My motivation for becoming a teacher is to teach the students the art of music to its finest degree.

What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
Teacher logs, or lesson logs, are the records of the students activities, lesson plans, and the students classroom overall experience. Could also involve behavior the students acted out.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Pay Attention:
Paying attention to the lesson is always a good thing, mostly if you want a good grade.
No interupting: If the teacher is talking don't interupt them. It's rude.
Respect Others: Give your utmost respect towards you peers and teachers alike.
Stay on Task: Complete assignments and stay focused.
Respect the classroom: Don't damage or ruin the schools property.


What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have years of experience! I started roleplaying when I was little on bedrock! It was on a public minecraft server, not sure what it was called, but it was some serious roleplay. I also watched roleplay channels on YouTube so that gave me more experience.

↳ Description: The lead or leader of teachers, in a sense they are able to demonstrat extreme efficiency in teaching, classroom activites and overall performace as a teacher is far greater than a qualified teacher.

↳ Description: A teacher that has been in the faction for more than newly qualified teachers. Making them have more authority. As holding the basic qualifications are met to teach a particular subject.

↳ Description: A person that has recently finished their teacher training and is in the first year of teaching! Normally being watched over.

↳ Description: A teacher that was newly added to the faction, meaning they should be listening the higher ups, learn from them and succeed from them.


Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

Teachers are the fundamental part to having a school, the purpose of them is to teach the students about the subject the teacher themselves teach. For example, English teachers will teach writing skills, reading comprehension, literature, language and vocab and the list goes on. The salary is based on the performance! As for example you get your quota, for every five classes, you get fifty thousand more added to your salary. Teachers' ways of teaching are different for everyone! It depends on the person and situation. For example, if your class is misbehaving you’d first think to raise your voice, show them you're in charge. Not yelling or screaming at them, just enough to get the attention of the class. Many teachers spend their time reading, writing, grading, preparing lessons, and engaging in creative hobbies.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are a fundamental part of a SchoolRP server because what would we do without them? Having the teachers in SchoolRP being real players gives the sense of reality! You're able to make connections with them, interact with them, get to experience their feelings and can express their thoughts.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The school planning system works on the MoScoW system.

Must have : A set critical requirement that must be in the project or assignment.
Should have: requirements that are important but not critical for the initial release.
Could have: Requirements that are desirable, but not necessary.
Won't Have: Requirements that the teachers agreed not to include in the project. But could be considered in the future!



Character Information

Describe the character: How do they look and act? What makes them unique and different?


Standing at 6 '7, Mozu Kuronosuke catches your eyes! The black pearly eyes, jet black flowy hair that goes down his front and back with the fringe a bit messy. You can see a canine and an eyebrow piercing on his face, along with glasses and hearing aids.
Mozu is always acting like an intimidating guy but in reality he's a softy with a big heart!




What is their outlook on students and their co-workers?
Mozu’s outlook on students is positive! Mostly the underdogs, as he was one himself. He will more than likely develope a connection with the students in a postitve manner mostly if the interest of music is involved.
Co-Workers are also positive! Having the utmost respect for them. Connections with Co-Workers are crucial! Having a postitve environment is more looked upon than a negative one. Trying his very best to make good impressions on them!


What are their plans for the future?
His plans for the future are to go with the flow! Not really sure what will happen next. But, music always calls his name! Either to be an inspiring music artist or to be in a classroom teaching the thing he loves most. Sharing music to him is a passion and is how he can express his feelings.

Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:

Separate them, gather enough adults to separate them, to de-escalate the situation at hand. Each adult could be responsible to talk to one student to get to the bottom of the situation, of why all the screaming and swearing in the first place. Open communication is important so parents should be notified. Consequences would be forthcoming.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
If no one would listen to what my character is saying I would raise his voice a bit, trying to grab the attention of the students. If failure to do so detention shall be threated. If that proceeds not to work detention.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
He’d be friendly! Start up conversations with people perhaps! But, at times he would be slient to himself working on lesson plans or whatnots.
You mostly see him by himself in the teacher lounge as Mozu isn't really a chatter box time to time!

Provide at least 4 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:

/me The male was focused on his guitar as the students entered the room, strums and taps are audible. Still looking down at the guitar he took a glance at the watch on his wrist– Moving his head up with a small grin to his class, it was welcoming but you could still tell he's a bit awkward about this whole thing.

