Describe your activity:

+-+-+-+-+
My activity within the server is best simplified as active. During the weekdays I have work, however I usually get home during 4pm and I'm available for hours until around 2am on occasions. However, I do have dips in my activity within the server on Tuesdays due to meetings taking a majority of my time that day. If this question is more referring to my playtime, then I had started SCHOOLRP around eight months ago and have been playing consistently without fail for those eight months. No bans; permanent or otherwise have been giving towards me.

Link any significant applications (e.g., Roles/Teams, exclude languages):
+-+-+-+-+
This would be my first significant application within the world of SCHOOLRP.

What is your motivation to apply for reporter?:
+-+-+-+-+
To describe it plainly, I am a avid hobbyist within creative writing. It is something that not only brings me joy, it is a tool I consider integral towards my character as a whole. Not only is the News Faction all about my hobby, it is something that helps build upon practice and refinement. If I can exercise and train my creativity in more enjoyable ways, I will no doubt pursue it as it aligns with a core interest. However, it isn't all OOCLY; I am a person who values characters within roleplay and how they interact with the world around them, the character I will be presenting is a created 'journalist' who I feel fits perfectly for the news reporter faction as a whole. Not only does it bring roleplay within the faction, it allows for me to exercise another hobby of mine: roleplay, more efficiently.

Do you have any experience with writing? What is your relationship with writing?:

+-+-+-+-+
My relationship with writing stems from my former school years, during of which I personally excelled in literature and most importantly language. During those years I truly honed in on the skill through fanfiction, where I personally posted various different works on a site called AO3. Not only is it something I inspired to focus more on when I was younger, it's a relationship where I enjoy excursing my words on either page or screen, challenging myself personally to engage with it more detailed. Overall, it is nothing but a positive relationship. One I hope I can expand upon further within one of my more experienced hobbies.

Are you aware of - and will follow - the set of rules provided to you?:

+-+-+-+-+
Yes, I am aware and will follow the set of rules provided to me.

Why should we accept you over others?:
+-+-+-+-+
I am sure that everyone has the capability of writing within them, as I myself have experienced those who bloomed fully after time. However, I personally have experience with writing consistently without a plethora of burnout and while remaining on time. Creative writing should always remain a hobby, unless you are being paid to meet deadlines and expectations. In turn you're creating a expectation when signing up to meet those deadlines. Not only is this a hobby I enjoy, it is something that I no doubt take full serious in while making my explorative media and literature on time. I can guarantee a work schedule that not only meets the qualifications and deadlines, isn't a rebrand of what has been made before and improves on each and every last work I make. Creative media is creative, not copied. I am sure others can work at a pace I personally can, but I personally believe that my roleplay and eagerness will prove to be beneficial to the roleplay space as a whole.

Do you understand you have to stay completely neutral with all reports? (Your report can't have any OOC or IC bias towards a specific group.)
+-+-+-+-+
I understand this fully. I will make all my chosen reports neutral and fair. While making them engaging.

Do you trust that you will be able to stay active and complete the monthly quota?:

+-+-+-+-+
I fully trust that I will be able to stay active within the community of the News Faction and complete the monthly quote on time.

Summarise what you imagine work as a reporter is:
+-+-+-+-+
Work as a reporter within my mind is catered around interaction with the townsfolk of SCHOORP. It is a faction where you inform the town about current need to know events as well as provide the people of Karakura interesting stories about the town they reside in. It's a job that requires time and effort. Both of which would be needed within the job.

#2 - Interview.

[!] A rather relaxed dressed woman was sat in a room lit by manufactured lighting, made for the perfect sit down and enquire atmosphere, in her opinion. The viewpoint at which such a woman was seen sitting twisted as she messed with the camera's details on her phone. Electronic and modern aged, a reporter who kept up with the most recent of technologies [!]

[Valora]: "Perfect! Sorry for the trouble, we're all set and ready for this! Would you first and foremost like to introduce yourself?"

[!] As Valora clicked down on her phone, the camera panned towards an individual of average height. A woman of age, refined and wiser in looks. [!]

