ISSUE: There are still some private signs of the previous owner which I cannot remove. I'd be very thankful if they could be removed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: There are two double chests upstairs that are privated by the previous owner, one under the stairs as well. There are also signs at the two doors in the apartment.
