Describe your activity on the server:
I joined SRP 3 years ago, around the summer of 2022, playing for the first time with friends and logging off. I did not return until winter of 2022, where I showed a friend who was into RP, this game. I really enjoyed playing the game and honestly fell in love with how interactive the community was, it intrigued me to play an extensive amount. I leaned towards GangRP/CrimeRP for a long while, learning CombatRP and making friends until around early 2024 where I joined a racing gang. I left GangRP/CrimeRP early 2025. I was seeking new things to do on the server, landing myself in the swim team which I love very much. Out of all types of roleplay, JockRP has been my favourite so far, but I wish to reach out into other areas that I haven’t tried before.
How I’d describe my activity on a 10/10 scale, I’d definitely have to rate it 9/10. I’m online most of the time, averaging around 3-12 hours depending on my overall activity outside of SRP and if I am free.
Crime/Gangs Part 1:
When I first joined SRP, I was interested in being involved in Crime. I never really anticipated that KPD could be an option for me regarding the server. I managed to join a few gangs that have long since disbanded since the time I was there. Which meant I was avoiding KPD causing me to have little interaction with them on most occasions. Over the next year, I was not enjoying crimeRP as much as I was originally. This meant I was seeking to explore new ways to participate in the server, which had landed me in many other RP scenarios.
HS Swim Team:
On May 26th, I tried out for the HS Swim Team which landed myself a spot as #5 on the team. I was seeking to improve my writing which I have achieved in a few months. I was the Event Planner for the team for around a few months, creating ideas and presenting them to my Captain. My intentions were that I was hoping to create a deeper bond with my fellow swim members and I do think that I managed to work towards that during my time on the team. I honestly loved that team and hope to have similar experiences on KPD.
Crime/Gangs Part 2:
Recently I joined a gang called Man’en, which was an intel gang who rooted themselves in slithering their way into the cracks and seams of Karakura. They prided themselves on building a strong network for control. This gang really piqued my interest as it was a good reflection of criminals in our present day life, in short Hackers! I enjoyed my time in this gang even if it was a short adventure, it still showed me how to be more patient towards situations. I aimed to relearn GangRP rules unspoken and written, in addition to relearning CombatRP. I have managed to achieve both of these, although I am still working on my CombatRP a little more to perfect it. Man’en has disbanded before joining volleyball and I am thankful for every opportunity it has given me.
HS Female Volleyball Team:
I wanted to continue expanding my horizons within the sports faction, which ended with me venturing onto the HS Female Volleyball team, my current team. I found that Volleyball was a lot more active towards Rivalry, allowing me to be way more involved when it came to team pranks and events. This team has taught me a lot and has welcomed me with open arms. I'm truly so grateful for them giving me a chance. I don't exactly have a goal in mind with this team besides having a fun time but I'm sure I'll figure it out exactly what I am expecting.
Nurse:
This is my first Adult School Faction being accepted into my Nurse Role. I wanted to be more helpful towards the newer players as typically you’ll find that their beginning experiences are within School hours. Each time a patient came in, they had something new going on: Eating Clay, Being Knocked Out, Stomach Bug or a Student who had sprayed Disinfectant into another's eye. The list continues to add with each interacter and it always gets a giggle out of me when it comes to witnessing each time a new issue arises. I really enjoy helping out newer players while playing this server role and hope I can continue extending my reach to help new players in KPD.

What is your motivation for applying?:
KPD has always piqued my interest, I never knew it was an option for me until I left gang/crime rp. Seeing the KPD building rebuilt due to the riot, to the times they’ve come in to give demonstrations of the duties they do everyday, asking questions to the KPD officers all of it has only deepened my interest in becoming part of the department. Each interaction and teamwork required to be a part of KPD. From the time that I joined SRP, I’ve always admired what KPD gets up to everyday, their activities and what they do for the server and I'd like to be a part of that. The professionalism, coordination, and impact KPD has on the overall SRP experience is something I genuinely respect and I’m ready to commit fully, learn from those with more experience and grow within the KPD ranks. I never had the confidence to apply previously but over the last year I've gained the confidence I need to apply for KPD this wave.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
My knowledge of Police work on SRP extends from friends I have in KPD to public information I have found on the forums. In addition, there was a showcase of a raid in late April to the school. We got to ask questions to the KPD which furthered my knowledge on the work they do on a daily basis.
