Why do you want to own a shop?: I would like to own a shop, because I have been playing a regular student for a long time and I think it is time to level-up and be an adult. I have been thinking lately if I would like to be just an adult or actually work such as in the hospital, teacher, shop-owner, etc. So, I have decided to be a shop-owner, because I think you need to be a very responsible person/player to be in this role. I think this, because you need to have commitment and determination. You need to have commitment, because several shops in Karakura almost never open and it gets frustrating sometimes, especially to players who need items quickly and everyone knows that the NPC owned shops are very expensive. You also need to have determination, because sometimes your shop won't have many customers, so you need to have determination to find a way to have more players/customers to come to your shop. You need to have good ideas and share them with your workers. That is another trait you should have as a shop-owner, cleverness. Cleverness is very important, because you need to figure out ways to lure customers to your shop and buy something from there. Of course, you do this cleanly, you do not lure someone the wrong way. I am a very responsible person OOCly, so I am positive that I can handle owning a shop in SRP. I would even apply 100 times if I have to. I am very passionate of getting this role.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: I plan to make a gift shop with a custom shop I chose above. Even though there are already multiple gift shops, I want to make this shop another one because most of the shops in Karakura either open sometimes or never open. So, I plan to open my shop at least every other day. I think this will be helpful to Karakura shopping community, because as I said earlier sometimes when players are desperate for items, sometimes and having a shop that opens pretty frequently will actually be pretty beneficial. I have had many occasions where someone would come and ask me if I knew where to get a phone or something. Another reason why this shop opening often will be beneficial is because maybe it is someone's birthday or it's Valentines Day, their loved ones can buy something for them even for no reason. I know that when people say they will open their shop frequently they sometimes do not do it and it can get annoying at times. Well, I usually come on everyday to every other day and I will surely open the shop as soon as I can every time I am on. I will make sure to hire employees that I can trust that will log on when I need them. Sometimes this can be difficult due to people living in different places and having different time-zones. So, i'll try my best to make sure that they can come on often as they can. I know, that if I do not follow my promise to myself I won't be a good human. So, I will make sure I will open frequently.
How will your shop be unique?: My shop will be unique, because as I have mentioned above I will try my very best to open the shop as frequently as possible. Another reason that my shop will unique is that all my employees will treat my customers with respect and that the customer is always right even when they're actually not. I will also have prices that are affordable to most players. I will try my best to price items as reasonably as possible. For example a pair of glasses should be around 1000 yen to 1500 yen and an expensive purse should be around 10000 yen to 15000 yen. I also have multiple registers that will refrain from having long lines and so more customers can be reached quickly. I will also have shopping assistants that can help you shop for whoever or whatever. I also plan to have some sales throughout the season. For example, there would be a sale for every holiday (Christmas, Halloween, Easter, New Years, etc). There would also be a sale every now and then that I will call "A random act of kindness sale". This sale would about having a random sale in the middle of month or something and that will surely to urge customers in.
How many employees are you planning to have?: When I begin I plan to only employ my friends just so I do not have to go and interview close to 50+ people. After awhile I will start interviewing people. So, in the beginning I plan to have about 5-7 employees then later on maybe 10-15 employees.
Security (2) Make sure no suspicious behavior is going on.
Cashiers (4-5) Customers will pay for their item and they'll give it to them.
Shopping Assistants (3-4) Help customers find what they need/want.
Greeters (2) They will greet customers into the shop.
