What's your suggestion?:
Exhibit A. Complex O alleyway.
Starting with the Alleyway of Complex O. I marked the barrier blocks (Or the general area of them) with the red marker for a better reference. As you can see in the image, this path has an 'end' at the gate, but the boxes give easy and full access to the other side of the alleyway, and having it closed because of 'reasons' is not logical or intuitive.
The premise of the barriers is to block areas we are not supposed to be in, but in this case, the area being restricted is another alleyway, open to the public and nothing else. The issue with this is that in most cases where you use such alleys, it is to escape someone, and you would like to use this path as an advantage. Now let's think what would happen if there is an invisible entity blocking you from a very intuitive place to go? Well, your realism is broken, and you are most likely getting the repercussions of NOT your bad choices, but because it was a good idea to block an accessible area.
Exhibit B. Volleyball Courts at the Beach
What's even harder to understand is the gap between these two barriers, but that could be an unintentional error, rather than a planned one. The fact is that these sorts of barriers are counterintuitive and are considered annoying for a part of the community.
The beach barriers extend from the Tori Gate to the Metro station, with some spaces also having a one-block difference. However, the one at the volleyball court is the most well-known place, and the most annoying, considering the number of people who try to get to the other side and play a game easily.
-------------------------
Now let's quit the yapping, let's go into the solution. There are three ways to address this:
A) We remove the barrier blocks from these locations, which is what I am trying to propose in this suggestion, since it doesn't give builders any extra work, nor give users a 'bad' experience.
B) Create higher fences, so at the very least, these accessible places don't lure the user base into thinking they can cross them.
C) Ignore it and move along with your day, which will keep the annoyance and probably continue to create roleplay issues. Which we don't want, right? We want to resolve a problem, not just comment on it and move along.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
1. Create a QoL solution for the users affected by this.
2. Remove counterintuitive locations blocked by these barriers
3. Makes us smile, and we love to smile!

Hello everyone! I want to take a minute of your time to talk about an issue that affects a lot of players in SRP, and it has a straightforward solution to fix this problem! So let's get started.
Barrier blocks. We know them, we love them, and we hate them, but they are there for a reason: To block you from reaching places you shouldn't be going to. However, there is a minor issue when places accessible to everyone are being blocked unnecessarily. Why is this an issue? Well, there are a few reasons, but first, let's see in detail what I mean by accessible places:

Exhibit B. Volleyball Courts at the Beach
The Volleyball courts at the beach are a well-known location where these barriers are put into question. As we can see in the image, almost all of the two-block fence is covered by an extra layer of barrier block. The problem is not that there is a barrier, again, but WHY is there a barrier there? To block us, users, from jumping from one side to another, and do the extra walk through the sides?
What's even harder to understand is the gap between these two barriers, but that could be an unintentional error, rather than a planned one. The fact is that these sorts of barriers are counterintuitive and are considered annoying for a part of the community.

So, yeah. Please, I beg of you to NOT hate on any of the staff team. We understand that there was a reason for this, and we respect it, but there are many people who disagree with the decision and would like to see some changes. SO PLEASE, don't start a manhunt for who did this, cause y'all get a little cray-cray sometimes. Anyways, be civil and have a good day!