I also know that they do internship sessions for college students that are seeking to enter the police force after college. This entails tasks that replicate an officer's daily tasks.

Duties:
Duties for Officers: | What Procedures are Presented: |
Front Desk | KPD aren't always out and about. Sometimes they are at the front desk, assisting citizens of Karakura with: dealing with bails, scheduling visitations for family members of criminals and taking reports. |
Answering Calls | These calls are often from their phone at the station. Whenever a citizen is in a situation, spots someone, or something dangerous they will call KPD’s Number, 110 From there Officers will respond to the scene. |
Raids | With a warrant accepted from a Judge and delivered to the KPD building for officers to obtain, KPD officers are then allowed to search a criminal’s home for contraband or anything to incriminate them for an arrest. |
Patrol | Patrolling is a routine check of Karakura, monitoring the streets, scanning for suspicious behaviour, any criminals misbehaving or illegal street racing. Something that people don't think about when KPD goes on patrol is that it's also used for being visible to deter crime. Criminals are less likely to cause crimes when there are officers on duty and patrolling. |
Visitations | Visitations refer to official or authorized visits made to the station for various purposes. These visits can involve members of the public, government officials, oversight bodies, lawyers, or family members of detainees that are allowed to see prisoners in jail under supervision. |
Town Hall Trials | KPD provides protection to the government during their trials; standing inside and outside the glass. There are also officers outside the government building to search any suspects who may be carrying illegal items. |
Handling Bails | Included in Front Desk duties, Bails are determined via severity of crime, some felons may never get a bail and will be jailed for life but that is a rare case. A family member or a friend may bail them out after the three - five day wait time. Officers at front desk duty tend to handle this often. |
Arrests | After making a detailed inspection and finding incriminating evidence, officers are required to make a formal arrest, placing the suspect in handcuffs. Once in custody, the individual would be formally informed of the offense they’re being charged with, followed by a reading of their legal rights. |
Taking care of inmates | Police are legally required to take care of their inmates, whether it be: EMS visits (if needed), checking in on them and giving them basic human needs. |
Duties for Detectives: | What Procedures are Presented: |
Investigating crime scenes | Detectives follow a structured, methodical process to gather evidence, understand what happened, and identify suspects at a location where a crime has happened. They will do things like: check CCTV and question witnesses. |
Gathering information | Gathering information is needed for investigating crimes that go far beyond immediate arrest. This will come from interviewing witnesses and asking bystanders. |
Solving cases | Solving cases is the most rewarding task of all. Detectives will pull together all the information they have gathered into a case file: witnesses, CCTV and evidence before ruling out suspects. Then they will make an arrest with acceptance. |
Interrogation | A suspect or person of interest is called in, they will be asked questions from the Detective. The individual will be asked questions with the goal being a confession to a crime. |

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
From the first moment I logged onto SRP to now, the large population of players are Gang/Crime RP focused IC. This was a larger number back then as it has died down but it is still significantly large compared to the rest of the player base. If there was no KPD present then the server would be full of chaos, crime happening in all directions, unfair for those looking for simpler roleplay and unrealistic to the real world. The KPD provides a sense of peace, safety and protection within the community, keeping Karakura’s streets clean and putting criminals behind bars. There is also the opportunity for InmateRP which I have only seen once and should be done more often in my opinion. The KPD is also important for keeping the government in-game safe, providing guarding at trials to prevent criminals barging in and disrupting government matters.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I am aware.

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Conner Mitchell, a 5’11ft man with a big drive for work and family, spent sleepless nights at the office whilst he used his mornings to drop groceries off for both his elderly parents. He maintained a lean build, weighing about 190 pounds from years of juggling long work hours with early-morning runs and weekend hikes. Taking a glance at his arm, you’d spot a scar snaking up his right arm, something he wore with quiet pride. His hair was a dirty blonde that messily d****d over his unkept eyebrows complimenting lightly tanned skin that earned a beauty mark right under his lip. Conner's eyes were a dark blue looking like the shimmering depths of the ocean, accompanied by a joyful expression, a smile that constantly tugged at his lips. A spontaneous energy and thrive for work makes Conner a great co-worker, keeping hopes and spirits up even in stressful situations. Although he may have his serious moments when the time is right. What makes him unique? Well there's a few things that make Conner unique, which is his countless amount of small jobs he picked up since he was a teenager or his taste in classical music and not to forget his southern American accent. Another cool fact is that he served in the military for 4 years after he left high school.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
Although popular belief is that Conner doesn't look like he takes things seriously, in his previous workplaces under stressful and serious situations, he has remained calm and stayed composed even under pressure. Conner deals with matters with the appropriate response, depending on what the situation is, he always prioritises the safety of the citizens and his colleagues During casual situations such as off-duty, parties among emergency services or even in the break room, he's always down to make a few jokes and socialise. Conner strives for a healthy workplace and team. You could argue his energy was the same as a golden retriever's.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Conner’s ideal co-workers are team-oriented people who will work together to achieve a common goal, particularly people who possess a sense of justice and dedication for holding criminals accountable for their actions. In a law environment, where integrity and cooperation are essential, Conner values responsibility and hard work from his colleagues. For his ideal teamwork, he values teammates that can effectively communicate, express ideas and listen. Whether it's de-escalating a tense situation or planning daily tasks, he ideally wants communication over a lot of things in teams so everybody is heard and respected.
