Describe your activity on the server:
At the moment, I've been active for three to six hours most days. I typically take a two-day rest if I've been more active than usual. But like most people who are out of Highschool, my schedule is due to change sometimes.
List your current roles on the server:
[HS] Atsui Heddo
[Adult] Hiromi Vermillion
What position are you applying for (Maiden or Priest)?
Maiden
What is your motivation for applying?
Why do I want to apply? I truly like the Shrine & the Faction for a long while now, it’s always intrigued my interest so now I’m Applying for the 3rd time :D (.. Is the charm working yet..)
I have been roleplaying with most of the long-term employees and those who also have a character that visits the shrine for more than a year. My character is now taking the chance to apply to become a Maiden and be around the shrine officially after years of frequenting, as this opens up new character development and role-playing opportunities for both my character and others.
Additionally, since the shrine in Karakura differs from other shrines in Japan, I would like to understand more about it. Create fresh experiences and delve deeper into the faction for the approaching new year.
Besides my character being involved, I actually am a little desperate to join since I’ve always found the Shrine Faction to be fun, the people within it makes getting on enjoyable and simply I’ve really wanted a character in the Faction simply to be apart of it and stay long term. I’ve already seen the sides of shrine that is stressful and still want to apply, I also want to learn more about Shintoism and possssiblyy… (have my character eventually become a priest or someone meaningful to the shrine). Shrine faction is somewhere I want to stay for a while.
What do you currently know about Shintoism? Are you willing to learn more about it?
In technical terms, Shinto means "the way of the gods." As previously said, each region has its own gods, and the objects of worship for animism varied by region (for example, animals, stones, or natural objects like trees). Shintoism, which is essentially a polytheistic faith, has 8,000 gods at the moment, however it's unclear how many there are. There are gods for everything, including toilets. The deceased who fought for Japan are also revered as gods.
The Shinto religion performs a variety of rituals for festivals, weddings, purification, and good causes (such as the Hotsprings event!).
Because of Japan's natural disasters, which are known to occur frequently, Shintoism has a very strong relationship to nature. This is how Japanese people find peace with nature because they are powerless over it.
A Shinto shrine's Tori gate, which is usually in front, is a representation of the phrase "from there on begins the holy area." You should never walk in the center of a Tori because it is reserved for the gods. On the left or right, but prior to getting into the Tori or departing. You must give respect to the Tori by bowing.
Would I be willing to learn? Of course, I want to learn more about Shintoism. I want to take advantage of this chance to meet others who are as interested in this side of Japenese Culture/Religion. creating new, diverse roleplay scenarios and, ideally, spending a long time at the Shrine.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE / SITUATIONS
How does your character act around shrine grounds? How do they interact with guests and other staff?
Hiromi is a woman who can at first be scary .. but she exudes grace, is incredibly understanding of others, and is open-minded, which makes it easier for her to give people the benefit of the doubt. Despite her initial awkwardness, Hiromi exhibits kindness and is willing to engage in conversation with almost anyone who approaches her, creating a comfortable but free space in hopes guests and other staff will return to talk once more.
However, as previously said, she lacks social skills. Cleaning, gardening, feeding the koi, tending to guests' needs (such as getting tea or sake, food, being at the small store where guests can purchase tamagushi, etc., and tarot reading), or spending time catching up or having fun with other staff members to make sure they are okay or need assistance with anything , these some of the tasks/activities she prefers to complete during the day. Hiromi typically treats everyone equally. A visitor or another employee. Until- well, it’s needed to be treated differently, usually in more serious situations regarding the shrine.
if nothing is going on, particularly on days when Hiromi has the Shrine to herself and has finished all of the necessary tasks.
She can be heard conversing with Kitsa. On the calmest days, she will either remain in her chamber sleeping or standing and waiting for people to arrive while sipping tea and gazing at the sky or moon.
You see a guest jumping around the roofs of the building and overall disrespecting shrine grounds, how would your character handle it?
Hiomi would normally appear unconcerned, yet her movements would be slightly influenced by her feelings. Taking command of the situation, she would politely request that the guests "please stay off the roofs!" "Please, language!" "We feed the koi, not harm them!" "Respect the shrine's maidens and priests," etc. Hiromi is eager to resolve the matter if the initial warning is not heeded. Taking charge once more, Hiromi would warn the visitors, "I will tell you once more, Please do not do that otherwise Consequences will be held," in a more solemn tone. Usually, that would convey the point, wouldn't it? Regarding this query. Obviously not!
Hiromi would stand by her statement once it became evident that the guests had no regard whatsoever for the shrine, by this point, her attitude had soured. bringing the matter to the notice of some of the other staff. She made it very plain ‘if you don’t leave the shrine right away, you will be blacklisted. I don't want to contact the police or put you on a blacklist, so please don't make this difficult for the both of us..” Then, if the guests understood, they did. if not, Hiromi would call the police and pray that nothing would make the situation worsen..
Hiromi, of course, is a believer in opportunities and forgiveness. if the circumstances changed at all or if it just reached the end. Even though the visitors would still need to depart at that time and return the next day, Hiromi is eager to listen to them and a simple apology would fix the issue depending how bad it got.
Why does your character want to become a shrine maiden/priest?
Because of her connection to the shrine, Hiromi aspires to be a shrine maiden. In a sense, she began to think the Kami was genuine because she has met so many individuals that she now considers close on shrine grounds, she feels indebted to the Kami.
Hiromi appreciates how all the staff stay together and finds the thought being a maiden/priest enjoyable. She secretly hopes that she will find a way to express herself and make more relationships, particularly with the staff and people who have been family to the shrine after frequent visits. She wants to live a positive life and, in a sense, she hopes that the shrine will show a better version of herself . Where she gains friends inside and out of shrine grounds, and be a person people know they will have a good time when she’s there.
In addition, Hiromi, like the majority of applicants, is interested in learning more about Shintoism. Even though she doesn't know much, she can be spotted exploring the Shrine's grounds and attempting to discover all of its hidden gems. Especially in the cave..
