Describe your activity on the server:
I've recently returned to SRP after (more or less) a year. In the past, I was heavily involved in the Gang-RP scenario, having led Kaku-Kai and only then being introduced to government roleplay when I applied to the position of lawyer in 2022. Currently, I'm not active in any of the roleplaying fields on SRP, but wish to return to the government faction due to my affinity towards legal roleplay - specifically, lawyer's.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

What position are you applying for?:
Lawyer.

What is your motivation for applying?:
My past in the government faction was productive, having won a trial and encouraging legal roleplay within the community as a whole. It's something I truly enjoy and would love to return to.

Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
Yes, I do.

Are there any goals for you or your character with this role?:
I wish to continue the development of Seiichi Yamamoto, a former Karakura lawyer who's recently returned to the city seeking, once again, a position within the state bar. I want to continue to portray Yamamoto's love for his career, whilst being a somewhat unstable man, sometimes defying the ethics and morals of being an attorney, although continuing to try his best despite the strongest of his flaws resulted by a disturbing marriage and leading divorce. A man who isn't necessarily used to cities the size of Karakura - being born in Tokyo, but who's acquired a passion for the somewhat small-sized island urban region.

In your own words, describe what the position you’re applying for does within the government:
Attorneys assure people's rights whilst facing trial or engaging on other legal disputes. Lawyers represent their clients before a jury and the judge, maintaing and enforcing their judicial interests over the most broad of topics, issues or challenges. Lawyers represent a range of different people and entities; from physical persons to corporations or government entities - they're the ones who speak for whoever their client may be and fight for them in court.

Do you acknowledge that upon being accepted you can be subject to removal at any given time?:
Yes, I do.

Do you understand that you’re expected to be dedicated to your position upon being accepted?:
Yes, I do.

Are you aware that any display of OOC bias toward anyone on the job will result in punishment?:
Yes, I am.

Have you read & agreed to follow the Government Faction rules?:
Yes, I have read the rules and thoroughly accept them.

Are you able to attend weekly meetings & events?:
Yes, I am.

What makes you a good candidate for this job?

I have broad experience in the field of law and am experienced with the work nature of a Karakurean attorney, having won multiple cases throughout my career in the city. Not only the government, but the people of Karakura would benefit greatly from my services. I'm familiarized with the challenges, coworkers and clients I might encounter throughout my stay in the state bar. I'm more than capable of maintaining a professional stance towards my office companions, clients, cases and superiors. I dominate communication with both personal, company and government entities and am entirely capable of working with any type of profile that could be handed to me. I look forward to returning to the state bar of Karakura and resuming my duties.
