I'm fairly active on the server, spending somewhere between 3-4 hours per day online. Although, with school it may not be everyday or a full 3-4 hours. I'm not as active on the forums as I should, but I understand being a teacher requires being active within the server and forums.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: A teacher to me is a very important job, outside and inside of SRP. I've enjoyed the role of teaching and being able to teach others valuable lessons. I've always had this somewhat fond love for being able to teach. Becoming a teacher on this server is also very important, as we are used as an example to many and ensure students are attending and enjoying school, which is the basis of this server.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I've role-played on multiple servers including SRP. Before joining SchoolRP, I played on medieval role-play servers such as LoTC, Massivecraft, and Aethier.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes, I have. But, I noticed in which trying to read the Faculty Handbook there was an error along with the other links the you are required to read.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs record activities that occur during class time. This is important to ensure that students are learning what they're supposed to be learning. This system also keeps track of whether teachers are doing their job correctly, and enforcing education professionally and correctly. Classroom logs also ensure that teachers have actually taught classes in order to receive their money.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: First, you must send a letter including all the information about the trip to the Principal. All students participating in the field trip must have had their guardians sign the permission slip. The trip must have an educational purpose to be conducted. The teacher must include information about the entire trip, including how long it will be, and the schedule of it.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Show respect to your fellow classmates and teachers.
2. No smoking, eating, or drinking (exception of water) in class.
3. Phones are not allowed to be used during class.
4. Stay focused and use time wisely.
5. No running around in class.
6. Do not leave the classroom without permission.
7. Enjoy class time and school.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): As said before, I role-played on multiple medieval role-play servers before joining SRP. LotC, Aethier, and Massivecraft are much more advanced than the role-play in SRP. In SRP I've role-played as a College Student, a Music Teacher, an Adult, and a Highschool student.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of Department - HD teachers main purposes are to lead the Subjects Departments and make sure that everything is running smoothly through the department.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher in Learning Skills - These teachers are allowed to conduct class fully amongst themselves. QTLS's are ranked higher than NQT's, but lower than HD's.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher - These teachers are new to the job, they are as well able to teach a class. But, they are almost being supervised by other highly ranked teachers.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers create futures, they are the beginnings of generations. In SRP, teachers server as a key role as they continue to ensure the school is running smoothly and progressing. Karakura high is a immensely crucial section of the server, and a school isn't a proper school without teachers. Teachers can expect to earn over 200,000 yen to 600,000 yen per month. In game, teachers must teach a minimum of 15 classes within a month in order to receive 250,000 yen. Teachers will receive 50,000 yen each 5 extra class taught a month. Like, any normal working being, teachers have lives as well. After school, teachers have families to attend to, papers to grade, and lessons to plan. They have normal lives outside of work just as much as we do.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are crucial to a SchoolRP server, because a school is not a school without teachers. School is a required element in life in oder to be successful and to gain wisdom and learn. Teachers are there to share their knowledge to their students, without teachers in a school, students wouldn't have to go to school.

Kim is an American female, originally born in Michigan, U.S.A.
She stands at the height of 5'8, her body slender and long. Her pale face carved by her ashy locks in which flowed wavily towards the tips of her shoulders, complimented by light eyes. Kim is a very laid back, playful mother in which enjoys spending time with her family. She's a firm believer in getting to know each and every one of her students, as well as treating them as children of her own. Her fellow co-workers are viewed with respect, as she'd attempt to socialize with them as much as possible. Although, staying within her boundaries, as they are simply her co-workers. Kim's plans for the future are simply to continue teaching and hopefully become promoted to a College Professor as well as continuing to live with her family in Karakura.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I'd politely ask to them to halt their actions. If they do not follow my given directions, their names will be written down on a slip and given to the administration immediately. Detention will most likely be given. If situation worsens, they may be at rick of a suspension.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: Firstly, I'd eradicate all the students in which are intensely disrupting my class. Afterwards, I'll begin to raise my voice in hopes of grabbing their attention. If raising my voice turns out hopeless, I'll begin to pass around warnings.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: My character will show respect to her fellow co-workers, as well as socialize.

/me leans against the board, awaiting for her students to settle down into their seats.
/me places her finger over her lips in which a 'shh' sound would escape from.
/me would begin to wave her hand around whilst grasping the marker. Words would begin to form upon the board.
/me would move her lips to the edge of her mug, slowly lifting the container to a tilt while the beverage would begin to seep into her mouth.
/me would plop herself upon her squeaky, wobbly chair as her students quietly worked in bird's eye view.
Backstory
Kim Marienne Dyer was born and raised in Manistee, Michigan. The Dyer's were fully American, and had lived in Manistee for as long as they can remember. Her parents were very religious, and she'd usually spend most of her weekends volunteering for charities and serving at masses. The Dyers took education very seriously, in which forced Kim to put her all into school, every single year. She was a successful hardworking student. Kim had spent her entire life in Michigan until she had met her soon to be fiancee, Maddox. The two had met in college and birthed two children; Ryan and Blair Dyer. After graduating college, Kim began teaching at a high school in Michigan, in which she taught History. Her love for history had birthed a while back, when she was still in elementary school. Her history teacher had left a grand impact upon her, inspiring Kim to be just like her later on. Unfortunately, circumstances for Maddox and Kim didn't work out as well as they thought it would, and they became divorced.This caused much distress for Kim as she was now a single mother of two. Following the divorce, Kim and her family emigrated to Karakura, Japan in hopes for a better future. Her daughter Blair began school along with Ryan, her son. Fortunately, after a few years of exploring for a new career, Kim had stumbled upon open job applications for Karakura High in which she took immediately. After applying, she was soon hired as a History teacher. Now hired as a History teacher, Kim is peacefully stable enough to enjoy living in Karakura with her family. In the future she hopes to become promoted to a College Professor. As of now, Kim is happily enjoying the present, and is doing what she loves most, teaching.
