List your current and past IC/OOC faction applications:
N/A
(I previously had an account on SRP but lost access to it after being away for some time. During my time on that account, I had been accepted for both the Russian and Spanish language applications)

Describe your activity on the server:
I am quite active on the server, as I work from home and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to spend a good amount of time playing, mostly 14 hours a day i'm playing.

What is your motivation for applying?:
I have enjoyed the server for a long time, and it continues to offer plenty of things for me to do. My motivation for applying comes from wanting to experience new aspects of SRP and challenge myself with different responsibilities. I have several objectives within the game, such as building a strong career path, improving roleplay interactions, contributing to the faction’s growth, and becoming a respected member of the community. I have always loved the KPD and would be honored to join, not only to fulfill my goals but also to learn as much as I can from the officers and grow within the faction. Joining the KPD would allow me to add more depth and realism to my roleplay experience while learning from experienced and dedicated members.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Since my first days on SRP, I became very curious about police work, especially after seeing how important CombatRP and law enforcement interactions were to the overall roleplay experience. As I spent more time on the server, I gained a strong understanding of how serious, professional, and realistic police roleplay must be. I learned that police work is not just about CombatRP, but also about communication, teamwork, leadership, patience, and understanding proper server protocols.
I have knowledge of how custody works, knowing that once someone is arrested, officers must properly store their information in the KPD database, handle their belongings appropriately, and follow strict jail and bail procedures. I understand the importance of interrogations, knowing that LOOC conversations aren't allowed during questioning, and that suspects must follow realistic behaviors. Regarding CombatRP, I learned about the importance of using force proportionally: using batons, stun blasters, pepper spray, and handcuffs properly within realistic scenarios. I also know the role of permissions, like how players get assault or kill permissions depending on the severity of their crime. Additionally, I understand the role and responsibilities behind KPD equipment: from using the police baton for close-range neutralization, handcuffs for secure arrests, radios for communication, stun blasters for stopping suspects at a distance, breathalyzers during DUIs, pepper sprays for crowd control, and even tranquilizers by higher ranks for more serious threats. Overall, I have a good base knowledge of what it takes to properly perform police work on SRP, and I am extremely motivated to learn even more directly from the experienced officers. I respect the hard work that goes into every arrest, patrol, and interaction, and I am ready to put in the effort to represent the KPD professionally and contribute to a positive, realistic roleplay environment.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police play a crucial role in SchoolRP by maintaining law, order, and security within the server. The KPD ensures that players follow the rules, creating a balanced and immersive environment. They provide structure by managing criminal activities, resolving conflicts, and supporting roleplay scenarios that require law enforcement involvement. This dynamic allows for a richer, more engaging experience where players can experience both sides of justice, such as crime and law enforcement, fostering deeper interaction and storytelling throughout the community.

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
My character is a young and attractive woman with unique red hair, which gives her a distinct appearance. She has a calm and observant nature, finding peace in the sound of the sea. What truly makes her stand out is her keen observational skills, she can easily tell when someone is lying or hiding something, which makes her incredibly insightful and perceptive in social situations. Her ability to read people and situations adds a unique edge to her personality.

How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
My character is someone who handles both professional and casual situations with a perfect balance of composure, respect, and confidence. In professional, she is focused, diligent, and efficient, ensuring that every task is completed with precision and attention to detail. She communicates clearly and remains calm under pressure, making her reliable and trustworthy. In casual situations, she is approachable and warm, showing empathy and understanding, but still maintaining a level of professionalism in her interactions. Her ability to shift seamlessly between these settings makes her both effective and relatable.

What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
My character believes that teamwork is the cornerstone of success in any role, especially in high-pressure environments like law enforcement. She values each individual's strengths and understands that working together creates a stronger, more efficient team. She is always ready to offer support, share knowledge, and collaborate with her colleagues to achieve common goals. Her belief in the power of teamwork makes her an excellent listener and a dependable teammate, ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued, which ultimately leads to a more harmonious and productive work environment.

