On a scale of 1-10, I would say about a 10. I am on as often as I can for about 11-12 hours a day mayhaps. I love the community and love being able to roleplay with a variety of different people.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A school nurse is someone who takes aid of students and faculty alike, they ensure the student is well-cared for. Has the proper hygiene and takes utmost care of themselves. They know first aid if it were to come to such a stance. School nurses provide health services in schools and other educational settings. Their goal is to treat student injuries or illnesses and advise students, their parents or guardians, and staff on health issues. They keep themselves highly involved with their students and take the necessary stances they need to provide them with care. From calling them out of classes to take necessary meds or any other sort of prescription.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying since about 2015 in general. I have been on SRP quite a few times in the last few years but am now stepping up to fully be on SRP and plan to stay.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
/me waited there patiently in her spot as the student spewed out hateful words towards her. When she was given the chance to speak, she had. “Are you done now, dear? I understand you see my job as pathetic but it really is not. You see, if I was not in this job position and if this position did not exist then you wouldn’t be getting the proper care you’d need during your schooling hours. Let's say you get injured and are in need of attention but there is no school nurse to go to. What would you do? Just walk it off? You could but you wouldn’t because you already know you need help of some sort.” The lady would shift in her spot, leaning onto her more dominant side. “Thank you for speaking your mind to me, you know dear.. I think you should see a school counselor about these thoughts you have. It would do you some well unless of course you’d feel more comfortable coming to me.” Thinking for a moment longer before releasing a sigh, “However I do not appreciate the words you have used towards me and I must send you to detention. Again if you really need to get things off your chest, you should seek an adult out.” With that she would simply smile towards the student, nodding her head.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
/me sprung in towards the action, getting close to the student, before stepping in between she would out-speak to the both of them. “Stop this behavior at once, you both know this isn’t according to rules and this shouldn’t be taking place.” Upon further being there, she’d release a sigh, extending out her arm between the two. “I said stop this immediately.” With her free hand, she’d reach for her radio. Bringing it closer to her lips, whispering out- “Can I have someone come to [location] to help me break up this fight.”
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
/me oversaw her peer acting with such behavior, knitting together her brows before taking steps towards them. Already getting into the mindset of interrupting her co-worker, "Pardon me.. I do believe the behavior you are showing at the moment is out of conduct. Now- I care for you and your job here so I believe it would be in your best interest to switch over to being more work quirky. I'd hate to see you leave this job over a mishap like this. I quite enjoy our conversations during break however I don't really enjoy seeing this kind of attitude." Crossing her arms over her chest as she leaned her weight onto one leg, "I don't think our higher-ups need to see this kind of thing happening. And I would hate for them to see it as well. Please do keep in mind we are at work and should act according to our contracts." Tipping her head in a bowing mannerism as she would offer up a small smile.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
/me turned the knob of the break room gently, as to not disrupt whoever was inside. Knowing that the door could sometimes be loud and interrupt some ones conversation. After crossing over the threshold, she would drop her shoulders a small bit. Putting one foot in front of the other and going over to get a drink of some sort, water or coffee. Normally it depended on what kind of day she would be having. After getting her much needed drink she would go and sit down. Taking out her phone and checking for anything, if it required her attention. Afterwards putting it away and smiling to herself. If others were in the room she’d make up a conversation with them, “How is your part of the day going?”

/me heard a student at the front desk of the nurse's office, quickly swiveling in her chair as she overlooked them. "Hello! How may I help you today?" Bringing on the smile as she would notice the student holding their head, perhaps a headache? When the student spoke- she would nod in understanding, "Alright, I see. How about you take a rest for a moment." Getting up from her spot to let them in, then going about preparing the bed for them to rest in.
/me would be sitting at the front desk of the office, writing down some information on student forms. A student would walk up with a bloody nose, tilting her head up in order to scan them fully before quickly getting a few tissues. Holding them out as she would speak to them, "Tilt your head back to help stop the bleeding. When the tissue gets too bloody switch for a different one. Also I would suggest not moving around a lot till it is gone."
/me walked around the office, taking full inventory of everything they had. Making sure to keep count of the med-kits, all the packages of band-aids, icepacks, and other things of the sort. Jotting down on her clipboard of things to order so they wouldn't run out of. Keeping in mind to always keep track of every little detail, who knows what a student could be coming in for! Wanting to keep prepared for all circumstances that a student may need to be in the office for.

