip in Florida, I was visiting Disney World, I came back home and said I was banned from one server (Will not name it) then a few weeks later SRP after finding out the hacker had installed Anti-AFK things on my account. I also do not hack neither do I know how to hack.

I take full responsibility of this, again I am very sorry, it was my fault and it will not happen again.

To help people, as thats me out-of-game and in-game, I've always liked helping people and wish to do this always.

What do you know about the role you’re applying for?:
I know, they are there to help treat people, they are higher up and nurse and know more about the medical field, they do check ups, and sometimes even assist in Surgeries which is rare.

What do you know about basic medical knowledge?:
I know how to treat panic attacks, broken bones, bloody nose, and when to keep them from choking if unconscious for an example, if someone is unconscious and they throw up, you need to keep their air way open and try to keep the vomit from going down the air way.

List all the EMS roles and their jobs:
Paramedic: They are usually the ones that answer calls for an emergency out of the hospital, like if someone falls or a stabbing occurs, they are the ones that go out and assist the situation

Attending Physician: They are the ones that get diagnoses and prescribe the person medicine, what type of care they need, etc.

Residents: They are like house staff for medical students in that hospital, such as higher ups teach them how to do things within that hospital.

Specialist: It is when someone has a serious medical or injury that not a normal Hospital worker can take care of, so they call him/her in and have them do further tests on the person.

Registered Nurse: They are there to monitor the person as well as give drugs to the person via an IV.

Licensed Practical Nurses: They check blood pressure and help people bathe and dress, they are watched by the Register Nurse.

Nurse Practitioners and Physician's Assistants: They team up with a Physician to care for someone in their hands or care, they help the Physician with things they might need and care for the person.

Patient Advocate: They are there to receive complaints from people if something is wrong with a doctor(s) or with what medical treatment they received.

Patient Care Technicians: They are usually there to read Vital signs, moving people from bed to wheelchair, etc.

Physical The******s: they are there if someone breaks a leg and/or arm or anything of that nature they are there to help you recover fast or even after you have surgery and cannot walk, they will help you gain strength back.

Speech Pathologists: They are there for when people have an issue talking, or a stroke or even swallowing they will help you get everything back to normal and make sure you are back to normal by the end of treatment.

Special Workers: They provide support, information and education and they also help people prepare for discharging from the Hospital and suggesting things to do at home once they are freed from the Hospital.

Dietitians: They are there to help people get more healthy if needed when they are discharged, like if someone is in the hospital for Diabetes they will recommend a diet to help you better.

Interpreter Services: This service is for people who are deaf or hard of hearing people and for people whose first language wasn't English.

Rapid Response Team: They are usually a team of doctors, nurses, and respiratory the******, they rush to the room and assist the problem if the person condition is deteoriting.

I am very friendly, my character loves to take care of people and is a single father of 3, so as you can guess he is very busy with work and kids, but he usually finds time for everything.




How would you describe your personality in summary?:
He is friendly, supportive as well as gay and not afraid to show it, he is always looking after people and hopes the best for people when they are discharged from the Hospital.



How would you describe your appearance?
He would have the Doctor uniform on, it would be very well cleaned as well as ironed and taken well care of and blue eyes, he would have black hair and be about 5'9 looking to be about 118lbs

Seojun 'Jun' Kishiko
He was always good at Medical, when he was born his parents were also doctors but they did die shortly after cause of a poison that hit them when working, he was taken into a Foster Home in Seoul, South Korea where he spent most of his life, when he was 15 he was told he was being adopted by the Kishiko family in Japan, he was shy at first to his brother, but later got used to him. He also had to serve in the military for 2 years due to the law in Korea, but right after that he enrolled in a college for four year, in 2015 he graduated from the college and started looking for jobs, he found one that stood out in Karakura, Japan and applied and was accepted and was very happy when he found out. So he now works at Karakura Hospital.

He was adopted by a loving person, she did move away but he is still with his brother 'Levi' Kishiko, and loves him dearly, he always told his brother that he loved him, 10 years later they are in the same town together.

Fast forward to June 7th 2020 at age 25, he has adopted 3 kids and is single but raising them on his own, but sometimes with the help of his brother 'Levi'. 'Jun's kids are very happy that they were adopted by a kind loving soul.
