Resource Pack Bug

Alright so im on 1.17 and yes i did switch to 1.13.2 (With Opitfine) and im using the official launcher, it seems the same bug keeps happening where i try to download the resource pack and it just crashes on me

Have you tried giving Minecraft more ram?