What's your character's backstory?
{1997>}: Mitchell Legacy:
Eric and Heather Mitchell, a happy couple with big dreams who finally could afford their own small home, Conner's childhood and only home that was tucked into the heart of Georgetown, Texas. A small city with an approximately 67,176 population. They moved closer to the heart after Eric was appointed Sheriff, a role that brought a lot of pride into the Mitchell name. It was only a small suburban home but the Mitchells were more than happy with it. Heather got to work from the first moment they stepped foot into it: painting shutters, walls, installing new wallpaper, new carpet and furniture. They planned to settle down for a while before doing anything big. It was normal and quiet. The small city respected Eric as Sheriff. The lack of crimes made it peaceful for the couple, they didn't have to stress about him being hurt on duty. The duo didn't last long when a few years later in 1992 Daniel Mitchell was born, Conner's older brother. Daniel was a perfect addition to the family, he wasn't loud or cried much. Heather quit her job at the office to raise him, relying on her husband’s paycheck. The young boy was smothered in attention and love. He shared a lot of his father's traits; hazel eyes and dark raven locks. Daniel was pretty much a mini Eric, his father adored that and tried hard to get him into a sport or hunting, the boy was never interested though.
{1997- 2002}: Brotherly bond. . . not!
Conner Mitchell, born on a cold winter morning. The first thing everybody noticed when he came out was that he adorned his mother's deep blue eyes which resembled the depths of the Pacific. Calm but endlessly searching. His older brother, Daniel Mitchell who was five at the time was already jealous as soon as his brother was brought home. All the attention being shared? Daniel could not bear the thought of it and avoided his little brother at all costs which created a strained bond for them from the very start. The contrast between the brothers was big. Daniel often stayed home reading books or comics whereas Conner was nothing but a wild child, climbing trees and getting into trouble. Their parents often scratched their heads at such a difference. The youngest brother took any opportunity to be outside from a young age, earning a few friends and sc****s which caught the attention of his worried parents. Conner eventually shared a room with Daniel, much to his disappointment. His older brother was very irritated by Conner's constant yapping and talking through the night. His little brother had always been a talkative person; new friends? Everything was spilled about them. New toys or clothes? More talking. He practically begged for ear plugs to his parents which fell on deaf ears.
{2007 - 2011}: Hunting season
Eric took pride in Conner who was more like him when he was his age, he was certain that his son would one day be Sheriff. He often takes him camping for father and son bonding, doing activities like: hunting in the woods or fishing all throughout middle school and high school. Conner always tried convincing Daniel to come with but his answer was always no. All he's ever wanted was to build a bond with his brother as much as he thought on it a few times, the offer was always denied. The father-son duo often tried hunting small rabbits the first time but Conner always missed his shots, especially the first few trips. Eventually he got quite good at aiming. Eric’s eyes always lit up whenever his son caught something whilst fishing. Whether it be a small carp or a large bass, He couldn't be more proud.
