My first ban in the SRP community, It took place in 2019; My first month playing in the server. I do understand that what i did was wrong and unacceptable. Now that i know all the rules and haven't broken any for quite some time, I believe this punishment i've had should be "Ignored".
2- Staff disrespect - Continious toxicity
My fourth and last ban; This punishment took place in late 2020, probably November or December. The reason I've got this punishment is actually pretty "Weird". Basically what happened was; my character getting detention and being mad at counselors for it, as he got in the detention room, the counselors handed him an empty book for him to write stuff while waiting for the detention to be over. So what my character did was writing "Kill yourself" into the book and tossing it to the counselors face. Unfortunately, They misunderstood and thought i meant it OOCly, They called for a staff member to help with the situation and everything went downhill for me after that, bunch of people arguing in /looc and all the chaos, i was panicking alot since i couldn't get them to understand me, Then i got Warned and Kicked out of the game. When i joined back in, i accidentally text "Bro it was meant icly" in all caps and got banned for 2 weeks. I understand that what i did was probably wrong and i apologise, i guarantee that no such situation will ever happen again.

I can be online in SRP every day. Sadly due school, i can only be online from 05.00PM to 00.00 GMT+03 in weekdays.
At weekends i can be online all day, whenever i am needed or whenever i want to play.

1- P2L GangRPing
P2L Fighting in SRP requires and relies on a strong DetailRP ability, needing to DetailRP better than your opponent to leave a lasting impression upon those which you fight! Making good choices and calls with your actions when it's required can also have a great impact on whether you character wins a thrilling fight or some valuable money! I've continued to do P2L encounters for a substantial time now. And i must say that i thoroughly enjoy it!
2-Gangrp
I can say that I have presented various actions of DetailRP during my time GangRPing and I wish to now use my experience with such things to aid the EMS! Joining the EMS will help me develop my character more aswell which will be better for giving my character more lore and a richer backstory!
What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our current team?:
My motivation for EMS is that i’ve been a part of the SRP community for almost 3 years now and i haven’t gotten any job yet, i want to try new things and experience new stuff. İ tried to get into some other jobs but you’ve seen my application histroy, unfortunately i couldnt. My english developing overtime and getting better, i thought it would be a good choice to apply for EMS since i am blacklisted from College proffessor applications. I believe that me, and Yato would be fitting for the EMS team. At GMT+03.00 timezone, most of the time EMS workers are offline, and F2B’ing the healthcare of your character’s injuries is just not very fun at all. So i thought i would be able to fix this problem if i get accepted

Clinical Lead:
The role of a Clinical lead has many responsibilities. Clinical leads will leads the team, and are responsible for ensuring that they are on the right path. They often help newcomers or new staff members know more about their responsibilities, and guide them to what's right.
Head Doctor:
Head Doctors are in charge of medical matters and often is the superior of attending physicians but may also be in charge of other professional groups and areas of responsibility. They're also in charge of making final decisions about a medical question.
Doctor:
Doctors use their knowledge from training, they must help diagnose and help the ones who are in need of attention that including educating and treating patients, recommending specialists for certain patients, documenting the patient's medical history to ensure they get the best care.
Head Surgeon:
Head Surgeons Are in charge of the Surgeon Team, making sure everyone is doing their job perfectly fine, additionally; they are in charge of medical choices during surgeries.
Surgeon:
A surgeon has a major role in the health department they mostly operate on patients with broken bones, injuries, diseases, and cancerous tumors, and possibly deformities. Surgeons have conversations with the patient before the start of any surgery to make sure they are ready and safe.
Head Psychiatrist:
A head physician is a person who plays a big role in the head department, they are trained, and qualified for this position. They've earned this position with hard work, they aren't able to guide the patients with their intuition, they share ideas with their fellow psychiatrists on how to handle a situation or guide it.
Psychiatrists:
Psychiatrists should be always keeping their eye out on how their patients well being, they should be looking for the symptoms or conditions of their patients, they should be able to find out what their patient's symptoms or conditions mean, by examing them closely. They mostly specialize in the diagnosis and treatments of mental illnesses.

Tell us about your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
Yato Hiroshi is a Respectful Well-mannered 28 year old Japanese Male with Blue eyes natural white hair. the male would stand at the height of 5'11. He'd have an athletic body. He'd look like an innocent, caring person who doesnt get mad at all at any situation.
What are they like on and off the job?
While on job, Yato would seem Calm and professional allthough he is not very calm at all. Yato isn't a very serious person so it is sometimes hard for him. though, if anyone is in need he is allways ready to help no matter what. while treating his Patients Yato will treat them like a friend, not just another patient, Yato loves talking to people and helping them so he will easily fit into this job.
At home, Yato is more laid-back, still respectful and well-mannered. He'd probably be talking to people since he is very social and popular
Outlook on their co-workers? Plans for the future?
For his co-workers Yato would be a great person, Friendly, caring and overall a good friend. he will help them in any cases of scenarios. for his future, i havent really set anything up yet, guess i'll make a family called "Hiroshi", who knows?

