ISSUE: Region Problem
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This isn’t necessarily an apartment issue. It’s more so a property (shop) issue. I cannot build past the yellow and black carpet, as well as edit any of the walls/ceiling. In the last image, I cannot right-click nor destroy the trapdoor on the window.

The shop region was set up in a way so that shopkeepers
wouldn't expand it. This is most likely because your shop is
right by another one, hence the seemingly empty space that
sets them apart. If you believe this is an error, please contact
your faction lead and they will take over this request
