Previous warns/kicks/bans: On my record I have total 3 warns,1 kick and 1 ban these are
First warn: I don't remember when I got it but I'm sure I have 3
Second warn:By im6 reason using more than one action in /me
Third and final warn:By Vex reason misuse of /me (I accidently wrote failrp in /me that was meant for /looc I had wrong command)
1 Kick:By im6 I said in /looc that I was going to AFK a bit and he kicked me
1 Ban:By Atakka reason Failrp,Mingerunning,RDM
Shop Wanted: Shop 6 A.K.A Blockymarts
Why do you want to own a shop?: The reason I want to own a shop is that I want to experience new role as shop owner and as adult too. I also want to make SRP community better place for players and this is perfect chance for me to prove myself.I also want to give my character something new to experience something more reasonable.
What do you plan with the shop: What I plan with the shop is that before I open it and hire some employees I want to change stores inside design (If thats possible of course) and when I'm done with that first thing I'm gonna do lower some items prices and make some things cheaper. because in my opinion some of Blockymarts items are more expensive compared to 11/7 and I think because of that low prices that why shop is popular.Also let's make an example when Blockymarts umbrella costs 1750Y you can get same item in 11/7 for 1000Y and in my opinion it's unfair to new players who does not have a money and are heavily depended on hourly allowence and I think with lowering prices I will be some help to SRP community and new players to help them to develope their newborn characters.
How will your shop be unique: In my ownership I'll try my best to make Blockymarts more popular than it was before.I'll try to hire experienced and active employees but that does not means that I won't give any chance to new players.and also for shop to be more unique and different I'll order store's special items that only will be available at Blockymarts and with that I think shop will get more costumers than it had before. Also I will sometimes make events like Victorina or something like that where winners can get their 2 desired items for free.
also to make contact between cashier and costumer more easier I will redesign cashier's standing.
How many employees are you planning to have?: To make a SRP community a better place and for their will be less jobless people I'll go with 12 employees and these are
6 Cashiers:So they can work in shifts and for shop to be more active
2 Security:I'll go with security because they will protect the store from robber or rude costumers who are refusing to leave the store when we are closing.Also they will have monthly salary
2 Cleaners:I will also have 2 cleaners for shop to be more realistic.Also to clean the store 3 or 4 times per 2 week
2 Managers:So they can organize and devide work for manageable activitys
