My activity at the moment is me being very active since I recently moved to a different state and do not have a job yet! So I am on roleplaying pretty much everyday playing for about several hours (6+ Hours) especially since I am on a Highschool Sports Team. I will notify a higher up if I do get a job soon and will give them my schedule!
This account doesn't have much playtime on the SRP server but I've had many different accounts and alts that sometimes I tend to forget about if I'm not doing anything on them in the server.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Tutors are kind of foundation educators that help students either individually or in a smaller group than a regular sized classroom and it is usually held outside of a traditional classroom setting. One of their primary goals in such a role is to assist and help students with certain topics they may struggle in. Sometimes they may just help the student understand academic matters, unfold effective learning strategies, and enhance their interpretations of different topics! Sometimes Tutors can help students with confidence building. Tutors usually communicate with either parents, teachers/professors, and even school staff to understand students struggles and necessities for their tutoring lessons.
There may also be different kinds of tutoring tutors, such as Subject-Specific Tutoring, Test Preparation Tutoring, Homework Help, and finally Remedial Tutoring! Tutors are very much needed and should be present in all schools around the world, I find them to be very important and valuable to a student's education!
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have many, many years of roleplay experience. From the beginning playing Hypixel Housing and different creative servers that had plots where people made little roleplays on to being on SRP for about 6 years playing and roleplaying with friends or random players having a fun old time. I've created over 100 characters and always made an outstandingly detailed background and backstory for them, different motivations, also different goals and personalities for them as well. Within my years of playing on SRP, I've had different roles and experiences. Such as being an Officer, Teacher, Professor, a College student, and even a variety of different sports that I got accepted into!
I know the principles of having to be serious in Roleplay and since I've had a lot of experience roleplaying as adults and taking care of children's education I am sure I will ace that. So generally my conclusion to this question is that I have many years of experience in roleplay and can mix whatever you throw at me!
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
Firstly I've been a part of education roleplay and greatly enjoyed my experience as a Teacher and Professor! But mainly why I really want to join the School Employee faction is because I really want to give driven and meaningful roleplay experiences to many folk of School RP like I've done before. I love the idea and feeling of being helpful for others in some certain way and I feel like I could definitely achieve that being a School Employee. Such as helping new comers and players around the school, helping regular players' characters with subjects they may struggle in, and just being an all around good employee for my co-workers and school higher ups. School is a huge and important part of a moving and living society even though it's only a roleplay and to contribute to this society would be something I would love to do.
This faction provides traits that other factions may not contribute to in a school setting, such as mentorship, fascinating storytelling, and generally some positive character development! But past that I am organized, responsible, and experienced with serious and education roleplay!

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Miss Verdugo will first tell the student to stop cursing in the school setting because it is impressionably to younger students. Then in a nice tone Miss Verdugo would ask if the student is doing alright, sometimes people may have their moments or bad days and try to lash it out on others or other things around them. She would of learned that in college when she was going to school. Once the student starts to calm down after Miss Verdugo reassures them, the student would then start to open up to her and tell them about what happened or what's going on in their life. Miss Verdugo wrote it all down and made sure the student was left with high spirits and felt better before Miss Verdugo left them.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
First, Miss Verdugo would radio in back up right away because they may take more than one pair of hands to stop this fight from continuing. She would get clarification on if she will be receiving any help for the situation, if she does or if she doesn't she will still do the same thing. She will march in between the two battling it out and would separate the two. Asking all students not related to the situation to disburse from around the kids fighting and to go on with their school day. She then would ask questions to the two students and others that may have been involved in this predicament. She would ask questions like, "What started this altercation?" and "Who throw the first punch?"; If she wasn't able to get a reasonable or clear answer from the two then she would of course hand them both a detention slip for causing commotion and call over a Caretaker since they are the only people who can check the cameras and find out who really started it then further punish them.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Miss Verdugo would first gather enough evidence to prove that they were in the wrong then She would immediately turn in the evidence to the higher ups. There is no need for altercation when karma will find it's way towards that individual regardless. She believes that she has no right to change anything or get in the way of the universe. Having enough evidence to show that the person is truly in the wrong is all she needs to get the problem resolved.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Miss Verdugo is usually chilling and drinking her cup of coffee. She doesn't do much but relax in her spare time when she DOES have spare time. She is a work-a-holic and loves it. She does not feel the need to slug around and not do her job. But when she is in the break room she is usually out of there in a matter of minutes.

She would tap on the thinned paper with stiffness as she would be trying to help the poor student with his very complicated biology homework. Knowing the answer but not wanting to out it for the kid, she would sweat in relief as the kid would finally understand the following question and answered with swiftness towards Miss Verdugo, easing the pressure of her. "Great job kid! That's correct! Now do you understand what they mean by this?" She said with annotation, praying that the kid would answer with confidence and precision. The kid would reply with "Yes Miss Verdugo, I do understand and I know the answer but I do wonder why that is? Why do Octopuses have three hearts and blue blood?" Miss Verdugo would close her eyes with prestige obviously knowing the details of the answer to that question, Verdugo would almost burst out of her seat explaining why Octopuses need multiple cardiac muscles.