BACKSTORY
Yato Hiroshi was born in Hiroshima/Japan in April 25th of 1994, Growing up, He had the same condition with his Grandfather. His grandfather ,Yamato Hiroshi was 29 years old when he witnessed the Terror and Dread of a Nuke dropping into Hiroshima. When the Bombing happened, Yamato was far away with his Four friends, having a good view of Hiroshima at the Skirts of Mt. Kannomineyama, safe and far away enough to not get harmed by the explosion. When He was Drinking alcohol with his friends, Talking about All 5 of them Joining the Japanese army during World war 2, They saw an Object falling down onto Hiroshima. Being drunk, they did not care about the Object they saw. But suddenly, they were blinded by the Bombs impact and Brightness of the Explosion. There were a Hundered suns on Hiroshima. They quickly got out of the spot they were drinking in and ran to the edge of the cliff, Hardly watching the explosion. What Yamato saw was Pure Death, Terror and Dread. He couldn’t believe his eyes, not being able to make a move, or even speak. He was completely Traumatised from what he saw. Even After hours after impact he couldnt move or speak, all he gave out was Gibberish. They were all shocked, But one of his friends who were the oldest in the group, could move, The Young man’s name was Tomodachi Kodomo. He quickly ran to the near Fisherman’s town which was behind the mountain and asked for help for his friends, The people of the town quickly sent a Doctor group to the mountain skirts where they were drinking at, Yamato was not doing good even weeks after the Bombing with No sleep, Barely eating food and drinking water. 3 weeks later, He was able to speak again, but soon was told that he now has Canities subita also called Marie Antoinette Syndrome or Thomas More Syndrome. An alleged condition of hair turning white overnight due to stress or trauma. He was able to recover almost a month later. Allthough He was still having trouble walking and he had to Have Antidepressants to remain sane. And unfortunately, his hair wasn’t turning back to its original color, Psychiatrists could not explain his situation. 4 Years later, Yato’s father, Asashi Hiroshi was born in Kyoto, Japan. Asashi didnt seem to have his father’s condition. He was a completely healthy male with Brown natural hair. Asashi worked the hardest he could and was a successful student in his school. Good grades after good grades, Events after Events and he was a well-known face in Kyoto. When he was in his 20s, he moved to Tokyo, Leaving his father and Mother behind for college. 4 years later, He got graduated to become an Economist, 3 years of working as an Economist in different Companies. And actually got married to a Beautiful woman, Yato’s mother, Aiko Hiroshi. At the first year of their healthy marriage, Yato was Born, There was something off about this child though, He was born with White hair and blue eyes, just like his grandfather. They took him to Hospital and the doctors couldnt explain Yato’s situation. Since a baby wouldnt have Canities subita since it is impossible for the baby to have any stress or traumas right after birth. Doctors couldn’t explain Yato’s situation. Asashi didnt think Yato was special, and thought it was something wrong with him, or Aiko. By that time, Asashi created Hiroshi incorporated. Giving out loans and running an Auction House in Tokyo, Making his Corporation bigger. When Yato was 2 years old, Aiko was pregnant again. Carrying Yato’s brother, Toshi Hiroshi. Toshi was born in Tokyo, 1996. Unlike Yato, he didn’t have White hair or blue eyes, instead he was just like his mother, Brown hair and light Brown eyes. At this point Asashi started to realise Yato was special. Since he had the same condition with his grandfather. Asashi quickly took Yato to Kyoto, to his Grandfather Yamato’s house. Yamato decided to Keep Yato while he was growing up, Taking him away from his parents temporarily. Yato wasn’t the smartest kid growing up, he didn’t do school until middleschool since he was doing homeschool with his grandfather. Even though he wasn’t the smartest, he was a good, caring and a well mannered child. He stayed in Kyoto for 8 years until he was 10 years old. At the age of 10, Yato has returned back in Tokyo for middle school. Still, he wasn’t very good at his grades, when he turned 14, Asashi sent him to Karakura for boarding school. Asashi was kind of disappointed how Yato was not good at his grades unlike himself, so sadly, Yato weren’t their favorite child, atleast not Asashi’s. Aiko was not happy with Yato being in boarding school, She thought what Asashi did was wrong and unfortunately they’ve had alot of arguements about it, But Asashi wouldn’t budge. Yato graduated from highschool without any of his relatives. Yato started college right after he graduated highschool, thankfully, Aiko could get Asashi to pay his college fee and Yato’s needs. Yato has graduated college in 2018, doing 4 years of College, Yato decided he wanted to be a Psychiatrist.

Giving out loans and running an Auction House in Tokyo, Making his Corporation bigger. When Yato was 2 years old, Aiko was pregnant again. Carrying Yato’s brother, Toshi Hiroshi. Toshi was born in Tokyo, 1996. Unlike Yato, he didn’t have White hair or blue eyes, instead he was just like his mother, Brown hair and light Brown eyes. At this point Asashi started to realise Yato was special. Since he had the same condition with his grandfather. Asashi quickly took Yato to Kyoto, to his Grandfather Yamato’s house. Yamato decided to Keep Yato while he was growing up, Taking him away from his parents temporarily. Yato wasn’t the smartest kid growing up, he didn’t do school until middleschool since he was doing homeschool with his grandfather. Even though he wasn’t the smartest, he was a good, caring and a well mannered child. He stayed in Kyoto for 8 years until he was 10 years old. At the age of 10, Yato has returned back in Tokyo for middle school. Still, he wasn’t very good at his grades, when he turned 14, Asashi sent him to Karakura for boarding school. Asashi was kind of disappointed how Yato was not good at his grades unlike himself, so sadly, Yato weren’t their favorite child, atleast not Asashi’s. Aiko was not happy with Yato being in boarding school, She thought what Asashi did was wrong and unfortunately they’ve had alot of arguements about it, But Asashi wouldn’t budge. Yato graduated from highschool without any of his relatives. Yato started college right after he graduated highschool, thankfully, Aiko could get Asashi to pay his college fee and Yato’s needs. Yato has graduated college in 2018, doing 4 years of College, Yato decided he wanted to be a Psychiatrist.
