Honestly, I don't do much else, I'm normally on srp a lot of the time over a night time, but getting into college, balancing study, with trying to get outside and into a gym more can seem like a lot to others, but to me that's just life at this point, recently, due to my partners constant encouragement to get onto the server, I've been doing so, just kind of roaming around, re-living old memories, it feels nice, but also like I've hit a wall in my roleplaying, but other then that, if I were to rate my activity out of 20, I would have to put it at at 14/20.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I started playing SRP about two and a half years ago at this point, and a journey for me it has been! It's been different to other Roleplays servers I've been on, Albeit a lot of those we either private or have been shut down for various reasons. I've also played servers with more fantasy aspects, that also involved roleplay (the RP aspect was given by the community, the server was not made for that) like the now shut down Galesta, I've played DnD a couple of times now and also a very small amount VC roleplays, though I enjoyed those a lot.
My roleplay experience isn't very expansive, I'll be very honest, only in these two and something years have I been interested in RP, but I have enjoyed it, in the past, I've loved writing, whether it be a regular story, a backstory for someone elses character, and this dates back years! And I've enjoyed doing it, so much so that my girlfriend gave my spark for roleplaying back after a very long break, and I want to experience all that I am able to on the server, whether it be sports, college, teacher, law, KPD and almost definitely Ems. I enjoy having quite the serious roleplay, when I feel it and I wish to apply all the skills I've learned into this.
What is your motivation for applying?
I find this interesting, as I plan on going into the military for as a support role, it's been quite the dream of mine for a while now, and when I first joined SRP, as clueless as I was, not applying myself to what I should have, I've found the EMS side of the server, infinitely more interesting as sitting around as a Grade-12, as fun as it has been. Though with all that has happened to me in the past two years, I missed the applications, which has saddened me, missing my chances over the years. I find it interesting to be able to understand something new, interesting and makes my mind go through many different conclusions and idea's.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
The departments and position descriptions:
Psychiatrist:
Psychiatrist are the medical side the try to understand someone's mental state, if troubled. The often work with couples, groups of friends and do sessions to help them get through whatever would be troubling the people.
Doctors:
Doctors are the second line in the hospital, aiming to help those with minor or even major physical injuries, they lead in their knowledge of their job and help those with more basic things around the hospital, like stitching wounds to cleaning major injuries.
Paramedics:
The paramedics are the front lines, being the first responders to accident and injuries outside of the hospital, being allowed to go out without supervision and patrol, allowing them to specialize in a high-pressure environment.
Positions:
Trainees:
These are your newbies to the faction, or the youngest child of the roles, often coming out of their medical school shells and into the actual environment, or are just looking to secure a spot and find their place in the world of mentality, medicine and physical health. Often going through a two week period which tells you if they've failed or graduated into a Resident.
Resident Physicians:
Between the roles, and departments these are your newbies to stay, the grasshoppers of the bunch or a second youngest if you will. They are sometimes watched, but given less attention as they're a little more trusted to do solo care.
Attending Physicians:
These are the adult birds of the roles already flying, but not adults just yet. They're licensed and can put themselves through higher pressure situations, though sometimes could still need help. With their training period being behind them by a landslide. They're often held at the highest standard, as they're the most hands on of the roles.
Supervisors/Clinical leads:
Supervisors, probably one of the scarier roles to run into when you just start out as they've the most watchful of the rules, making sure nothing can lead to a lawsuit and/or mal practice. They are often giving the feedback to trainees, overseeing both residents and Attendees, giving the advice they need when it's absolutely needed.
The Director:
This is the one that worries more about the entire faction itself then any training, they're like the chief of a tribe, the one who decides someone's fate when they fall behind, the one you end up hearing stories about in passing.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
I acknowledge and will try my best to be on as much when not studying or doing other things.

