Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes, I do acknowledge that if I am inactive, I will be demoted. It is why I will try my best to be active everyday.
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Nurse
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A nurse is a school (Any grade) faculty member, who takes care of the student's injuries, and or issues with the human body. A cut? go to the nurse, a headache? go to the nurse, a broken leg? .. well, maybe you should go to the hospital for that. A school nurse represents the health and well-being of students within the school environment. They provide direct care, manage chronic conditions, promote mental health, and coordinate with families and community resources to ensure students are healthy, safe, and ready to learn.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
In terms of factions, I have not had the opportunity yet in order to indulge myself in any kind of faction. This will be my first time joining one, I'm very excited to learn a lot from it. And see what kind of RP such decision will lead me to in the future if I do get accepted.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
During my time on SRP, I was content for a long time with just being a regular player with only high school level accounts. Now that I've been on the server long enough, I believe it's time to expand myself and finally get to being in a faction, to experience all there is to it.

Situations

─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Maks Volkov would Keep his composure, he might subtly raise an eyebrow. But he warn them calmly, one more outburst and he would remove them from the area. Maks would prioritize the safety and order of others around. If it escalates, he won't hesitate to call up another faculty member (Maybe someone with a higher role than him)
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Maks would step in without hesitation, voice raised with authority. Noting details for a report. He wouldn't touch the students unless necessary but positions himself between them to break it up. He would check the students for injuries, and give both students detention after stabilizing the situation.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Maks would call it out on the spot, bluntly. Asking them what the hell they're doing. No sugarcoating, especially if students are at risk. Like, if its serious. He would document everything and report it to higher ups first. If its borderline but fixable, he would pull the co-worker aside, speak to them with a calm voice and tell them to not do it again. If he's forced to work with the same person, he would be professional and cold. No trust, and always watching to make sure they don't do it again.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
He might be like, smoker type vibes. But without the smoking, like, he stands in a corner. Observing people and taking his break quietly. He'd observe people's routines, taking mental notes. If he's focused on working, he might go in to heat up food or just to grab a quick coffee, and then back to work.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me lowers to a crouch beside the student, with a calm yet distant look on his face. Wordlessly, he opens the first aid kit, he pulls out antiseptic as well as gauze. With practiced hands, he starts cleaning of the cut, his voice low as he mutters, more to himself than anyone else, "Shouldn't be bleeding this much from that."
/me crouched down besides the injured student without hesitation, rolling up their pant leg with gentle hands to check the scratched knee. Muttering a few words under his breath, reaching for the antiseptic with practiced ease. A few dabs to the injury, wrapping the injury gently with a bandage, and a pat on the shoulder later, he stood up, brushing his hands off like it was another routine fix.
/me Stood beside the cot, lightly pressing his own hand to the forehead of the student. He narrowed both his eyes quite slightly, then turned right to grab a small bottle out from the cabinet. He muttered to himself, "Hydration, quiet, and fifteen minutes," as he handed over a water bottle. He adjusted the pillow with quiet efficiency.

Backstory:
Maks Volkov hadn't always planned on becoming a school nurse, or any kind of nurse, really of. He was quite a quiet student, consistently hanging around the back of the class, more interested in books and total silence than huge crowds and complete noise. Raised in one cold, compact apartment by one mother who worked double shifts at a hospital, in addition to one father who disappeared before Maks could remember him, Maks grew up surrounded by that smell of antiseptic, also the distant thrum of exhaustion.
Even with a lack of any open affection at his home, his mother’s quiet dedication left a mark. From an early age, he had learned how to tend to small cuts and how to stay calm during emergencies. He also learned how to listen without speaking, which was the most important. Nursing was not his initial path, yet it became the only one making sense. This occurred at a time when there was nothing else that did. Upon the ending of school, he went into a nursing program, favoring some clinical work over things so emotionally demanding. Long nights did not bother him, and he worked alone well. However, hospitals burned through people quickly, after some years with rotating shifts along with broken sleep, Maks began to wear down.
He took a job as a school nurse, not because he thought it would be easier, but because it offered consistency, in hours, in environment, as well as in the kind of people he'd be dealing with. Teenagers were of unpredictability, but they were of humanity. They could be occasionally loud, sometimes angry, or usually reckless, but they were scarcely malicious. Maks could handle a degree of chaos in brief bursts.
Now, he spends his days to treat sprained wrists, and to ease tension headaches and panic attacks. He’s somewhat withdrawn, speaks plainly, as well as keeps his office in neat order. He does not offer advice unsolicited, but he is paying attention. And in his very own quiet way, he gives a bit of a damn, even if he does not say it so out loud.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
It wasn't about ambition. Maks didn't wake up one day with a dream of being just a school nurse. Though after everything, those hospitals, those nights that bled into mornings, that quiet burn-out, he realized that he wanted something more slower. Something still worth doing.
KHS offered that. A place where the wounds weren't always seen, but were truly real. Several sprains, stress, migraines, panic, kids breaking down within the quiet. He regarded it as just what it seemed, an opportunity for him to still be useful, for him to keep his hands working and also his mind clear, without watching people die on stretchers.
He doesn't need praise. Doesn't need to be liked by all. In this space behind a clinic door in a school hallway, he can act. He can patch someone up. Make a day easier. Maybe that's enough.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I possess a strong comprehension of the position, meticulousness, and an unyielding impetus to represent my persona authentically and conscientiously. I appreciate superior writing, sound pacing, as well as meaningful interaction which contributes to the scene without derailing it. I offer reliability and communication, I embark upon no roles except where I fully intend to remain committed and give them proper respect.
My distinguishing attribute lies in my skill to harmonize character complexity alongside setting requisites, I transcend mere role enactment, helping the including milieu.