At approximately 1:18 AM on August 21st, there would be cries heard from the hospital room. Not one but two cries, one from a little boy and one from a little girl, Aiko and Hajime Yamashita. Twins. Quite beautiful twins they were honestly, with their little specks of black hair spewing out the tops of their heads. Moments later the gorgeous little eyes of Aiko opened, her brother following in her shadows. Throughout babyhood she would be quite the curious little girl, despite the fact her father never batted an eye. It was always her, her brother, and her mom. Emphasis on her and her brother. You see, the Yamashita’s pride themselves in law and business. They are built on practical skills and find comfort in being practical. Ideals to them were a liability at most. Growing up in the Yamashita estate was quite bland to say the least. Everything was uniform, of course the twins had a good childhood. How couldn’t they? They were taken on trips here and there. Going into toddlerhood is when they began to flourish a bit, aside from constantly going to family events or big business parties.
From a young age, Aiko has always found the practical side of things, well of everything. Doing her best to excel in her classes even from a young age. Of course she had friends and was quite the popular kid. Growing up in Kyoto was quite the feat in itself, managing through that city and keeping friends. Aiko was quite the start, alongside her brother of course. Her teachers loved her and always put in a good word for her and towards her. Never once had she received a bad remark on her test scores or any other forms of markings. Aiko really was the star student.
During her years in middle school, is when she had decided to take up an extra curricular. It was during schooling hours but she had decided to take up being the nurse’s aid. Simply for her resume for university, at forest it was just work for her but every-time she really had learned to love the craft. It's not that she would feel she’d be frowned upon for going into some form of nursing or doctor program. She wouldn’t, she knew that. Just didn’t feel like it was truly meant for her. Through her little volunteer work for the school she had really begun to craft a deep love for helping people. Specifically students, it was their primal time of learning and becoming better people for the future. They need the utmost care during this time. Throughout her high-school years she had yet again sought out to volunteer again with the nurse. Apart from studying and the likes of this, she would find herself busy from now on. Learning from the nurse and taking her studies further.
Throughout her schooling experiences before university, her teachers would often say things like- "Aiko Yamashita? Why she is quite the shining star. I don't think she's ever once been late academically or taken time off." Course most teachers overlooked as she was quite the achiever of sorts, it was true she hardly missed and even when she thought she had to miss she would find a way to not. It was part of her family's wishes for their children to succeed in life. Being the more business oriented family was sure something, often times it was just Aiko, her brother, and her mother hanging around. Rarely catching sight of her dad in all honesty, he normally was off doing some greater work for the business. Aiko was supposed to overtake the company one day but decided to pass it along to her more deserving brother, as she had wanted to pursue the school nurse field. From the ladies that she grew up to now taking it on.
Upon getting into university she would undertake nursing as her major, wanting to become like the women in her life previously who devoted their lives to becoming school nurses. Wanting to become that selfless person, who helped those and made sure students were well. During her studies in college, she had a part-time job as another aid for a nurse. Undertaking her wing and getting her much needed lab hours for this field. Learning from the best and understanding better the position she was in. When she had finally graduated from her studies she looked for a new place to live, her little half-sister was wanting to move as well and well.. She needed to be there with her. To Karakura they went, when she saw the hiring postings for school nursing at the conjoined college and high-school, she took her chances.. Start fresh here.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
Seeing how the community at this school is, and how the faculty is. I can see myself staying here for a long time, making a fresh new start. Helping students remain healthy and keep a balance between health and studies. Watching them flourish and making sure they get what they need. It was never about the money and purely on the fact that she wanted to help nurture these students for a better tomorrow.

Her experience with this sort of environment would be when she did the volunteering with the school nurse growing up. Also doing her internship during her college year, she was an intern under a school nurse for roughly 4 years. Near the ending of her college life.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I think I would be a fresh face for the faculty, bringing back that drive for success. For nurturement. Of course others could bring this but I feel I would be a great addition to the team. I want to become part of something bigger than myself and join a team of already great people. It’s always interested me in what it would be like to be part of a full team and I want to experience that.