She would sit idly at one of the tutoring tables as she waited for one of his students that were late to enter the room. As she waited she would put his hands on the back of her seat and she would push her body into a twist to crack her spinal cord. *POP* Is what you would hear after she did so and man was it reliving, almost blowing all the air her lungs after that noise she almost went slouch on the chair. The student would come running in like a speed train most certainly startling Miss Verdugo into an upright position and shocked deminer. "Miss Verdugo? Are you alright ma'am?" asked the child innocently not knowing what he did. "Yes, Of course. You startled me is all." She said quite embarrassed. "Are you ready for your lesson? You are already very late and I have another appointment in about 40 minutes, Mr. Kagami." Verdugo said sternly, only being worried for the kid's education and success.

She would pull up a chair next to a professor that had been crying in his alone time. "Professor Mills, Are you alright? I know we're just co-workers but if you need a shoulder to be lend I definitely do not mind lending one nor an ear?" Verdugo would speak with empathy and realism. You could see in Miss Verdugo's eyes that she meant what she was saying and was only very concerned for her lovely co-worker that seemed to be in plenty distress. "Yes, My son got a new tattoo and it's a girl's name that he only knew for a month!" Verdugo would breathe in through her teeth in distraught. "I mean, yes that is bad but you have to let him make these bad decisions to learn from them. Last time I checked your son is 19 years of age? He is still pretty young and tattoos do a lot of damage. I know, I have them too but trust me. All you need to do is speak to him heart to heart and I am sure he will try to communicate to you." Verdugo would better at this than most thought. She was only pretty good at that because of how many nephews and nieces she has.

A story of how an educator found her way in the world from a young age. Not knowing where or how she got on this path but it all started in Africa.
Carmen Verdugo, a female that was born in Antananarivo, Madagascar. She was born on March 7th of 1984, being the youngest of the bunch. Living in the capital city of Antananarivo was a struggle for Carmen and all five members of her family. Poverty always was striking Carmen since Antananarivo was one of the cities of Madagascar that had one of the highest in numbers but money was few. Carmen came to know the word Poor almost like a friend but a friend with hardships.
Growing up, Carmen always loved the idea of being a Doctor or scientist of some sorts. Knowing that love for science ran all over in her veins she would try her very best to find ways to learn about it as a young child. At the age of 9, you could find Carmen roaming around in a tee and shorts asking people medical questions like some kind of family medicine physician. For a small fry She was big brained, shocking all the members and folk around her part of the big city they lived in. But at the age of 13 She was given a chance.
Almost like a bright light in a dark wet cave ridden filled with huge spiders you hear about in books and movies. Like a shooting star falling right on top of your house. Bittersweet, biting into a Tamarind. She would take it. She was given an opportunity to study abroad in an actual class with kids and books. The bitter part is that She would have to leave her family behind.
She would be going to Japan with the man that was on a mission. He helped the kids of Africa, He went to different parts of Africa to help different kids and different families. What are the chances we were chosen? Who are we? The only person being taken to paradise was Carmen herself, the thought of leaving her family only bedridden her. But She also thought that taking this chance could save her family too. She took it, taking a leap of faith and hope for the better for her family. She knew what to do. She needed to completely lock herself in the thought of only success, only succeeding to bring her family to a better state in life.
She would then grow up the rest of her years in Karakura, Japan. Turning 18 there, learning Japanese, drinking her first alcoholic beverage there. While her family missed it all. At 21, a lot of things about Carmen changed. Her path turned away from medicine and she was inspired by education. She still was in love with science but she just knew she needed to be an educator. She worked for it. Harder than she’s ever worked before in her school years. College, the big hassle. This is where you push the hardest. She would then earn her Academic Degree in her Majors and Minor. Now living in her own apartment in Japan; She would start applying to all kinds of places. But there it was, there it is. Karakura. It almost reminded her of home. She moved there and started applying to many jobs and got a hit! She was able to become a tutor for the Karakura School and is now able to help the children in need at Karakura!
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"Well, to be honest it kind of reminds me of my hometown. And to think about helping all those kids from my country, that is my dream. One I get my hands into bigger funds. I will be supporting my home country and the kids that cannot receive the education that I was lucky enough to receive. I want to be the best educator that I can and I know I have the push and drive to do so. I want to help all the kids of Karakura and lead them to a steady or good enough life with the education they will need to get to a balanced place."
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
"To be frank, I don't like the idea of being picked over someone else. It makes me feel like as if that person won't be able to get the chance like I did, and it will constantly remind me of how I was lucky enough to leave my situation in Madagascar and the kids that were there with me weren't able to. So to me I don't think it is morally fair but if there were an answer my conclusion to that question would be that my drive might be bigger and better than others, I came from a rough place and I will never get into a situation that could risk the lost of my job. I am a hard worker, I am persistent, I am very reliable, and I make sure my work is done before anything else. I have such a strong work drive and I never let anything get in my way unless it is an emergency that is needed to be taken care of such as an injured student or a family emergency."
