Have you ever been wondering why you can't intercom both high school and college at the same time as a teacher or professor? Well I don't know why either, as a teacher myself I've seen the struggle when I had to go on the radio and ask for a professor or school employee to call the college kid down. You also have those times when school faculty or professors aren't on, or they're all in classes!! It wouldn't make sense why teachers wouldn't just get to call college students as well.

So to start it off my suggestion would be to remove /ic and /cic for college and high school intercoms and have one combined intercom for the whole entire school which would be /ic. Now if you wanted to call or host your classes there should be a new command implemented for this. Although it would seem confusing for new commands to come in, it would just be easier than bugging other faculty to come over and intercom for us. /hsc and /cc would be the intercoms for hosting classes. /hsc being the high school class intercom, and /cc being the college class intercom.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
These new commands would greatly benefit the professors and teachers around the school, so they wouldn't have to wait for a professor to intercom them one at a time. It would also make logical sense because Karakura high school and college are in the same building, so the intercom would be somewhat the same right? Seriously now, it would just make it less tedious for the teachers and professors around the school. Thanks for reading my suggestion, but definitely let me know what you think!

Hey I’m gonna go with -1 because they have denied this suggestion before. The reason is they want everyone to interact with each other when it comes to intercoms. They want to build everyone team work.

This has been suggested and denied at least a couple times now, for the reason that it would "flood chat" too much. I may be stupid but I really don't see how this would flood chat, when letting a teacher use college intercom versus forcing them to get a professor to do it is the same amount of intercoms sent (that being one).

People complain that there's often no one available when they need to send an intercom that they have no access to, and each time the response from staff is something along the lines of "it's not that big of an issue, just ask someone else to do it". I feel like this will continue getting denied, for whatever reason.

We should keep the intercoms separate for college and high school, in my opinion. Just give all faculty access to both commands. I don't recall ever seeing a justifiable reason to keep denying these suggestions. There is practically zero roleplay involved in asking someone else to do an intercom in your stead, all it does is make faculty's lives more difficult.

It already exists as a command which is /gic or /globalintercom however its just that some roles don't have access, interact with your fellow faculty members!

Reason being that it makes no logical sense to not hear the intercoms for both in the first place. College students hear the intercom even if they're on the bottom floor or in the distant courtyard of the school, so there's no excuse for "oh but it's only for specific areas of the school!!!", everyone should be able to hear it, PERIOD.

The abbreviation of it being a COLLEGE INTERCOM vs a HIGHSCHOOL INTERCOM is enough to make it clear which side of the school is being addressed also.

I don’t see a reason for another intercom, nor do I see much of a reason for teachers and professors to have access to both intercoms. Sure, it’s a bit more of a hassle to have to contact faculty, teachers, and professors for other intercoms through your radio but at the end of the day it helps keep things more organized. I can only see school days getting more difficult when we have certain things to call just for high school or just for college and certain things to call for the whole school when we can just keep it the way we do now.

- Employees can intercom for both as they work for both College and Highschool. You can always radio another member of faculty to help or ask in your discord chats.​
