The fact that you have to Re-Buy upgrades after buying them and swapping it out for something else is stupid, It makes upgrades something you can only change ONCE and never change again, and not mention further makes Street Racing a tideous thing to do, and also as people would say, everyone's the same speed again, Get rid of it. Or make it saves so you can apply your purchased upgrade without paying.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
It will simply just make the system better, It's a stupid system If it's intentional, who thought of this? (no offense)

It'd make sense to save your past vehicle upgrades, like a storage for instance. Perhaps add an option when buying your upgrade that says "Do you wish to save your previous upgrade or throw it away?" or something similar like that. That way people have a choice if they want to save their past upgrades or not.

I dont see why you cant just have them saved per car if you already bought them.
