INFORMATION
This section of the forums is used to request any lost / required in-game roleplay roles, please use the following format when creating a thread:

1. We do not handle ANY donation support, for that please email support@roleplayhub.com
2. Once your ticket has been completed, a Staff Member will respond to it & move it to the reviewed section. If you no longer see it here it means it's been resolved. If there are still issues then please return here, explaining what went wrong - If anything at all.
3. Remember to provide any evidence which proves that you had the rank/need the rank. Proof of Purchase, Screenshots, Video Evidence. All works. Grade-7 is also not a role you can be permanently set at.
4. We don't accept requests for Grade-7, you can only request roles Grade-8 and above.
5. We no longer accept age requests as players can set their own age every 14 days.
6. Community Team rank requests will be automatically denied, reach out to your team lead.
7. We do not transfer roles between accounts, unless the account has been hacked or lost.
