Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are important to the Minecraft Server: SchoolRP because they have to deal with new, upcoming players, such as Green Tags - Grade 9 - 12. This means that from those timelines, the Teacher Faction has to prep the new players for new roleplay, get them used to the roleplay, and make them feel comfortable roleplaying, as the Teacher's main goal is to maintain the server players OOCLY and ICLY. As the SRP community has been proven to keep rising as it has prepared its own players for roleplay every single day, since school happens every single day. This gives the players OOCLY a chance to interact with new players inside of the community, instead of having to scatter around looking for roleplay opportunities, when they can just do it inside of a school (small area).
This also leads to my second statement, as teachers are considered one of the hardest, if not the hardest faction to handle. As the players do tend to get annoying, ICLY and OOCLY, teachers have to respect them as best as possible, but also have to do their job, and keep everything ICLY rather than taking it OOCLY. The only times when a teacher should take something OOC is if an occurrence happened or if there was a student causing something; they would need proof in OOC if not caught on CCTV.
To sum it up, the Teacher Faction is one of the most important factions to choose from because not only is their duty to maintain a safe environment/community, they also have to deal with most situations ICLY in school because there is always something new every day.

In-Character Section
What's your character's full name?: Hadase Bianchi
What is your character's nationality?: Italian
What is your preferred subject to teach?: Physical Education
Describe your character:
Hadase Bianchi, a male born in Italy, specifically in the city of Rome. Italy, Rome. He grew up around a toxic family, as his younger siblings would be tortured by their own father; Hadase was the oldest, and he knew how to defend himself. Hadase Bianchi would achieve the last name from birth, as it symbolizes his Italian Pride. As he grew up in a toxic family, the family got sick and tired of the father always drinking and abusing. Hadase and his family would flee/fly to the country of Karakura, Japan. Hopefully looking for brighter and better future/present opportunities. Anderson, his younger brother, stayed, as Hadase would grab his brother, his brother would shake his hand off, holding a knife. Anderson got sick and tired of his own father, abusing his family left and right, every single day. Anderson would eventually... off his own father. As it was a horrid sight to see, Hadase would be understandable, as he understood the pain the family had to go through, the torture, the abuse, etc. He would just shake his head in disappointment as Anderson grew up in the gang lifestyle. He would be a gang leader. Hadase, wouldn't.
BACKSTORY OF DEGREE: Hadase Bianchi would be super joyful, as he put his heart into the work of what he does; he made sculptures, and he made different things in the workshop. He did this to stay active; he didn't really enjoy this style, but if it meant being active and moving, he would do it. Hadase would go to the gym from time to time, as he did many fun, active activities. Hadase was always up for the effort of being active, as he took pride in each step he took, whether working out or doing the slightest of activities. He loved sports, as he did every single sport in school. Swim, Track, Baseball, Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Dodgeball, and just activities in general. As he would go to the roof from time to time, viewing the night and the day of Karakura. Looking towards the future. Holding his hands out, saying. "Will I ever make it, Mom?"
Hadase Bianchi is an Italian male, as his skin tone is tan. He was a light-skinned man, as he would be seen with black hair that covered up his head; he let his black hair flow onto his back. As he tucked in his hair with his shirt. He would stand at the height of a 6'5 male. Potentially reaching further. He was a grown boy; his age was 27 years old. He was an old man. Yet, so young. He loved his reading glasses, as they suited his personality. His watch follows his wrist as it latches onto his arm. He would be seen in a tie. Remaining professional. He loved his work, as that signified who he was. His scent would be following as a nice, well-paid-for cologne. He wore it to work, as that's what kept his good-smelling scent. His baggy pants would represent his style, as he loved fashion. He would be seen in a tight flannel, a tie tucked underneath, and black baggy jeans.
Hadase Bianchi enjoys street fashion, as he wears a lot of different fits. This is just the one out of the many presented.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Hadase Bianchi's outlook on students and co-workers is that he recognizes the talent his students and co-workers show. He takes observations, he sees what people act/do. Remember, with actions, there come consequences, and the little steps you take make a big impact. He has always reminded himself of that every single day when observing people's talents. He recognizes it and puts it to use, as they could be the future of the school, whether it's being a reporter, doctor, physician, officer, or any of the above. He wants to give them the effort that they climbed for.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Hadase Bianchi's motive for teaching is the aspect of being active and moving around. As he would do this every single day, he would take pride in the steps he took. It shows that he improves every single day and wants to improve even further. Just like his other siblings. His mom also inspired him to do good things, rather than bad. Anderson, his brother, would take the bad side, as he let his ego and mind get to him. Always shouting kill in his head. Hadase was the complete opposite; he was prideful, joyful, and took the effort to make students successful and himself.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If a student is struggling in a class, as stated before, Hadase recognizes talent. He would go over and help the student out; all they have to do is raise their hand and ask questions. Hadase wouldn't act out of hand and immediately assume that the Student is failing/struggling; they would need to ask. That is also a life skill they can learn, always advocate for yourself. Hadase would recognize that and then try to help the student out with what they are asking.
Actions:
Student: /me would raise my hand to ask a question.
Hadase Bianchi (Teacher): /me picked on the student, letting them speak. "Yes, student?"
These actions represent that a student would ask, and a teacher would answer, as that is the teacher's duty is to answer.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
If a student is being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, making jokes with classmates, normally there would be a system with teachers, depending on how much they disrupt the class. If it's minor, like language, the teacher would have to say "Language" as that represents a warning; there is normally a 3-warning system, as far as I know. It would end up being a warning, then, depending on the student's actions, a removal from the classroom, and then, if pushed further, SLT.
Student: /me would take a paper, and fold it up to throw it at the student.
Teacher: /me would look and notice that Student A threw a paper at Student B. "Just doing my job." The teacher would walk over and hand the student a detention slip. "Assault on Student B."
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Classroom idea one: The class could have a collaboration with one of the SLT members so that the class could have an offgrounds class. As they would have to stick together and go to the park, hang out, and play a game of tag at the park.
Classroom idea two: The class could go on top of the rooftop, and this could give them a nice breeze from being inside a lot, and exercise, stretch, and play a game of hide and seek.
