I would like to apply for School Librarian.
How often do you log onto the server?:
On weekdays I log onto the server after school ,which is 4:00pm in BMT. On weekends I am on almost all of the day since, I don't have anything to do. Since I am a Shop Owner on my other account, I am always trying my hardest to be active everyday.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A School Librarian requires hard work, effort, responsibility and kindness towards the students. I will also, need to pay attention to the head Librarian and take notice of how the head does it. Librarians need to also, be organized and ready for what is coming to them like, students start damaging the shelfs or the books. They need to be clean and neat to take responsibility of the locations of the books and the dates they will have to bring in their book. Not to attempt to damage the book, we have put effort in to books and throwing them on the floor or chucking them in the bin, will not be permitted if they do, there will be severe consequences like, paying for the books that the students/student has thrown and damaged.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I indeed have experience of this type of roleplay.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have many experiences in roleplay because, I used to be a Maths Teacher at Karakura Highschool, this taught me how to deal with students and people in general. I am now a Shop Owner (On my main Account) for Star Fusion ,which has taught me how to get restock, interviewing workers, calculating pay checks and hosting specific events for my shop to gain extra money.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
My chosen school employee role is School Librarian. This job requires responsibility. As a Librarian I have to do and finish many tasks such as: Recommending books to students to read and help them for their lessons, Tidying up the bookshelves and the whole Library if needed, Making sure the students have Library cards, checking if the students have brought the books back on time and Giving out Library cards for students. When the head Librarian is absent, it is my job to cover for him/her. I also, keep in check that we have enough books for everyone to have and acknowledge so, everyone has a chance to read that specific book. If I was a Librarian, I would also provide and give the students access to information they need to increase they knowledge and mindset.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would react calmly but, strictly towards the student. If they carry on cursing and being pathetic, I will have to warn them to step outside the library and to stop cursing or they will unfortunately be banned for a consecutive amount of time. If they begin to get aggressive and abusive I will have to come forward to the Principal or any higher rank job as me.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would question him, going through various things that's going to happen throughout the job he has requested. Just to make sure, in case. I would act calm but, cautiously towards the task that is given to me, If it is too hazardous/dangerous I would inform the Principal that this is too dangerous to do so, then he would think twice about the task that was given to me. If it isn't that dangerous, I would do it yet, be careful during the task.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
It’s often tempting to make assumptions about conflict, especially if rumours are circulating. But I don’t assume anything. Instead, I will figure out what’s fuelling the disagreement between the two employees. I would listen to both sides carefully, if its not a big much of a deal, I would just leave it be and warn them that if they keep going on that I will report them to a higher role.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
Me, sitting and home knitting on a chair, I want to change to get up and maybe lose some weight, start working up, getting paid and travel many places. This would add on to my exercise routine, cleaning the shelves, organizing and many tasks. I want this job because its for the better for me and its ironic that I love reading books and ****ysing the written words. It's would be better environment and a better positive life ahead of me. Since I didn't have much to do these days at home, it will be a fun and exciting experience to join this amazing, standard high school to appreciate the community that is apart of Karakura High school. I used to be a student at Karakura Highschool but, only joined In the 12th grade so, I didn't get that full experience and life at YHS. This would be a great opportunity for me and, the employees to come and meet me.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I should be accepted amongst the other applicants because, I love to read books and cherish them for the rest of my life. I would love to help and do the same to other students to get them into that healthy mindset of not just going on your mobile phones but, to take some time off the phone to read quietly and enjoy the quality writing that authors have put their soul and heart into. Most of the Librarians aren't active as much so, I would like to come online everyday and make the library active most of the time.
