In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The receptionist plays a huge role in the employee hierarchy/system inside of SchoolRP. They are either at the front or the very back of the school, and they watch the students, making sure they are behaving or getting to class, while also being there to take reports from students if something goes wrong, and they are also there to greet the students and faculty in the morning. while also being there to answer students general questions, as they are the first people you see when going into the school building.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
My experience ranges back to 2020 when I was first getting into roleplay with my friends. We roleplayed on Discord, learning slowly, and continued to do so for years until early 2023. I had found Schoolrp through a Google search while looking for Minecraft roleplay servers and decided to give it a try. Since March 15th, 2023, I have been roleplaying for almost 6 years now, as of the time I'm making this app. I'd love to extend my roleplay range into the school employee side of things.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I've been interested in joining the SchoolRP faculty team for a while now, as it showed a different side of roleplay I'm not very familiar with but I have done before, and I've been thinking about applying to it but just haven't had the courage to try again after many failed attempts, but I didn't let getting denied stop me from trying, and that's why I'm making the application now, as I am attempting another shot at doing the SchoolRP faculty application.

Situations

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: ​

He would first look calmly towards the student, asking the student to stop cursing, and then he would ask about the reason behind the student lashing out towards him. He would also remind the student to keep his voice down, as they were still inside of the school and there were still students and faculty either working on a lesson or teaching a lesson, and the student needed to keep it down so no one got disrupted. He would let the student know that this is a warning and that if it happens again, a detention will be given out.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Enjel would get over to the scene as fast as he could while also talking on the radio, asking for assistance in the hallway. As he split up the two students, he made sure to check them over for injuries, also asking them why they started fighting and if anyone other than them had been injured, as he didn't want the students to get hurt. After talking to the two, he had any injured person taken to the nurse's office, and he also gave detention to the two students, telling them, "No one needs to fight; it can be resolved with words instead of fists."

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Depending on what his co-worker is doing he will react differently, Firstly if the employee is doing harmful acts or something dangerous Enjel will walk over calmly towards his co-worker asking them why they are doing that on school grounds and at all in the first place while also asking them to not do that as they could hurt themselves or students and other employees, and if the staff member was being unprofessional he would ask them to calm down and stop doing what they were doing as it was not professional at all and the faculty have to keep a professional manner to set a good example for the students, and if the employee continued to act the same way Enjel would go and report the employee to any SLT.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?: ​

He would be sitting on one of the many couches or chairs while reading the books he had with him while occasionally attempting small talk with the other employees, asking how their family was, how they were, and anything they were doing for the day, and also asking them questions to get to know them better, as he always wants to get to know his co-workers better.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

/me He would lean and sit with his arms folded on the desk before looking to his right, talking to another receptionist, saying, "Hey, I don't think we've met. I'm Mr. Asteria, but you may call me Enjel since we will be working together," and after speaking, he waited for the other receptionist's response before turning back to face the entrance.

/me He sat patiently at the front desk greeting students and faculty that had just walked in before seeing a student do something that earned a reward token, so he called the student over, calmly speaking towards them, "Hey, Mr. [Student's Last Name], you earned this for doing what you did over there." He gestured over to the area the student was at before continuing to speak. "You earned a reward token for what you did, so here." He reached his arm out, handing the student the reward token before putting his clasped hands back onto the desk, continuing to greet the students.

/me Enjel stared forward, waving at students and talking to the person standing to the side. "How is your day going?" While continuing to greet students. The fellow employee finished talking, so he spoke again. "Oh? That seems interesting, but personally my day has been quite alright; thank you for asking," and he put his head back towards the front.

Backstory​

Back when Enjel was younger, around the age of 23, he was stuck at home, as he was fired from his job working at a mall, as they fired a quarter of their workers to save their own budget, so Enjel was stuck at home but keeping himself entertained with books, games, and drawing, but after a year of living like that, he got a call from his friend in Karakura, Japan, and his friend said Karakura had more to offer than Tokyo did in terms of a job, and he could get a better life there in general, so of course Enjel accepted, taking a quick flight to the island of Karakura.

Immediately he saw flowers, people, animals, and nature, which made him already feel at home, as Tokyo didn’t have much nature at all, as the city was huge and the only greenery near it was almost a mile away, so Enjel's friend offered to help him rent an apartment and get set up in Karakura before looking for jobs, which Enjel was happy about, as he had a friend who cared about him enough to assist him in the start of his new life.

After a couple years when Enjel was 33 he had now officially been in Karakura for 9 years, so he decided to finally attempt to write the application so he went to pick up a receptionist form from the school before going home and slowly filling it out making sure he corrected any of his mistakes in spelling and made sure he used the correct words in his sentences after words he went and bought a couple outfits just to get ready encase he got accepted and after shopping for a bit he got back to his apartment and continued to finish up his application until a couple days after grabbing the form he came back a turned it in before going home and staring at the photo of his old friends from when he worked in the Tokyo mall. And after a bit, he sat down to read, waiting for a response from the school.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
My reasoning is pretty simple; all I would like to do is help people in learning, make a friend, answer their general questions, and overall just be a good person. After getting fired from the mall, I've had a couple things to do, and it was boring doing the same continuous things over and over again, and the feeling of working and doing something for others makes me happy, so I hope my presence can bring smiles and a helpful presence while at work.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I feel like I should be accepted over other applicants, as I am willing to put in continuous work for the school, and as when I worked in the mall, it gave me some experience talking to children and students, as I was an employee of one of the toy stores inside the mall, and I also feel as if I will put more work and dedication into the job than the other applicants.
