Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Being a teacher in SRP is important, the server overall is called SchoolRp, and with new advances that have been made for teachers it's extra important, they can teach students and provide homework nowadays homework is very important to high school students as that is a great way to get into college, which a lot of students want that. Teachers hold an important role as they are the main faculty new players go to, to learn new things, this being Art, PE, and other subjects. Without teachers in SRP, it wouldn't be considered a SchoolRP server none less more of a Town or college server! There are many other reasons why teachers are important. not only teaching but also providing a safe place for students to learn, this being going and stopping fights. Certain situations that need to be monitored are endless as to what teachers do within SRP.

What's your character's full name?: [!] Presenting her hand forward she would smile, her green hair laid neatly along her chest as her facial expression seemed calm and welcoming like a mother.. [!] “Greetings, its a pleasure to meet you.. My name is Enora Shivani “ [!] After retracting her hand she ran her hand down her lap to let it idly sit. [!]
What is your character's nationality?: [!] Moving her finger to her lip a soft smile crept onto her face tugging at the corner of her lips she sat up straight, her hands remaining in her lap as she tilted her head to the side, her hair followed along as it shifted along with her movements [!] “I am Korean! From North Korea actually..” [!] Feeling a bit proud of herself she leaned forward and moved her elbows onto the desk [!]
What is your preferred subject to teach?: Physical Education

Describe your character:
A 5 '4 female would stand, she would roughly look around in her 20s, the female would have long green hair, which would reach her hips as her hair is parted to the right of her body. The female figure was almost an hourglass shape. Looking upon her face she would have a calm look, she would have a dark green color and gloss that laced her lips. The female would have short green names as her clothing seemed rather fancy. She would have a soft scene of Blue Lotus.. A floral smell but is rather unique to find on someone.

Nothing seemed to be rather unique about her despite her very calm attitude during situations, she seemed to never get ticked off or even angry at anything other than she would be joyful!

Her plans include continuing to teach if she gets the job, finding a husband, and pursuing the dream of having kids!

What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
As said before she sees herself helping her students to the fullest this being she views them like upperclassmen, she doesn't look down on her students and is always willing to step in if they need help. She believes that students are allowed to roam freely with their education! This involves anything.

Her outlook on teachers remains around the same, she doesn't seem rather bothered by her co-workers she encourages them to do as much as they can as they teach, this being lesson plans! Or simply anything of the sort. She can see the other teachers just like the students but sees them way more mature.

What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
[!] She perked a bit and a smile crept wide on her face. She knew this question was coming, which she was waiting for. She corrected her posture and her hands went onto the armrest within the chair [!] “Oh! My motivation for becoming a teacher! Well, It started mostly when i was a babysitter when I was around 15 I fell in love with kids, and we'll ever since then I have had a very good passion for teaching kids, I have always looked up to my teachers and well- I wanted to do something else but teaching kinda drew me in after the final years of my college days, that and when I was in school I was a student tutor in Korea which means as I helped teaches younger kids that needed help! It has always just been an inspiration for me! And I am willing to learn anything to let these kids have a successful future like my teachers gave me!” [!] A soft exhale was heard as she was taking a breath... She seemed rather excited about talking about her motivation [!]

Roleplay Scenarios

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
[!] As looking around the room, spotting the student who seemed to be struggling she would first let the class do the homework or talk among themselves, as her heels clicked along the floor she stopped beside the student's desk and slightly kneeled to be near their height she smiled softly as she just whispered asking if they are doing alright, as the student may or may not display their lack of understanding she would ask afterwords what they don’t understand during this interaction she would keep a calm demeanor and her patience as she listens to the student, she would help the best she can, and then offer out of school or after school times that they can ask for help if they wish to learn more and be more up to date, She would ask the student if a Tutor was needed as Tutor’s in the school are always a help to teachers. If the student agrees she will figure out a way to help the student in that way if they do not agree she still lets her offer after-class, or before-class lessons that can help them advance. Upon giving the child those options, she would return to her class to continue teaching. [!]

A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
[!] Upon hearing the student being disruptive she would stop her lesson and turn on her heel to face the student she would raise her voice to provide some type of authority “Would you like to share with the class?” She shook her head as she seemed disappointed as she waited for the student's response depending if she received a snarky remark or not she would give them a simple warning not to interrupt her class after doing so she would continue if they so happened to continue she would look at them clearing her throat to tell them to stop once again, being the nicest she can be this being their second warning if they continue she would continue with normal 3 warning rule as if they get a 3rd warning she will most likely remove them from her class as she wanted the other students to continue learning and being successful. [!]

Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
PE is already a very active class as students are allowed to roam and be creative, as for interactive courses most of the classes will be outside for example students will go to the volleyball courts and or track courts which will allow students to talk and play as they wish if she can she would do a run around the school, which involves students to run a lap around the school and hopefully get their blood moving if she so happens doesn't get PE she has a lot more interactive classes she can host as any other subject for example, History! Karakura History would be involved with making a quiz and presenting the quiz to the other students, and or presentations! Many interactive classes can be held.
