I am a very active person. I am usually on around 12 PM to 9 PM but I usually end up taking breaks between those things to go running, or go work out in general or just to take a break from Minecraft for a bit. I have been on the server for about 4 years now I am unsure on the exact time frame but I have seen the Yandere school, the KFC stuff like that I've been around for and I am still a very active player throughout the server, I wish to keep being apart of the server for as long as I can before I move onto the next chapter of my life.

I was on a trip to Disney at the time and I was gone for about a week I came back home and saw my password was changed on my minecraft account I fixed that issue and I tried logging onto another server that wasn't SRP and was banned for "Hacking" I realized someone had installed hacks into my game but I thought that was all the hacks until a week later I went AFK on SchoolRP (Now Roleplay Hub) to get some ice cream I came back to me being banned then realized the person didn't just install one hack but another for SchoolRP. I have explained to everyone what happened. Some said I was lying, some believed me but trust me I wasn't lying. I did not bring my laptop with me on a trip and I didn't have a phone on me at the time at all.
Asking for money to donate to the server, happened January 2020, Loooper banned me

With this it's a bit self-explanatory but I am going to say what lead up to this ban, I was VERY sick at the time of the ban I had a fever of 102°F (36.6C) and I wasn't myself at the time, I was not ok I had a bad cold with a fever and I am fully aware it is not an excuse for what happened and I take full blame for it just explaining what I was feeling at the time, I get like that with a fever been sick countless of times when I just kind of just said things that were dumb and such.
I have no active warnings, and haven't been warned since 2018. I would also like to add I have changed over time and that was like my only ban in like two years and I haven't broken a rule since what happened in January.

What’s your motivation to apply for EMS, how will you benefit our medical team?:
I have always liked helping people and I have seen the frontline services on the server. I would be a good addition to the team because of the amount of effort I put in when doing this type of thing. I am a very loyal person and it takes a lot to actually leave something I like and such, I have been a KPD officer and understand all of the frontline forces of SchoolRP. I worked alongside some amazing people and I have also seen how good the new person that runs the hospital, I applaud Bert and the rest of the medical team of SchoolRP, they do work hard and such. I am proud to say I am applying for the Medical team of SchoolRP.

I am applying for the role of a doctor.

They are there to ensure the patient, you do this by diagnosing and treating the person, ailments, injuries, or pain and ask what are the problems the person is having things like that, there's one type of doctor for every major system in the body, for example if someone comes into the hospital with extreme pain you ask them what is the pain scale which is indicated by asking usually "Describe the pain from 1 to 10" I have seen it before when I sprained my ankle, when my mom was in the hospital it is apart of the medical practice you try to find the cause of the problem and if you can find it treat the person with medicine, surgery or anything that will be needed to help the person to ensure they are healthy enough to leave the hospital.

Code Red - This is meaning there is a fire located somewhere in the hospital and all staff must take action and bring all the patients to safety and ensure everyone is out.
Code Blue - This is indicating a person has gone into Cardiac Arrest this is meaning the person's heart has stopped working and you have to rush into the room to try to restart their heart.
Code Green - Meaning a certain part of the hospital or the whole hospital is having to be evacuated from the building, a fire for example and there's no other way out or if a leak happened on one side and got everyone out.
Code Yellow - This meaning a patient is missing either the person has run away or someone has taken the person somehow without being caught by the Doctors within the hospital.
Code Amber - This means an Infant or child has gone missing and you must report it to the police and try to find the person, it would be a team effort to find the person.
Code White - Aggression, this is indicating the person is attacking hospital staff or another patient or just acting aggressive in General, your best option is to get everyone to a safe place and call the police and try to calm the person down once Police get there and assist the situation.
Code Pink - Meaning a child/infant has gone into cardiac arrest and you must try your best to save the Child/Infant which can be very challenging since the tinier the person is the harder it is to do Surgery on them or even to revive the person from cardiac arrest.
Code Orange - Meaning something has happened outside of the hospital, an example is a Tornado, Flood, or even a severe storm that could cause a threat to anyone inside the hospital.
Code Brown - Hazardous Spill, this is meaning a toxic substance has spilled and can cause potential harm to the doctors or patients inside the hospital and must be handled in a calm manner to ensure no one panics.
Code Silver - This is meaning the hospital is under lockdown and needs to be treated professionally and needs to be helped to ensure everyone is safe no matter if someone is attempting to attack the Hospital or just someone acting out of order.
Do you take acknowledgement of the fact that if you’re inactive for a long period of time you will be demoted, and do you respect this fact?
Yes, I am usually active and if I have to be inactive I will be sure to let the hospital staff know why and how long I will be inactive.

Head-Physician - This is the head of the hospital and usually does the job that all the others have even if the normal people for that job are not around.
Clinical Manager - This person is like the co-owner but not exactly that person is there to help the Head-Physician and such, usually there is not just one person that is dealing with the entire hospital team, it's usually a two man job deciding who gets accepted into the Hospital or more people have to decide on this, though I feel like everyone has to agree to this one person that applied.
Surgical Department - These are the people that are there to perform surgeries like an emergency surgery that only the Surgical Department can do.
Doctors Departments - This is the group of people that handles when a person comes in injured, they are in charge of diagnosing the person, finding a treatment, seeing what hurts, stuff like that and once they find whats the issue and if they need surgery they will contact the Surgical Department for the surgery for the person.
Nurses Departments - They have to conduct physical exams, take detailed health care histories, listen to patients for their physical and mental needs, coordinate care with other health care specialists, ensure you know the up to date treatment plans, they also draw blood, and perform other testings, and check the patient's vital signs.
Psychiatry Department - This group of people specialize in Mental Health, this combines with The******s, stuff like that and they actually help people who have a mental disorder that needs treatment an example is Dissociative Identity Disorder, stuff like that.

He acts very polite, he is a very loving person, he is very passionate about taking care of people. He has 4 kids and a wife and is a very humble person and as such, he cares for his co-workers, family and even strangers as that's what he has wanted to do his entire life.

He is a very laid back person, he helps a lot he has always wanted to help since he was very young and he wants the best for his family, he spends a lot of his time taking care of people, family, strangers even co-workers he enjoys every day of his life saving people's life, he is a very passionate person and wants the best for everyone. He wishes everyone well.

You would see a male standing at 6'2 with blonde hair and blue eyes, he would have a bit of a messy hairstyle but still well kept. He would seem to be a tall male he would have a fit body built for him. He would smell of cologne. He would have a very clean doctor's coat on.

He was born in the city of New York City, he moved to Japan with his father at the age of 10 years old after his father passed away. Sadly she committed sucided when he was 14 years old soon after police had found his mother and transported him with his clothes and items to a foster center, a few months later he got notified a family had adopted him from Karakura, Japan he was flown with his foster mom who waited with him until they had arrived, they finally arrived, a few years passed by and he attended college locally where he met his current wife, Viktoria Blackburn at the age of 28, Viktoria spent a lot of time with him until he found out she had a child at the young age, soon after they got married and had 3 more children. His wife and children have spent a while with each other and he has been supporting them since then but his mother who adopted him died but that doesn't affect him much as he is now happy where he is now living with his wife and 4 kids.
He is a very kind person, he spends a lot of his time either helping out people or just being with his wife and kids, he has seen the emergency side of Karakura by working as a KPD officer. He hopes some day to continue his journey by helping out people and being there for them.
He was in college for about 6 years, he joined college when he was 19 years old and spent most of his life doing other things advancing his medical knowledge, he graduated he was 30 years old spent 3 years in residency and two years in a clinic outside of Karakura.
