Okay so i haven't been playing the server much due to school and whatnot but tell me how, i get on, its loaded, then BOOM the schools dead like gone disappeared. Also i can't see any other players on the game o-o but i can see them talking in chat

That's definitely your computer that is causing the issue; try allocating more ram to your MC

that looks like the old map, do /spawn when you get on, unless you saw the demolition of the old school, then do what @VanillaXtract said