Yuji blinked at the page, just staring at such a simple question, taking his time to jot down the answer. "I am a Male, my pronouns He/Him

his eyes lingered on the question, quickly jotting down the number beside it, his fingers tapping his thigh rhythmically with each question. "26, soon to be 27."
Characters Academic Background:
Yuji took a sharp breath, thinking back to his time in the University, memories flooding back slowly. "My main Major was Psychology took place in the University of Tokyo then minored in child care University of Oslo over the span of 3 years, finishing off in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki." the pencil paused for a second, adding onto the information, "I continued my education of child and adolescent psychiatry as I wish to help those younger, going through a hard time."

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
OOC:
I chose child and adolescent psychiatry as it involves with struggles that people cannot often talk about to others. Something I have been Through myself, and it seemed fitting, something that Yuji has been through himself in the past.
Due to his upbringing, he often followed his grandpa into that type of work, listening closely to what was said, his Nan being a Nurse.
IC:
Yuji turned the page over, looking at the pack, just staring, thinking back on the memories with his grandparents, what they taught him, and how he treats his own siblings, and partner.
His pencil glided across the line slowly, he was being careful and meticulous about these next questions. "Child and Adolescent psychiatry, I find it befitting and I wish to put what my Grandparents showed me to good use, continue what they taught me."
He paused, looking towards the watch on his wrist, thinking back to his siblings, older then himself they should have been.
"My brother and sisters wanted to Major in both Psychology and Child care, it was all we could talk about." The pencil tapped against the table, an odd rhythm.
"I looked up to them, both grandparents and siblings, I will put their memories to good use and do what they were not able too."
He placed the pencil down slowly, sitting back in the chair to take a minute, thinking.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
OOC:
Yes, although it's not as much as others would say their characters have, he would absolutely have experience in child psychology after working with both his Nan and Granddad, though after they retired Yuji could no longer gain experience, and then he would go on to start his education, in turn giving him more insight to the field he wishes to enter.

IC:
Yuji's eyes flicked down to the next line, staring, he could've probably torn a hole with how hard he was staring at the question, then he started writing slowly, meticulously and with detail.
"I do not have much medical experience, a lot of it is now passed, but the important parts have stayed locked tight in my brain, my grandparents taught me well, as did my siblings, I hope I can gain more experience here and go onto help those that need it, Help I did not receive but wish to give."
He lay the pencil on the table neatly, aligning the page to be straight and neat, placing both hands on the table, staring at his watch waiting for the time to pass so he could go back to studying.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Yuji Takeshi stands at the short height of 4'6'', A much shorter height for males his age; Although, his body structure was small and quite slim but still had a small amount of muscle, making what was there look quite athletic for what it was, it brought out the smaller features in himself, such as his snow-white hair, and dark-misty blue eyes that cast a warm gaze upon others.
Yuji often wore the same purple sweater nearly everywhere unless it was getting cleaned. It was a casual outfit, consisting of a white button-up T-shirt, alone with a dark blue joggers, it was quite the unusual clothing style, but it suited him.
Accessories:
Yuji's voice didn't fit his body, it had a deep, calming but monotone sound to it; holding a Norwegian and Japanese accent, creating something of a lullaby.
He often wore Earrings and a necklace that never seemed to come off, it added to his style, making it even more unusual but befitting of someone of his stature.
From someone else's perspective he could easily be seen as a calming, quieter presence, and to those he knows they see the happier side of him, seeing the that has been through a lot more then others. Though he is always alert of his surroundings due to his Hyperacute Hearing.
How does your character act around the hospital?
He would normally be alert of what was happening, waiting for some that could need him and help treat those around with absolute respect and friendliness, not allowing stuff such as grudges or anger to get in the way of work.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?:
Yuji is the type to prefer working by himself, allowing him to know the patient better, loving the idea to be able to talk to those that are troubled without watchful eyes, though despite the love for working by himself, he does not mind helping or receiving help from those around himself, often being able to adapt to the situation at hand, with or without help, though prefers to be pushed in the right direction every now and again.

1) I cannot speak in VC as my home life is quite the loud place, often involving words I wish for others to not hear so they can focus on their own roleplays and keep them happy!

3) I hate drama oocly a lot of the time, and I mean drama that can go on for months on end! And that's only oocly, icly cause all the drama you'd like and you'll still get treated with respect and kindness from Yuji!
