I was banned once or twice when I first joined back in 2021 and still learning the rules, one of the bans were a misunderstanding that was promptly removed once the culprit came forwards, this being the only ban that I've ever had to appeal for.

A receptionist is in charge of providing adequate information on a variety of topics to students and visitors alike, information can vary from the usual timetable to the school rules and disciplinary procedures.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've been roleplaying on Roleplay Hub (Specifically SRP) since January of 2021, though I have also engaged in roleplay before I knew of SRP's existence by about 3 to 4 years.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I've played as an 18 year old 12th Grade student for two OOC years now and decided it was time to branch out and try a different role in Karakura's society, I've thought about joining faculty before but decided to make sure that I've honed my skills in DetailRP before joining, which leads me to now.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Ramona would simply look on at the student, her face displaying a rather disgusted expression in reaction to the student's tone of voice and choice of foul language before formally and respectfully issuing the offending student a warning for their behaviour, sternly telling the offender that behaviour such as this will not be tolerated and will be followed up with a detention or worse if carried on.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Ramona would immediately radio staff, letting the rest of faculty know exactly where these students are for further assistance. Once she'd finish reporting the fight, she'd get in between the two brawling students, pushing them apart from one another, though also being careful enough to not use too much force in order to prevent further injury to the two students or cause enough discomfort to provoke them into attempting to injuring her. As soon as another member of faculty arrive, she'd get the students looked over for injury, during which she would take whichever student isn't currently being checked over and ask them about what caused the fight, she'd then repeat this for the other student to get a clear view on the situation and apply disciplinary measures accurately.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Ramona would respectfully and formally ask the employee to stop what they're doing, reminding them that not only are they risking their own job, but potentially the safety of others while they're at it. If the employee showed no sign of stopping, she'd ask once again, this time a lot sterner; even if the employee listened to Ramona on her 2nd warning, she'd still discuss the matter with the rest of faculty to decide on whether or not the employee in question should be bought up to higher powers for their reckless behaviour.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Socially, Ramona tends to get along with everyone she speaks to. Though she's rather formal and can be seen from the outside as a serious and bold businesswoman, she's actually extremely kind and has an extremely caring personality. She's rather quick with a joke and can be quite witty with what she says and often tells interesting stories to her peers. Her table manners are impeccable, you'd never see her with her feet on the table or just lounging around, she'd always be up to something whether it's finishing up school paperwork while drinking coffee or reading a book.

/me She'd sit on her chair, one leg swung over the other, aligning her various pieces of stationary neatly on the right side of the desk she'd be seated at. Her eyes would quickly dart to the front of the desk as she noticed the student approach her, immediately stopping her organisation in favour of her job duties. A smile would spread across her face as she looked towards the student with confidence. "Hello there! How may I help you today?"
/me Her eyebrows would furrow as she had no choice but to listen to the horrific and foul language that came spewing out of the student's mouth towards her. A deep sigh escaped her mouth as she reached into the drawer below her, soon followed with a swift punishment via the handout of a detention slip. As her hand slowly and gracefully reached out toward the student, giving them the detention slip, a wide smug smile drew across her face. "I'll see you in detention, have a great day!"
/me Her face lacking of much emotion, she seemed completely entranced with the book she'd holding. Her eyes would be seen scanning the words written within, followed by the swift flip of the page and a quick sip of her coffee as she sat cross-legged in the break room. Early Life to Adolescence
Ramona was born in Gothenburg, Sweden to a Swedish mother and British father. Her mother was a stay at home wife; cleaning, cooking and taking care of the kids while her father was a British university teacher that taught Swedish. Due to her father being able to rake in a large yearly salary, her mother never had to worry about working herself. At the age of 8, Ramona, along with her mother, her half-brother and her father, moved to England as her father was offered a new job at a university there for higher pay. Ramona was incredibly close with her father and her mother but she favoured her father. Ramona's father would read her bedtime stories every night without fail, even putting off his own work for a little while just to keep his daughter happy. Ramona aspired to be a teacher or professor, just like her father. From a young age, she had shown promise for her dreams as she excelled in her language classes and had a higher vocabulary over most children her age, she only continued to build upon these skills as she grew and worked further toward her dream job, in order to make her father proud. Ramona was always mature for her age, often showing more maturity than her older brother, causing her to often find him annoying, a mindset she keeps to this day. Although close to her parents, this all changed when she reached the age of 18 when she found out that both her mother and father were cheating on each-other after coming home to an argument between the two. This sparked a rage inside of Ramona, causing her to grow a hatred for her family. Her hatred only grew from there, leaving home without warning 3 months after the ordeal and choosing to flee to Karakura, Japan, the furthest she could afford away from her home.
18 and Onwards
Once in Karakura, she knew she was all alone and had to make things work for herself with no support. Perfectly confident with her academic abilities and life skills, she slowly worked her way through school, aspiring to be a businesswoman. Through school, she showed exceptional skills in business studies especially, proving to be one of the highest achievers. It was through her maturity and independence that Ramona would eventually meet the then-tutor, Silvio Russo. Ramona and Silvio always seemed to get along well, eventually he took on a parental role in Ramona's life, offering her a place to stay and welcoming her into his family via adoption. Ramona would now have a brand new, loving family which only propelled her morale and dedication to her work. She'd blast through college, studying hard and endlessly for her new degree in business studies whilst also babysitting Silvio's twin children while he wasn't home. Eventually, through enough perseverance and dedication to her studies, Ramona would pass her finals with exceptional results . With a degree in Business under her belt, she decided she needed to save up some money for start-up funds for whatever business she wishes to start in her future. Due to her father's positive recollection of his time working in Karakura High School & College, Ramona believed this would be the best place to start for some money.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining the faculty here at KHS is rather simple: I enjoyed my time here as a student and wish to help other students prosper in the way I did. Not only this, but my father previously worked here as the tutor's head of department. I often watched him work with his peers and really enjoyed the close bond that many faculty members had with each other, I myself wanting to follow in his footsteps in this regard.

I believe that I should be accepted over other applicants due to the dedication I bring to the table. I'm extremely punctual, hard-working and plenty see me as a role model. Not only this, but I have experience with kids myself, often having to look after my younger siblings when my father is off doing lawyer work.
