What is your motivation for becoming a Professor?:
My motivation in applying to become a future Professor on SRP is to be able to put my skill set and abilities in the terms of organization & social interactions and connections. Furthermore, this is an opportunity to learn and develop myself as an employee here. I have the feeling like this experience could be a good path to becoming stronger in the community, befriending people that I may not have thought to talk to. Additionally, what drives me is my motivation to be a role model for the future adults and students of the city of Karakura; bringing them on a good path that doesn't lead to what most of the students end up doing, such as crime, hurting others, and gang violence.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I have plenty of experience in Roleplaying, having learned how to DetailRP quite well over time. Being a part of many, varying types of RP, being open to anything new and especially interesting.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are the way you keep track and log in your lessons. With this, you can accurately log in the number of classes you have done. Making sure you get paid the correct amount at the end of the month. A simple and easy system that is very helpful in making sure everything goes smoothly and is a way to keep an eye on your activity as a College Professor or Teacher.
As a Professor, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Some of the rules when being in a College classroom are the following;
1. If you have anything to say or ask that is about the lecture, raise your hand.
2. No eating or drinking, besides water, will be allowed unless given permission to.
3. Always show total respect towards fellow classmates and especially the teacher & other adults.
4. Phones should be turned off, not taking them out during class. Especially not using them.
5. No yelling of any sort, do not disturb the class.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I have only been RPing on SchoolRP for close to a year now, but I know the basic RP rules and other regulations in SRP. Roleplaying has a big place in my heart, trying to make roleplaying a fun and interesting place. I would say I am a quite quick learner, believing that getting the chance to become a college professor allows me to learn and develop myself not only as a roleplayer but also as a fellow member of the SRP community.

A College Professor is expected to complete a range of different tasks throughout the day. Being expected to act maturely, calmly and of course be a good role model for the students at Kurakura High-School and Karakura College. They must host at least 15 classes minimal every OOC month, or they may be removed/demoted due to inactivity or not being the quota. Every Professor should be responsible to fill that amount of classes out. They have the duty to teach their students how to be polite and mature adults in the future. They should be able to create lesson plans that are interactive, clear, and that makes the students want to come to class.To add onto, Professors earn450,000 yen for the first 15 classes taught in the month with an accumulative 100k yen for the optional additional 10 classes, bringing the total to 550k.

Josephine DuPont would be a 5'6 French female. Her hair would be long and brown, with blue eyes complimenting her olive skin tone. She'd smell of the perfume 'Chanel N5 Eau de Parfum'. She'd often be seen with Louis Vuitton or Chanel handbags. She'd be representable anywhere she goes and would speak in high manners. She mainly likes to keep to herself and try to help others the best she can, whether it's giving them the gift of knowledge or financially helping them. Her outlook on students would be that they can always pick their own path. She would love to help her students onto good paths. Not one that would lead into a life of violence and crime. Love to help out any fellow Professors that may need assistance. She is overall a nice woman, very wise in how she speaks towards anybody. In terms of what she plans to do in her future is to be a Professor for quite a while. One day stepping down from being a Professor one day with fond memories of being one. Maybe one day settling down in a house with her family.
Scenarios
You find a group of sport-team members screaming and shouting in the halls, What do you do?
At first glance I would calmly walk over to the group of students, questioning them in what's with all the shouting as well as politely asking them to lower their voices. Since other students and especially other school staff wouldn’t take kindly to them disturbing them by being loud. Giving them a warning, and if they do not seem to care about me talking to them. I would raise up my voice to get their attention. Warning them if they continue they could get in trouble, possibly kicked from College for acting immature. If the situation escalates, I would call higher-ups to help deal with the students.
A College-Student is disturbing the class and won’t listen to a word you’re saying, What do you do?
I would stop whatever I may be doing mid-class, pointing out the student disrupting the class. Kindly tell them to quiet it down, and if it's anything important to take it outside or just wait for the class to be over. Giving them the first, and only, warning before they are told to exit the class. If they continue after this, not heeding my warning. I would politely ask them to exit the class, and if they refused I would have a fellow Professor, School Staff, or even student help escort them out. Since during a College class, one is expected to act with top manners and respect.

She'd dust the chalk off her hand as she'd turn around to her class, placing her hands behind her back before clearing her voice. "Hello, and Welcome, I'm Josephine DuPont. You're new Psychology professor."
/me She’d walk up to the students desk, looking at them with a friendly expression on her face. Glancing down, grabbing the students test with her right hand glancing at it for a few seconds. Before finally nodding at them placing it back on their desk.
/me Slightly squinting her eyes, she’d glance around the classroom before stopping noticing the students raised hand before suddenly pointing at them. “Yes? What is your question?”
/me She would narrow her view at the student seemingly disturbing the classroom, signaling the student to calm down before clearing her throat and continuing her class.
Backstory
Josephine Rosemarie Chapelle was born on May 28th, 1982 in Lyon, France. She was raised by her loving parents, one being a Philosophie Professor and the other being a lawyer. Due to her parents' somewhat busy schedules, she would often be caught doing things on her own, having her develop independence at an early age as well as finding a hobby in fashion. She was always drawn to fashion brands like Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Christian LaCroix, and many more. Often wearing them or accessories herself with them. Academic wise, she always aimed to be top of her class in order to impress her parents and become a teacher or professor like her father. She mainly dedicated her time on her education and fashion hobby.
Her teenage years were pretty much boring until she met Pierre DuPont, her future husband. They met in a library whilst she was studying for test, exchanging looks back and forth until Pierre came up to her and asked her out on a coffee date. Josephine, not only finding him cute but also wanting a break from studying, agreed. This small first date led to an second then a third and so on eventually having them date. On her 19 birthday, Josephine felt awfully sick and later realized that she was pregnant. Panicking, neither of them were ready to become parents but chose to keep the child under the condition of getting married right away due to Pierre’s family being very religious. Pierre would leave his major and work in a law firm with his father as for Josephine, she would continue her studies in Psychology whilst being pregnant in order to later on become a professor.
On June 15th 2002, Josephine DuPont gave birth to her first and only child, Julien DuPont. She had a hard time maintaining her studies and her child but still made it work. Pierre would often take over house work in order to let her complete her assignments without having her stress about other things. At 26, Pierre died from heart failure due to previous health complications that he didn’t pay attention to early on in his life.
At 34, with Julien old enough, she decided to move to Korea for her studies in becoming a professor for Psychology. There she lived in a small apartment with her child, located above a flower shop whilst learning Korean. The flower shops owners, The Kims, watched Julien during the day until she got back from school. Ji-Hoon Kim, the shopkeeper’s son, often went over to her apartment to help her with Korean and work since they both attended the same school.
She would study and focus on getting her doctors with the help of a few of her classmates. After a few months, she graduated earning her Doctors in Psychology, the couple fell in love and decided to move to Karakura, Japan as they seek job opportunities as professors. And with Julien turning 19, it would be the perfect time for him to be enrolled into college and having a fresh start somewhere else.
