What’s your motivation for applying?:
My motive for applying is that my whole family is in the medical field and i would like to go into the medical field when i am older as well. Also i would like to try something new my other character works as a waiter in a restaurant which is fine but I would like to do something a little more exciting with this character and i think this could be it. one of my close friends Gabriel is on the EMS team, he is always so helpful and I hope I can make a difference and make him proud.

What do you know about the role you’re applying for?:
The primary role of doctors is to provide care to patients in a private office or hospital setting. In a general practice, doctors will diagnose and prescribe medications for illnesses and assess and tend to minor injuries, such as cuts or burns. Doctors will apply bandages, suture cuts, and outline treatment protocols. They typically review a patient’s medical history, perform physical exams, check vitals, and discuss nutrition and wellness plans. Doctors can choose to specialize in a number of areas, such as cardiology or gastroenterology; the responsibilities for these doctors vary according to specialty.

What do you know about basic medical knowledge?:
I know a lot about medical practice due to all my family being in the medical field I understand that in medical care first is that you need to keep skills up to date and be able to focus on the patient at hand, you should have the ability to make an injured patient feel safe and protected under your care, keeping knowledge up to date is important as giving false information to a patient may lead to paranoia, anxiety or even death in extreme cases. I understand the basic medical care of halting bleeding, use of adrenaline when heart rate is slow and CPR I'm actually certified in CPR OOCly. I also know that you have to be prepared for anything that is thrown at you and you have to be able to handle it calmly.
List all the EMS roles and their jobs:
Head Physician - The Head Physician is the one that essentially runs the hospital (alongside their assistants.) They maintain many responsibilities such as choosing who exactly is fit for the job, and just overall maintaining the hospital as a whole.
Clinical Manager - Clinical Managers are assistants to the Head Physician.If needed, Clinical Managers are the next step down from the Head Physician. If ever needed, a clinical Manager would be the next step down the ladder and substitute for the Head Physician.
Clinical Leads - A Clinical Lead is a person who's very advanced in their particular field. They typically utilize a large amount of information, and are quite reliable to know what they need to know.
Surgeon - A surgeon is able to perform surgical operations along with prescribing medication, if ever a patient came into the hospital hosting serious injuries, a surgeon would be the first person that you tell about the situation, from there the surgeon would need to help the patient.
Doctor - A doctor examines patients, diagnose and treat illnesses and/or injuries, help medication get to their host, and they have the medical expertise needed to assist in surgeries as well.
Veterinarian - A veterinarian specializes in animals. Whether this is finding them a new home, or helping to keep them healthy, veterinarians are needed for these animals.
Nurse - A nurse treats injured and/or ill patients and even assist doctors and surgeons in diagnosing patients. A nurse is more catered toward knowing everything about the patient instead of performing the medical procedures.
Psychiatrist - A Psychiatrist deals in the more emotional and mental part of medical treatment. If ever a patient has emotional trauma versus physical trauma, the psychiatrist would be where they're led to.

On the job Shi is kind and compassionate and cares for her patients. Shi makes sure they have what they need and is willing to sit and listen if they just need to talk. Shi is also a very helpful co-worker. If anyone needs help she is always willing to take the time and lend a hand. Shi is known for her good work ethic and her kind heart.
Off the job Shi is very family oriented and is always spending as much time with them as possible. You will always find her with her brothers and sisters. Shi enjoys drawing, reading, and writing something exciting in her journal. Shi is an avid outdoors person, hiking and enjoying time with her friends.

Shimizu was born in Berlin, Germany in 1994. Her family wasn’t the richest but they had enough money to stay stable. At the age of 14 her parents pressured her into studying so she could join the field of education. They wanted her to follow in their footsteps. She didn’t want to follow in their footsteps though, she wanted something else but she didn’t know what yet. So over the next 4 years she was still practicing on how to become a teacher but then, one day she thought about many other jobs that she could do like working as a police officer, but she didn’t really think it was fit for her. So for the next week she was thinking about the possible jobs that she could have. After a week of thinking she finally had thought of it, she wanted to become a Doctor, as she had always loved watching Medical shows, and loved that she could help someone. Once, she had made up her mind she had told her parents.They still wanted her to become a teacher and said that as long as she is under their roof she would have to do as they said, so she decided to move out of Germany to escape her parents control. She then moved on to Karakura, Japan to become a Doctor.
