Hello! I have been trying to get help about this problem for a while now. On one of my alt accounts I bought a animal whitelist on June 30, 2021 and messaged Tippie in order to get my role during that time period. I left SRP for a little bit and have recently just came back, I have seen that the animal whitelists are different now and when I joined on my alt account; 3Matic, I realized that I know longer had my animal whitelist on the account. I tried using the new command to get it back, but that didn't work. I also made tickets, but I have yet to hear back from any staff member. I asked around as to what I should do, and everyone has told me to make a thread on the forums. Please let me know if I can get my whitelist back, or if I have to purchase it again. (I put it in the wrong area before)