/me While grading papers, Mozu kept glancing up, eyeing every student that his eyes wandered to, making sure the students were working on the project set in front of them! A small smile could be seen before he pushed up the glasses on his face back to grading.

/me As he asked the question, he’d lean on his desk holding his guitar in front of him tapping on the strings that were audible throughout the classroom. &f”You! What do you think the answer is?” &#899499 Pointed to the student, eagerly waiting for the answer.


/me Rolled up his sleeves to prevent the white chalk getting on his shirt, before writing three music notes, quarter note, half note, and whole note. Turning around back to the class. &f”Now can someone tell me what is the purpose of these notes?” &#899499 While waiting for the lucky student to be called– He tapped his fingers on the desk.


Backstory

Born in Seoul, Korea, a new-born baby right out the womb! Mozu was his name! He grew up with two gorgeous parents, always being there for him! While growing up in Korea.. He struggled for two reasons, his height and the language barrier. Despite being around Korean his whole life, he never got the grasp of it. While Mozu was growing up he was very interested in J-Pop, J-Rock and Vocaloid! Learning what the songs said with ease with research and time! That’s when his parents realized maybe he didn’t understand Korean because he was always by himself listening to music that wasn’t in his language but in Japanese. His mother didn’t mind it, since she was Japanese! So, she tried talking to him in Japanese, and it worked! How did it work you might ask? Well, because of the research with the songs! His mom didn’t push him to say much but they practiced talking together and he became fluent. He was homeschooled before he was sent out into the real world, he started middle school in a school in Seoul. But, was struggling with the language barrier as expected. He didn’t really do much at school. Just sat there and acted like he was paying attention. Until one day a group of three exchange students from Japan join his class. He finally got his chance to talk to people, let alone in their language? How exciting!

After getting enough courage to finally speak to them, they surprisingly hit it off right away! Saying “Wow, you can speak Japanese?” Mozu right away felt like he was at home! Aside from school, at home he would always be listening to music, playing his guitar, writing songs, and humming to the melody of the songs. Fast Forward into the future like a year or so, he made friends with the Japanese exchange students and found out their interests are the same, music! With much excitement from the group they created a band! With Mozu being the most experienced he was the lead guitarist! His practice went from every once in a while to everyday! Becoming very good at what he does!

On a day in the future, on the day the band was going to practice together, Mozu went to plug in his guitar into an amp, didn’t check the settings and was right next to it the sound of the screech of the amp filled the room with Mozu right next to it, it was loud and piercing. Everything around him goes quiet. Ears ringing, feeling dizzy. Passing out.

After Mozu woke up from passing out he was back at home, it was oddly quiet. Head spinning just a bit before he called out for his mom..
“Mom?..”
No reply..
“Mom!”
No reply once again.

Sitting there for a second before his mom comes opening the door, he could see her mouth moving but not hear a single word, panic struck him. Realizing what had happened, he was a smart kid so he could connect the dots pretty easily! He blew out his ear drums making him deaf. What could he do now? Looking around his room, he wondered. Was life going to be the same? As I mentioned he was a smart kid so he figured out a solution pretty quick, lip reading. He watched videos of people talking for hours a day, reading the subtitles to see what they really said. Slowing and speeding up the video whenever needed. For the longest time he couldn’t hold any conversation or tried to avoid it at all costs. Due to that he hasn’t voiced a single word in months. When a teacher would call on him he would stay silent, which means he got a lot of written detentions. He of course always went.

After watching videos of people everyday for two years he was finally able to read lips, well.. If they spoke Japanese. He only wanted to communicate with his mom, since his dad was barely home. New problem, how is he going to pursue the guitar now? What is he going to tell his band members? Mozu, being saddened by the thought of never being able to play the guitar again, one day picked up the guitar and turned on his amp so loud to see if maybe, just maybe he could think of a solution. After strumming a few cords on the guitar. The floor started vibrating since it was so loud. He could feel the vibrations throughout his body! He already knew the cords, so what was stopping him from playing? Nothing anymore.
He relearned how to play off vibrations which was a massive struggle but he got used to it after time. After a while he started the see the lack of interest in being in Seoul, Korea and decided to move to Japan to presue his music even more in the style he likes. He eventurally ended up in Karakura to start his new life without the past in sight!
