What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
GANG RP:
My experience in the world of GangRP or simply CrimeRP has played a massive role in enhancing my roleplay skills. At first, I struggled to adapt to DetailRP. I wasn't sure on where to start, nor was I comfortable actually starting to do activities for my gang. Then I realised that I wanted to climb the ranks in my gang, so I worked and trained everyday on my writing and detailing skills. When I finally found out on where to start, I thought on writing the things that what I would do in general in real life so I stuck to that. Then thanks to that idea I got really good into DetailRP. I also made sure to learn every single Rule in SRP to make sure to not accidentally break any.
Over time, I got good at detailing my actions, all thanks to my quick learning skills and the constructive criticism that had been given to me by my gang. I also started getting positive feedback from others in the GangRP community. I think that DetailRP is a key element in any roleplay, whether its SchoolRP, RomanceRP, FamilyRP or CrimeRP. DetailRP brings a profound level of realism and immersiveness to actions.
SCHOOL RP:
In SchoolRP, I learned how to adapt to a more structured and socially focused environment. This type of roleplay emphasises character development, interactions in a school setting, and realistic communication. It’s where I first began to focus on creating a consistent character personality and backstory. SchoolRP taught me how to stay in character during casual conversations and how to handle situations that don’t always involve action or conflict, but still require engagement and immersion.
It also introduced me to more collaborative roleplay styles, like group interactions, clubs, and classroom settings, which helped me develop patience and communication skills, both IC and OOC. SchoolRP was a great foundation for building the softer, more social side of my roleplay abilities.
ROMANCE RP:
RomanceRP has helped me understand how to portray emotions, build long-term character relationships, and maintain realism in more personal and subtle roleplay scenarios. It taught me the importance of pacing, character chemistry, and respecting boundaries within RP. Through RomanceRP, I’ve improved my ability to write natural conversations and explore emotional depth in my characters without forcing anything. It also reinforced the importance of consent, communication, and keeping things respectful and immersive. Overall, it added another layer of maturity and nuance to how I approach character interaction.
FACTION RP:
I've now been in the Professor faction for almost two months, and I have seen a change in myself, I have noticed have I have seen what it's like to play SRP in an Adult character's vision. This faction has/is showing me how to plan lessons, how to stay calm with students even when they push your nerves, thanks to this faction I think I am ready to become a ShopKeeper. Then during classes's this faction has also taught me to know how to DetailRP at a high pace since students may get bored sometimes and it's my class which is at stake. These classes also teach me about real life subjects for an example, Economics.
What is your motivation for applying?
I always dreamt about joining the Hospital Faction for two massive reasons. One being the fact that my older sister is studying to become a neurosurgeon for the past year, so naturally I, myself have taken a heavy liking to the job. I think that this Faction could in someway bring me closer to my sister, so that when she wants to talk to someone about medical topics, i'd have some base information to actually understand her and possibly even navigate a conversation instead of just nodding along. Of course that's quite a selfish reason and more of an OOC one. Then my second reason, is that ever since I have joined SchoolRP, i've wanted to join three factions, first the Hospital Faction, second the Government Faction and third the Shopkeeping Faction. You might be wondering why i'm so intrigued by this faction, well the answer is that within my first week as a greenie on SchoolRP I was majored, I remember going to the ICU area and then while I was waiting I saw the doctors do this amazing DetailRP, I was hooked. After that I was brought to the Recovery room and my character was NOT interested in being there for three OOC days. So naturally my character got up and started walking away, my favourite moment was when some doctor threatened to inject sedatives into my character so that he wouldn't leave the hospital.

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
The male looked towards Valentina "What is your medical speciality? Why did you decide to chose this focus?" he looked intrigued. Valentina took in a deep breath "My medical speciality, is neurological surgery. I chose this speciality because neurological surgery has always been a great interest of mine. I love the fact that neurological surgery treats disorders of the peripheral, central and autonomic nervous systems. Especially when these autonomic nervous systems include supporting structures and vascular supplies. I also chose Neurological surgery because I ant to treat disorders of the brain, the extracranial carotid and vertebral arteries, the meninges and the skull. My little sister suffered of a spinal nerve and the neurosurgeons, never actually found the problem, so now I would like to become one so that if one day a little girl comes because she's suffering from a cranial and spinal nerve, i'll be able to help her." She spoke proudly, she might have shed a tear or two.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
After drinking a glass of water the interviewer asked Valentina one last question "Do you have any work experience in medical positions?" this was the question Valentina was waiting for "Yes, my father used to work as a Emergency Doctor, so during the summer when I was seventeen, I did an internship, working alongside my father for two whole months."
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Valentina Hatake is a stunning goddess, her dark brown hair brushing past her shoulders, her light blue eyes would light up any room. Her tanned skin looked gorgeous on her. Her smile was brighter than the sun, however behind those kind eyes laid something mysterious, thought she was pretty, she was not easily read, no one knew her next move, no one in her home town in Spain expected her to outright move to Karakura to work in a hospital, yet she did. Her voice was soothing and calm, perfect to calm patients in distress, this perk made her extremely unique. Everyone would adore Valentina, she was kind, she was selfless but most of all she was caring.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Valentina would act extremely professional within the confinements of the hospital, she would look sharp and precise, her surgery skills would never fail her. When in crises she wouldn't panic, she would pick up where she left off and finish the job. If a Emergency Doctor would bring her a karakurian who needs immediate surgery, instead of panicking she would softy wheel the patient into the room and perform immediate surgery with the say-so of her boss. If during surgery Valentina would commit a mistake, she would work around the clock to fix this said mistake.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
When working in a group Valentina was sharp and quiet, she didn't want to argue with people so she would let herself stay in a corner, however don't get her wrong, if she is needed she will act up, she is simply not an argumentative type of person, so people would say that Valentina would restrain herself from her full potential when working with others. However when Valentina would be alone she would be working peacefully to complete her task, she would be at her very best because she knows that if anything happens it falls onto her, not that anything would happen.
