He'd owned a small apartment next to the Karakura Police department when he was younger he wanted to become a police officer, Doctor, and professor. He used to play football for the golden leos he would have partied a lot he has always been interested in gang violence and how the police work he would also be interested in the government and police officers that work with the gangs.
