A school counselor is a staff member that helps students with different things at school. They practically act as a on-premise the****** in a way where they listen to students talk about their feelings or problems. They also help students do well in class and get them through life. They ensure that the school is a good place that students can grow with their education. Counselors not only help students with emotional support, they also help ensure students pick the right classes for the course they are trying to go through and plan their future occupations. They also lead groups/clubs where students can talk about things such as bullying or making friends. If a tragic event happens or an accident, counselors are usually there to help students/teachers/staff feel better. Counselors also talk to parents, and teachers to ensure that students can succeed. They might make programs to talk about the importance of respect and kindness, staying away from drugs/alcohol, or dealing with stress. In the end, a counselors job is to help students feel good about themselves and help them through school. They work together with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure students have the best time in school and ensure they are ready for the future.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have always loved pretend as a child, making my own stories through what we would count as "roleplay." I have been doing roleplay since age 10. As time went on I started pushing myself to explore more forms to roleplay, such as adventuring through social media. I've grown from roleplay since then. The big moment was when I joined SRP back in 2019. I started experimenting with different personalities and a variety of people. The server gave me experience with detailrp and writing more in general. I left to take a break earlier 2021 to adventure more with vocal roleplays. I was a voice actor for 2-3 years. I helped a lot to realized more about human emotions on how people should act. Through the years I had been able to mature and grow as a person who writes stories and characters. I put a lot of hard work into characters and I understand how to truly put emotion behind a character. I came back to SRP mid 2023 and it's been amazing. I love being able to see how much things have changed with the server who put me into major roleplay in the first place.

Choosing to work at a school has its rewards. You can help students grow, whether you're a teacher, counselor, principal, or part of the staff. Seeing their progress and assisting them brings a feeling of joy. In a school, you make strong bonds with students and colleagues, forming lasting relationships. Watching students succeed and helping them creates a sense of teamwork. Education is always changing, so you can learn new methods and tools to improve teaching. Jobs in education often provide stability due to the consistent need for educators. Being part of a school community offers a unique atmosphere, making work enjoyable. There are various roles to try, from teaching to supporting or leading. School jobs often come with breaks for relaxation and family time, ensuring a good balance. ICLY my character would turn and walk away not caring for the students poor behavior but under certain circumstances they may respond as such:
/me &7Jun’ichi would take a deep breath to calm himself down before clearing his throat. He would look over to the student with no visible reaction since he could care less as to what this student had to say to him. Jun’ichi would step towards the student calmly but sternly say, &r”Talking like that won’t get you far [Students Name]. Your words are as meaningless and empty to me, like my cup of coffee. If you continue with this behavior though you will end up finding yourself in deep trouble that you won’t even be able to get out with a simple &o’i’m sorry.’ &rI would also highly suggest you respect higher ups. Even if the employee is from a janitor all the way up to the Principal/Dean, you must respect them. Of course respect them differently but overall respect them because they can still get you into some deep trouble. I would take swift action by immediately requesting them to separate, and if they fail to comply, I would provide them with a second warning. I'll inform them that further non-compliance could result in detention or referral to the school authorities, including the Dean, Vice-Dean, Principal, or Vice-Principal, depending on the severity of their actions. It is crucial to emphasize the importance of following instructions and maintaining appropriate behavior to ensure a positive learning environment for everyone.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
I would request them to stop because it is unprofessional and can be reported to higher ups. Regardless of their actions I will make a note of it and if I see it again I would report it to a higherup. I wouldn’t want students to believe this behavior is acceptable under any circumstances since this school holds a high reputation for Karakura. If the employee mistreated another student I would inspect the student for any signs of injury and ask if they would want to talk to another counselor or myself about the situation to calm down and clear their thoughts.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Once my character steps foot into the break room he is the same as he usually is. He makes himself a cup of coffee and opens his phone to check for any messages, emails, missed calls since he put his phone on silent mode. If other co-workers are in the room he would kindly wave to them and have a simple conversation with the rest to ensure there were no issues and if so he would kindly ask if there was any way he could be of assistance to the co-worker.

ICLY my character would turn and walk away not caring for the students poor behavior but under certain circumstances they may respond as such:

He would look over to the student with no visible reaction since he could care less as to what this student had to say to him. Jun’ichi would step towards the student calmly but sternly say, &r”Talking like that won’t get you far [Students Name]. Your words are as meaningless and empty to me, like my cup of coffee. If you continue with this behavior though you will end up finding yourself in deep trouble that you won’t even be able to get out with a simple &o’i’m sorry.’ &rI would also highly suggest you respect higher ups. Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
I would request them to stop because it is unprofessional and can be reported to higher ups. Regardless of their actions I will make a note of it and if I see it again I would report it to a higherup. I wouldn’t want students to believe this behavior is acceptable under any circumstances since this school holds a high reputation for Karakura. If the employee mistreated another student I would inspect the student for any signs of injury and ask if they would want to talk to another counselor or myself about the situation to calm down and clear their thoughts.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Once my character steps foot into the break room he is the same as he usually is. He makes himself a cup of coffee and opens his phone to check for any messages, emails, missed calls since he put his phone on silent mode. If other co-workers are in the room he would kindly wave to them and have a simple conversation with the rest to ensure there were no issues and if so he would kindly ask if there was any way he could be of assistance to the co-worker.
