Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are pretty much the core to SRP. Teachers help develop new people, and SRP revolves around school! So, teachers are kind important! Without teachers this would just be CityRP!

What's your character's full name?: Alikora Nevah
What is your character's nationality?: Cuban!
What is your preferred subject to teach?: Physical Education
Describe your character:
Alikora is a 5'6 woman. Alikora is a bit on the darker side, with brown hair, and brown eyes! She loves everything to do with sports. She grew up in Cuba playing football and basketball. She loved playing both of those sports. She hates when people get hurt. She will sacrifice herself for other people! She loves other people and talks frequently.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Alikora loves students and co-workers. Although she doesn't like when she is disrespected, so those who disrespect her will not like her at all. Other than that, she loves to work with people, and wants to build a student-teacher relationship! She really wants to make friends with students!
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Alikora loves almost everything sports related! Alikora has seen people get injured because they did not warm up correctly before playing a sport. Hell, one of her best friends tore her ACL because she used too much force. She saw it in real time! So, she wants to help people warm up!
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Alikora would talk to the student privately. She would see what she can do, and what she can improve on! She really loves to help people who are struggling with physical stuff. She doesn't like when people make fun of people for not being good at sports!
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
First, Alikora would first warn the student three times. After the third time she would be done with the disrespect and hand him a detention. If that student doesn't learn from that. Then, she would contact any SLT (if any are online) and make a report. Then, that student would be dealt with!
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Three interactive class ideas that are related to PE are playing dodgeball, learning stretches, and playing basketball. Playing dodgeball can help teach students about sportsmanship and how to play dodgeball! Alikora loves to play any type of sport, but she loves dodgeball and basketball the most! Learning stretches helps teach the students how to stretch before playing anything physical! This is important because if you don't stretch then there is an increased risk of injury while playing sports! Playing basketball can help students with teamwork and how to play the actual game! Alikora loves playing basketball, even though she isn't the best at it! Alikora loves working with other people, so she thinks that teamwork is a very very important skill to learn! Without it, Alikora thinks that the world would fail!