[Woman]: "I wouldn't mind at all deary, The name is Rofaldi Raberson. It's quite the pleasure to meet you in real life. . after all the hassling online you seem very much more proper than I'd imagine. ."

[Valora]:
"Haha. . why thank you! Anyway, pleasure to meet you as well. Moving onto our first set of questions regarding the topic of. . alcohol! Ms Raberson, how do you personally feel with in being so swiftly departed from the town. You're all for it I believe?"

[Woman]: "Aaha. No deary, I wouldn't say I am personally for or against it being removed from Karakura as a whole. While I don't drink, I am quite good friends with a plethora of people who do. I just believe it needs to be monitored more effectively! Kids shouldn't be able to get their hands on the damn bottles. ."

[Valora]: "Right! Well regarding that. Do you believe in any effective alternations to alcohol being completely removed, monitored as you put in your own words ma'am."

[Woman]: "I think more harsher punishment for those caught with alcohol while being underage should be a given! Scare the youth of today into doing right thing and in turn do right by themselves."

[Valora]: "Punishment is always a given when met with acts not suitable, but there are always limitations with children. What do you think pushes these children into doing such acts? Is it the parents?"

[Woman]: "It's always the parents, we as adults should institute our values deep within our offspring, otherwise what's the point of having children in the first place! You owe them that to teach them the ways of betterment."

[Valora]: "I'm certain many others would agree and others would disagree. Ms Raberson, alcohol has been stated to not been something you personally drink. Is there a reason why and if so; do you while not minding if others drink it, think they should stop?"

[Woman]: "Alcohol is poison to the mind and a poison to the body, I of course think any adult with their head on their shoulders should stop such nonsense. But of course, they're adults for a reason. Children as I've already ranted about, are a different story altogether."

[Valora]: "Now, do you personally believe in any alternative to alcohol then? Something that would push those off of such a path?"

[Women]: "Val, or Ms Glider I should say, alcohol is a slippery slope when it comes to moving off of it. Not only does it require resilience, it's a commitment many don't have, deary."

[Valora]: "Right, Karakura often has a rampaging amount of violence within the city. It is no doubt an issue like any other prospering city; do you think with the lessening of alcohol, those who sell it illegally will be pushed further into their troubles or forced into betterment?"

[Woman]: "Well you see deary, I myself haven't experienced many acts of violence in my time in the city. . . but I do believe as a principle that things will get worse before they get better. Change requires a gentle push for betterment."

[Valora]: "Regarding change, what else do you personally think could potentially occur surrounding the city everyone has decided to take residence within?"

[Woman]: "Well we can't predict the change dear, only make informed guesses. My guess and hope is regarding the current protocol for searching. I think it's far too lax already."

[Valora]: "Moving onto a few higher more questions before we conclude this lovely interview. Do you think social gatherings between consenting adults, those who are more than capable of drinking responsibly, will be impacted?"

[Woman]: "I think social events within Karakura have always been too reliant on alcohol personally dear, if things take a turn for the better. The social gatherings between adults would be more flourished then ever."

[Valora]: "Wonderful. Ms Raberson, businesses who flourish with the supply of alcohol, say perhaps restaurants. Do you believe this will negatively impact them as a whole?"

[Woman]: "I can however see this point of view, restaurants make a living out of selling what people want. Unfortunately people want and enjoy alcohol, but I do believe alternatives can always be implemented. Flavour is a lovely combatant to alcohol deary."

[Valora]: "To wrap up our last question, alcohol is no doubt a powerful substance. One people get addicted to, while getting rid of something addicting poses as a positive. People do suffer from withdrawals, do you feel the transition should be slow?"

[Woman]: "Rushing anything has never been the correct choice dear, but sometimes things have no choice but to be done with speed and efficiency. As long as it done with correct manners regarding the transition. The speed is not my concern."

[Valora]: "Lovely, well I thank you once again for joining me for this interview! You've been nothing but lovely and I'm sure we'll chat again, on and or off camera!"

[!] With a bit more spring in her voice, Valora gave a calming and walm smile towards the camera. Before shooting her gaze downwards as she tapped at her phone. . the intermission of video soon stopped. Leaving nothing but a blank screen. [!]
