Removing signs in apt, can't reply ingame | oxyed

Hello! So I recently moved into a new apt, where there's a lot of chests that are locked with signs. I made a ticket about it in-game, but I can't reply to tickets at all. My apt is in shopping district, F4, 318 underneath my user oxyed. Here are the following cords,
Singular chest; X 1809, Y 63, Z 661. And for the rack of chests; X 1808, Y 57, Z 651.
