Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
The importance of teachers on SchoolRP is just as important as any other faction. But this faction in particular shines! Ask yourself, whats the thing that happens the most in school? And who has to deal with it? Most of the time the answer is the teacher. The teacher provides structure, encouragement, support, and so much more to a student. With SchoolRP teachers though, they aren't there to just teach you, they want you to interact with them, ask them questions! I think personally the importantce of teachers are beyond teaching, in roleplay they can help a character engage, learn and grow, while also adding to the immersion into the game! Without teachers doesn't feel like a school, there nothing really to do, other than attend classes, or hang out with friends. More teachers means more opportunity.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes

What's your character's full name?: Ryoufu 'Fuyu' Sidorov
What is your character's nationality?: Korean
What is your preferred subject to teach?: Performing Arts (Music)
Describe your character:
Fuyu is a fair skined male, tattooed on his neck and arms with music related references. Standing out with a tattoo representing "Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen", along his back of his neck to his back was a guitar, "ESP Eclipse" to be exact. Around the guitar there was a couple of quarter notes, half-notes, sixteenth notes and finally a octave clef. As they just sat there for decoration around the ESP. Swifty moving on, we have a face covered in piercings, ears to face. Most promient being his earrings, a beautiful ruby crystal, well taken care of and shines when it hits the light. Fuyu had a medium sized hair length, it was a deep mahogany brown color, it flowed ever so slightly in the wind, although he was good looking he had his unkept features as well. Sitting on his face was a messy amount of stubble. His hair was rather messy as well, just the amount you would see on any known rockstar!
Fuyu might seem intimidating at first glance, but on the inside he's just as unapproachable as he appears. He's just an awkward person altogether, he doesn't "fit in" As he wouldn't align with the social expectations, with his love for music and gothic appearence, sometimes you'd see him walk around with rockstar make up, making him have a sharp, edgy look. Once he feels comfortable in his environment, you'll see him shine like a star! With his witty, charismatic, and spontaneous personality. You'll sure to get a kick out him!
Fuyu has big plans for the future: he dreams to open a store, a shop filled with alluring unique items that blends his love for music and goth culture. With this store, he hopes to share his passions with the people of Karakura, fulfilling his father’s dream of making it big and bringing smiles to others.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Ryoufu's outlook on students is fairly decent! Certian students he'll be more fond of! "The underdogs" as people call it. Growing up Ryoufu was bullied for all of the things he's loved the most! Being goth probably the most. The kids his age weren't always the friendliest, picking on Fuyu, sneering at him a lot. As he was growing up he found comfort in music, and hopefully he can show the students that are having the same experience, that all will be well.
On his co-workers on the other hand? He'll be reserved and mild-mannered. Not being the one to strike up a conversation, Fuyu would be more guarded than anything, but if lets say a co-worker engaged in conversation, Fuyu would give it his all, talking to them, if it's one on one of course.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Ryoufu's motivation for coming a teacher is teaching gives him fresh start. He needed change, and when he found Karakura he immediately fell in love. Needing a new life away from his old life, he wanted to begin teaching! At first he had no clue what to do for teaching, but with time he realized "I could always teach the people music!" So that's what he trying to do, teach the people the rythm of music in a controlled enviroment. His father was also a big inspiration! Fuyu's father was also a teacher for him, as Fuyu was homeschooled. Learning everything from the comfort of his home, during high school! He went back to college to get a degree in music, and he fell in love with it. His professor really inspired him as well! Professor. H, was a charismatic figure who motivated Ryoufu to pursue teaching music.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If a student is struggling to understand the content Ryoufu's teaching, one-hundred percent, stop teaching and explain a little further, since I'm sure if one student is struggling most likely more are too. The other option is to see them after class and explain it further! Understadning what your teacher is teaching is one of the most fulfilling experiences you can have, and it shouldn't be left out of a roleplay enviroment either.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Fuyu wouldn't let this behavior slide, while maintaining his cool, carrying on with his lesson, he'd give an intense stare to the individual, before asking the distrupting student to either stop, or ask them to teach the class themselves, and if they tried. If they tried to defy him, he would ultimately make them leave the classroom. After class he'd preferably talk to them and see what made them act this way and why? If they have nothing to say, then he'll give them a verbal warning.
