How often do you log onto the server?: Afternoons From 3:20 PM To 7:50 PM Monday To Friday (English Time zone) ~ Weekends 10:00 AM To 7:00 PM (Usually a break in between weekends)

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Teaching Assistants have the role to help and work with individual students ,groups of students or occasionally the whole class.They would support the teachers by preparing classrooms.
Do you have any past experience in this type of role play?: Yes i do, i have role played in an advance of being a Teacher and a Teaching Assistant across many servers.
What experience, in general, do you have in role play?: Role playing on a wide range of servers in Mine craft typically being teacher or generally the person who makes the role play realistic.
Are you familiar with the job you are applying for does? If so, describe it: A teaching assistant would arrive to requested or individual classes and help set the class up for its upcoming event.Then help pupils to grant their successes.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: Obviously this is contextual but i will adopt my own three strike policy. First, I'd try to calm the student down using positive encouragement, for instance, I'd say "<Person> please stop doing that, it is not good." If such person continues to not respond, I will offer a clear warning, and alternative to stop this behaviour. If all of this fails, I will refer such student to a higher member of staff..
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: Alright, I would try and get the hazardous job done in an exceptional time.

Chosen Job: Teaching Assistant
Motivation for Joining YHS: Ever since I was a child, I always had a passion for teaching assistants and the complex job they do. They are often regarded as insignificant compared to teachers, however the way they support those less able students really motivated me to take up a job in that field. I would love to move onto a more complex field of study in the future, but at the moment being a teaching assistant is the best for me, as I am not under so much pressure

Why should you be accepted over the other Applicants?: I am passionate for the students I care for, I want them to succeed no matter what their life may throw at them. I have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of such students who may of not had the best start in life.