What's your character's backstory?
My character was born in Tokyo, where her early years were filled with both joy and innocence. Raised by a family she believed to be her own, she attended Jujutsu Tech up until the age of 13. During this time, she was an active and creative student, forming close friendships and indulging in her love for drawing and exploring the vibrant streets of Tokyo. Life seemed perfect as she embraced the city's energy and the bonds she shared with friends.
However, everything changed when she discovered the devastating truth about her origins. She wasn’t the daughter of the people who raised her. She had been stolen from her biological family as a baby. Overcome with anger, confusion, and a deep sense of betrayal, she confronted her adoptive parents. Feeling that her entire life had been a lie, she couldn’t bear to stay another day. She ran away from home, leaving the people she once called family behind.
Her journey led her to Kurakura, where she hoped to find answers and reconnect with the family she had never known. The reunion with her biological parents was overwhelming. They welcomed her with open arms, but it was bittersweet, as she couldn’t help but feel the loss of the life she had lived. Her mother enrolled her in Kurakura School, hoping it would provide her with a fresh start. At Kurakura, she was initially distant and introverted. The weight of her past and the shock of everything she had been through made it hard for her to open up to others. She focused on her studies and kept to herself, finding comfort in the size of the school and the variety of activities it offered. The spacious campus and endless opportunities fascinated her, and she found solace in simple things like volleyball, which she began playing to distract herself from the chaos in her mind. Though she kept to herself in the beginning, over time, her passion for volleyball and the school’s activities brought her out of her shell. She slowly made genuine friends who understood her struggles and accepted her for who she was. These friendships, built on shared experiences and mutual understanding, became the foundation of her new life at Kurakura.

Now, with her biological family by her side and a close-knit group of friends, she feels a sense of belonging for the first time in years. She continues to navigate the challenges of her past, but with the support of those around her, she is determined to build a brighter future for herself.

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
If I see my co-workers physically abusing an inmate, the first thing I would do is intervene immediately, if it’s safe to do so. I can’t stand by and let someone be harmed, especially when it’s someone under my care. I would step in to stop the abuse and ensure the inmate is moved to a safe location away from the situation. Once the immediate threat is neutralized, I’d make sure to report the incident to my superior or higher authority right away. I know the importance of following the correct procedures and reporting such behavior through the proper channels. I would document everything I saw the time, location, actions so there is an accurate record of the incident for any investigations that may follow. I’d cooperate fully with any investigations that take place, providing honest and clear statements to make sure the truth comes out. The abuse needs to be addressed and dealt with appropriately, and I know I have a responsibility to be part of that process. Lastly, I’d make sure the inmate gets the support they need, whether that’s medical attention or just emotional support. It's my duty to ensure their safety and well-being. I would never turn a blind eye to something like this. Abuse is unacceptable, and it’s my responsibility to stop it and report it as quickly as possible.

What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
If I see my co-worker being assaulted, the first thing I would do is assess the situation to make sure it's safe for me to intervene. If I can step in without putting myself in danger, I would immediately try to separate the individuals involved and stop the assault. My priority would be to protect my co-worker and prevent further harm. After ensuring my co-worker is safe, I would call for backup and alert any nearby security or authorities who can assist in managing the situation. It’s important to act quickly and get the right support to avoid escalation. I would also make sure my co-worker receives medical attention if needed and provide them with support, whether that's physically helping them or just offering emotional support in the aftermath.
Once the situation is under control, I would report the assault to my superiors or the appropriate authorities, making sure to document everything I saw and did. This is crucial for ensuring the incident is handled properly and that the right action is taken against the perpetrator. I would cooperate fully with any investigations and provide my honest account of what happened. It's essential to stand up for what's right and ensure that everyone is safe and held accountable for their actions.

What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
If I found out that my co-worker is corrupt and helping criminal organizations, I would feel a deep sense of betrayal, but I know I have to handle the situation responsibly. The first thing I would do is gather any evidence I can to support the claim. I wouldn’t jump to conclusions without proof, but if I see or hear anything suspicious, I’d make sure to document it clearly. Once I have enough information, I would report it to a superior or internal affairs. This is not something I could ignore. Corruption undermines everything I stand for and the integrity of the entire organization. I would make sure the report is made through the proper channels so it can be investigated thoroughly and handled appropriately. I’d be prepared for the consequences of exposing this corruption, as it can be a difficult and dangerous situation, but I know that turning a blind eye is never an option. I wouldn’t want to be part of something illegal, and I want to make sure the right thing is done, no matter how hard it might be.
After reporting, I’d cooperate fully with any investigations and be honest about what I know. In situations like these, it's vital to stay calm, focused, and ethical, even when facing someone I used to trust.

How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
If a criminal tried to bribe me, my reaction would be firm and immediate. I would make it clear that I don’t accept bribes and that I’m committed to upholding the law no matter what. I wouldn’t hesitate to reject the offer, letting them know that attempting to bribe me is not only unethical but also illegal. I would make sure to document the incident and report it right away to my superior or internal affairs, providing all the details of the encounter. It’s important to keep everything transparent and follow proper procedures to ensure that the situation is handled correctly. I would also make it clear to the criminal that their actions have consequences and that I would take all necessary steps to ensure they are held accountable. Accepting a bribe would compromise my integrity, and I’m not willing to let that happen. The law is there to protect everyone, and I have to stand by it, no matter the temptation or the pressure.
In the end, I know that doing the right thing is always more important than any short-term gain, and I’d never compromise my values for anything.

Thank you for taking your time reading this.