{2012 - 2015}: Descent into darkness
After the constant begging Connor manages to convince Daniel to come with for a three day camping trip with their father. Perhaps a change of heart or just Daniel wanting to begin a bond with his little brother. They chose a hiking trail with a large lake close by, one of Eric's and Conner's favourite spots. Once arriving, they'd set up a medium sized red tent, one that could fit them all just for resting like a pair of sardines. Nearby was that same small grill, great for cooking fried eggs and bacon. For the first few days all was great, Their father seemed proud as the two brothers were beginning to repair their strained relationship. On the last day, they decided to take a misty hike up one of the mountains. The trail wound and curved up to the cliffside. The view was breathtaking even if it was a white void below. You could still make out a few pine trees in the distance. Daniel, was entranced, walking a little close to the edge. The cliff was unreliable, especially the edge, using roots and small rocks to keep its shape. It could have never held one person, one crack and crunch and Daniel began falling into the white void. Conner chased after, as if he could reach his brother in time, slipping on a small pebble and tumbling, catching his arm on a jagged rock, leaving a large gash that snaked up his arm that would leave a scar for the rest of his life. His brother was already swallowed by the white mist. Lost to the void below.
{2016 - 2019}: No break or hobbies
The tragic accident left the Mitchells to spiral into a state of depression, especially for his mother. She was often seen crying in her bedroom all day. Eric often took care of his wife. This left Conner to live with this Scar on his arm and his heart to deal with himself. His older brother who he was supposed to have this amazing bond with as they grew into adulthood just had an unobtainable goal that faded. He decided to enlist himself to the army whilst getting his college degree which was his way to cope. He wanted to major in criminology, something he's looked forward to. He often disciplined himself a lot, not leaving room for a break or hobbies, leaving him with an appetite for work constantly, earning workaholic habits. Mitchell stayed in the military until he was 22, leaving to find more ways to fill the gap in his heart.
{2020 - 2023}: Spreadsheets galore
Conner eventually wanted a job that could earn decent money while helping his parents who eventually got quite elderly with the shopping. This landed him at a small IT office job nearby, from fighting for his country to creating spreadsheets and pretending to type out at his computer to keep busy. The man often tried to have a conversation with his fellow co-workers but they weren't as interested in small talk as he was, which often left him quite lonely. Mitchell finally had time for hobbies, picking up learning Japanese. In his break time he was using apps and flashcards, learning to write and speak fluently. It often inspired him to eventually visit Japan, expanding outside of his comfort zone. Maybe it was a far reach but it became something on his bucket list, a future endeavour. After thinking about it for what seemed like forever, Conner decided to move to Japan. It felt like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders. He settled down in Karakura with another small office job, freeing but not yet fulfilling.
{2024 - Present day}:
The office job just wasn't enough for Conner, he sat at the desk staring at the same pale walls and endless typing at a keyboard. He felt something burning inside of him, a quiet frustration that he couldn't shake. His criminology education and military knowledge felt as though it was going to waste, a quiet pride he once had that was now collecting dust. He scratched his head wondering what else to do with his life. Mitchell didn't want to go back to the military. He often kept in contact with his parents via facetime at odd times due to the time zones. One of the calls his father suggested joining the police force. He had never thought about it before. He gave himself some time to think about it. He decides to go for it, leading Conner to apply now.

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
“Before stepping in, I'd make sure I could obtain footage by looking around for any CCTV cameras for further evidence to explain to higher-ups later. I would then assess the situation in front of me, radioing in a higher-up. I’d then try to assist the inmate, telling at my co-worker to get physically abusing inmates is against the law and wrong in many cases. Every inmate deserves the fundamental rights to equality, no matter what they've done. Once a higher-up has arrived, I’d then call EMS to treat any injuries the inmate may have earned from the abuse. ”
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
“I would first radio in for backup in case of a worst case scenario. Their safety is my first priority. At that time I can then assist my co-worker. I’d step in to de-escalate the situation, pulling my baton out attempting to restrain them for custody. I'd then make sure my co-worker is alright and check for any injuries. Any major ones would need a call for emergency services, using a first aid kit to prevent injuries from getting worse, the rest would be handled by EMS.”
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
“If I discovered one of my colleagues had been helping criminal organizations, I would gather as much information as I could before reporting this to a higher-up with evidence I gathered. It would be my duty to take responsible actions while also allowing proper authority to handle it. A corrupt co-worker is troublesome for the team and undermines public trust.”
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
“If someone tried to bribe me? I’d never give in to a bribe, no matter how much they are offering. Money means nothing to me, my team would mean a lot more. I would make sure they knew bribery was illegal, educating a bit further about the laws and why it’s wrong. If they tried again I would fine them for bribery of a police officer which is ¥25,000, which they can pay or do community services for. If they were feeling lucky and tried yet again they would be arrested on the charge of obstruction of justice.”
