Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers are the beginnings of every generation, creating futures for their students. A teacher's job is to give an education to each and every student, ensuring they graduate and achieve grand things in life. Students spend most of their life with teachers, meaning that teachers have to set an example to follow. Teachers can expect to earn over 200,00 yen to 600,00 yen per month. When in spare time, teachers are either grading or living a normal life, perhaps even planning for future classes.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are important to a SchoolRP server because the server is based off of school and every school needs teachers. Teachers also prepare their students for the outside world, proper ethics, and being able to follow their dream career.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The school works on MoSCo, a lesson planning system which stands for, "Must have, should have, could have."
Character Knowledge
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does she look like? What makes her unique and different? What is her outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is her personality like? What is her plan for the future? My character; Ruth Rodgers has recently graduated college meaning she is now 22. She stands at 5'5 with light brown hair, hazel eyes which are covered by glasses, and freckles in which scatter about her face. Ruth has always found a love for teaching ever since she was little. In the U.S.A; her birth country, she tutored fellow classmates until she had to move to Karakura because of her father. Though she stopped tutoring, nevertheless she continued to find ways to help others, not only in education but in daily problems. As a teacher, Ruth would not think of herself superior to her fellow students. She will treat her students with full respect as she would with anyone else. Students are not her friends, as that can lead to problems, but rather her children. She will strive to keep learning interesting and keep energy to the fullest. Ruth will also have utmost respect to the other teachers. She will keep herself open-minded to other teachers' ideas and ethics. Ruth Rodgers can seem shy, but she is very energetic and bubbly. At times she may be very sarcastic jokingly, but overall she is warm-hearted, open-minded, and animated. Her plan for the future would be to become a teacher and upgrade to a college professor, and soon retire around her 70s or 80s.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would confront the gang and tell them to quiet down at once. I'd then send the students to the office, awaiting for further actions to be done.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would simply assign all classwork for homework which would be due next school day and consign an exam for the topic in which was taught. As most of them were likely not listening, most would fail and their grades would lower.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: My character would attempt to socialize with other teachers and act very respectfully and mannerly.
