Previous warns/kicks/bans:
I have not been warned, banned before. Though, I have been kicked due to being AFK for awhile or losing connection.
Even though I have not been banned nor warned before. I completely hope to keep it this way.
Shop wanted:
To be completely honest with you, I really do not care which shop I receive. I prefer for the shop to be a decent size. A similar size to Sakura Daiso or Esteban 1981. Any shop around that size and is in the shopping district is okay for me.
Why do you want to own a shop?:
To me, owning a shop a huge responsibility, that is why I am having a co-owner for the shop. Me and my friend are going to be running the shop together. Not only are you responsible for you and your shop, you are also responsible for the customers that come into your shop. Once they step into your property they are expecting multiple aspects, including;
Another reason why I would love to own a shop is because solely for the experience. I feel like owning a shop is a different type of experience in SRP. I feel this mainly because when your a teacher you are in charge of every student. You have to plan out lessons and activities. With a shop-owner, most times you open, they are mainly "experiments". Meaning, you have no idea what to expect. What ever happens you kinda have to role with it.
One other reason I would like to become a shop-owner is because it gives one more thing to do in SRP. What I mean is that when the school is closed or your friends aren't online or you are new to the SRP and you don't have friends yet, it can get boring sometimes. Often times players are just AFK the whole time but still keep their account on for money, etc. So, with my shop open, it gives players and me having something to do.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan on making a cafe'. I plan on calling it "Velvet Cafe".
The shop provides sweet treats including coffee and tea! Selling these items, I plan to be able to make everyone smile and feel even better about their day! A sit down cafe that provides a warm welcoming atmosphere to all the customers that walk in. The goal is to make everyone feel comfortable almost like they’re sitting at home and being served amazing treats and drinks.
The shop will have a warm and welcoming entrance. The entrance will make customers feel cozy, yet in a safe environment. I plan on having many seating for as many customers. I will have seating from 2 all the way to 5-6. We'll even have a little area for romantic dates and such.
Here is the menu I plan on having. I may change a couple of things when needed.
Sweet Treats:
Cookies
Marshmallow Treats
Cakes
Blue Lolly
(we might add some custom treats as well)
Beverages:
Peach Treat
Milk carton
Milkshakes
Americano
Tea
Fruits:
Apples
Oranges
Kiwi
Pomegranates
Papaya
Specialty:
Sugar Rush Platter
(It's basically a bento box filled with yummy treats! Japanese pudding, fruit parfait, and chocolate covered pretzels)
I also plan on maybe hosting events now and then. We could host events just for the shop but we could also host events for other players. We could also do catering for events not held in our cafe.
How the shop will be set-up: (brief)
When you enter there will be a little desk-type table with waiters behind it. Then there will be a entrance leading you to the main seating area. There would be chairs and tables properly space from each other. There would be tables seating from 2-5 people.
At the far left there would be a kitchen where they would prepare the food nice and fresh. There would be chests filled with the ingredients for the food and counter space to prepare the food.
There would be stairs going up to an open balcony for romantic dates and such.
How will your shop be unique?:
From interior to exterior it will be like a combination of candy shop and cafe. It would be colorful, yet pleasant to the eyes. The colors are enough to bring joy into someone and just put a smile onto their face.
We will have out-of-the-world employee. They will treat every single customer with respect. Each customer will get their own waiter that will accompany them. They will have as much time as they need to make their decisions on what to buy. Our shop will also have a little shop in the corner that sells our food. So, if a customer wants to buy something but not sit down and eat. They can go to our "to-go" section where they can buy the same food/beverages but not sit down and eat. I think this will be helpful to players who just want something for the road.
Our cafe will also have a small area outside for players who choose to eat in the great outdoors! There will be shade for players just in case it rains, snows, or if it's really hot that day. For the outside portion, we'll only have tables for 2 due to the amount of space we have. We'll hopefully change this in the future if it becomes an issue.
For the seats itself, I plan on having normal seats with tables. However, I also think we should have high seats and maybe a few booths as as well.
This is what were basing it off of. (If we get accepted)
How many employees are you planning to have?
The shop will be co owned and we plan to have at least 4 employees start with. After our shop grows a bit we'll start interviewing some more people to join the team.
For the employee uniforms, were still working on them. There not quite ready yet!
Waiters/Waitresses: (4)
They greet the customers at the front door and ask for how many seats they need. Then, they will take the customers to their seat and hand them menus. The waiter/waitress will give them about 2-3 minutes to decide on what they want to eat. Then, they will go grab the food and ask for the customers to pay.
Clerk: (1)
They will stand at the to-go station and ask for what the customer wants, grabs it, asks the customer to pay and their done.
Security: (2)
I personally think we don't need security, however it is smart to have them just in case. They have a simple job: to make sure that there is no suspicious behavior at all during our opening hours.
