Shop wanted: Shop #2 {Happy Pills}
Why do you want to own a shop?:
I want to own a shop so that I could achieve my dreams and continue my career choices. I also want this shop because I think that I can make it better and help the shop out. I also want this shop to hire others that I know that were desperately in need for a job. I think that I can handle this very well and hire the right people for it. I chose Happy Pills because It's a very inactive shop, but I'm going to change that if I get it. I will also have things very organized when it comes to the shop as I don't want chaos happening in the shop since It is quite small. I'm on nearly every single day and I join School RP every single day. I'm also online a lot so thats why I think I should get this job.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan to make better and more organized. How am I going to do that? Well, I'm going to get more things in stock and maybe add a couple of new stuff that people might want on a daily bases. I will still make sure that Happy Pills is a healthy store and a pharmacy at the same time. I will also plan to make it more comfortable and cozy inside so that people can feel like they are almost at home. I also like to greet customers and employees nicely and respectfully. Our top priority is being the nicest and most organized shop in Kakaruka. Not only that, I want everyone in the store, including employees, to be respectful to each other while they are in there. I think I can be a really good shop owner and be a good asset to this shop.
How will your shop be unique?:
This shop will be very unique because It's like a healthy store, pharmacy, and a convenient store in one. I think if other stores were inactive and Happy Pills opens, a lot of people or customers may come and get what they need. I want everything in our store also to be normal prices that people could afford at any time and any moment. I think It would be a really good Idea to have the prices a bit lowered down, not too much but enough for people to afford. Like said, this shop will also be very, very, organized and lovely to enter. I also will be letting employees get most of their money when in there, so it isn't unfair. I think our shop would be unique because of the treasurer I might add. (Info about treasurer Is below)
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I'm planning to have about 6 employees, or less. I don't really want the shop to be too crowded with employees and make sure that It's at least enough to manage the shop. This is what I would hire.
Janitors - 1
Guard - 1
Cashiers - 3
Treasurer - 1
I would like a janitor always on stand by to make the stop clean, and shiny as possible. I also decided to add a guard in case something happens during opening hours, inside the shop. I would also need 3 cashiers because I wouldn't want a long line and leave people waiting for hours to get their things. So, I thought 3 would be good. I decided to add a treasurer, now a treasurer has to be most trustworthy and must not take their advantage over the money they keep. But, I have a little plan to work things out with the treasurer. Every extra money, we give it to the treasurer to store in the bank. If we need the money for anything, like deliveries, we will ask the treasurer to take out the amount of money we need and the treasurer will hand it to us so that we can afford whatever we need.
