What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have tons of experience with roleplay, especially in schoolRP. I joined this server in 2017 when I was 11 years old. Through-out 2017 to 2025 I have joined many factions on SRP. FamilyRP, EMS, Gangrp, etc. I even once tried out for the volleyball team but I.. slept through tryouts.
MY EXPERIENCES
I have joined a few factions on this server which would include the faculty, and EMS. I was even once a college journalist for a short amount of time.
FACULTY
I was a science teacher for a short amount of time as of around this time I was in public school and when I had left I was stressed due to final exams and overall school, but I will share the experience I did have when being a science teacher. I hosted two classes before I had stated that I was leaving. Both of those times I had used my IRL notes from school and put it to use for what to teach in my class and planning out lessons based on those notes that I had. So, Thank you school notes!
I was an art teacher for almost two months before I left due to getting an animal whitelist for my alt. This happened before character slots became a thing on schoolRP and if they had existed then, I wouldn't have quit because I had a really fun time being an art teacher and letting everyone's creativity come to life in a book and quilt. I still have the books to this day. I hosted over 10 classes and each different class I let the students have fun and stuck with what was trending at the time to make them happy and enjoy the class, before the bell rung I would take them out to either the basketball court or the volleyball court to let them have some fun before the end of class.
Caretaker.. I had been a caretaker two times being on the server and It was quite interesting, Having to break fights or clean up messes, handing out detention and attending detentions.
EMS
Psychiatrist. I’ve learned a lot from being a psychiatrist on the server and learning new things in the medical field. This is the faction I have been in the longest out of the other ones I have mentioned. I had left it due to my schedule starting to fill up to the point where I didn’t have time for it anymore. But now that I have more time on my hands I’ve decided to apply again. I have a friend who was once a higher-up in the psychiatrist department and they had encouraged me to join the first time. Within the two weeks of training I had three different trainers due to one of them leaving which had turned into two trainers then eventually turned into one. Meek taught me most of the things that I now know. And to this day, a year later. I still have all of my psychology notes in a document in case I need to use it in the future or if I were to apply again and I need to look over it. This is the faction that I am most passionate about. The exam at the end was a bit nerve racking but was relieved at the end when being told I had passed it. I really enjoyed doing what I did..
What is your motivation for applying?
Before I had joined ems it had always intrigued me like it had sparked an interest and it's something I enjoyed doing on the server. It gives me something to do throughout the day instead of just sitting and roaming around with literally nothing but listening to music instead of actually doing something that could benefit me now and in the future. Mist always telling me to apply has given me the motivation to do so, I find myself detailrping a lot on the server whether it be with friends or boyfriend and I want to put my detailrping to more use on the server and I want to get better at it. I really do. I want my experiences of roleplaying to expand more than it is now. Yes I've been in a few factions but that was a year go, Two years ago, three years ago and I want to try it out again and now that I have more time on my hands to do whatever I want to do I decided to apply for something and I decided to go for ems again.
Which role are you applying for?
Psychiatrist
List your current roles on the server:
Ashtetic (main) | Adult | College | Grade 12 | Grade 8 | Bear.
Ashstrology (alt) | Cat | Bird.
Sparkleash (applying) | Grade 8 | Dog.
Ashleyonce (alt) | Grade 7.
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?:
head director | Directors are in charge of all of EMS. They essentially act as the “head” of the hospital, where all other roles will report to them as the higher-up. The directors establish guidelines and rules to promote order and professionalism in the hospital, and the workers are required to follow all of their rules. Directors also manage who gets promoted among the staff and who becomes leads and supervisors for each group (for example, clinical leads and supervisors). If you are an EMS worker, you will ultimately be under supervision of the director, no matter what your position is.
paramedics | Paramedics are necessary in the hospital because they have more advanced skills than some other roles. Paramedics can do IV's, and preform CPR if needed. Paramedics patrol around Karakura to make sure everything's fine and in place. They have to work with karakura's police department time to time. Paramedics are the ones who drives an ambulance. They are who rushes if a civilian is having a medical emergency, Including heart attacks or even car accidents. They are to be expected there in just a matter of seconds.
doctors | Doctors MAIN goal is to be able to tend to the patient that has medical issues and just like vets and what not they have to make sure they are healthy and doesn’t have any illness laying underneath all of the skin that they have. Doctors overall, Make sure the patients as a whole are okay and healthy. If someone is injured and needs to have surgery doctors ARE able to do so. But each individual doctor doesn't do the same thing as another would do. They also do checkups even on young kids because who knows maybe there could be an illness that a kid may have and they do not know about. They can give you the medicine so you can be able to treat it and hope it goes away and never comes back.
psychiatrist | Psychiatrists focuses on the patient's mental health and help them be able to unravel any issues they may have, People often confuse the two roles of being a psychiatrist and being a the******. Psychiatrists ARE medical doctors who able to prescribe the patient medication if needed and the****** simply are not able to do that so you would have to go to a psychiatrist and not a the******. Psychiatrists are also able to do diagnosis and make treatment plans for the patient and work with them one-on-one.
trainees <3 | Trainee's in general are who have to go in for training with somebody who is well trained in any of the departments for TWO weeks and at the end they are quizzed to make sure that they are qualified enough to be able to get moved up! and sometimes they can also decide that they do not want to be in the medical field anymore and take a completely different route as some others and not take the quiz.
I do have knowledge on the pharmacy and the different aliments that they have to offer to the patients. I know that they offer medication over-the-counter and with patients that have no prescription and if they need it you have to give them the prescriptions that they need but there could be some side-effects with the medication and you are to inform them about the side effects so that they know.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I do acknowledge this.

Huang Hirai was born in Hakodate, Japan to a Canadian mother and Chinese father and lived a frantic childhood full of busy schedules. She grew up learning many languages since she was enrolled in several after-school classes by her ambitious parents. Her mother was a popular singer several years before she was born, and her father was a chief editor for an immensely successful magazine. Naturally, with these huge accomplishments, Huang was constantly held at high expectations for her future. Her parents, being obsessed with the idea of fame and wealth, enrolled Huang in singing classes, dancing classes, and had her join the school band as well. This put her under extreme stress, and she lacked the time to really connect with her classmates and make friends. Despite so many things being offered to her, she was ultimately unhappy, as she was never asked if she wanted to do any of them. One day, on a class fieldtrip without her parents, her class was taken to the hospital to learn about the different careers they offered. The hospital staff showed the students around the building and introduced them to the many roles to play there. Huang saw all the patients in need with the medical staff assisting them, and instantly thought that she wanted to be that person helping them when she grew up. She did more research, looking at books in the school library, and finding out how to become a worker there. She had always been interested in psychology, with her keen curiosity as to how the human mind worked. When she returned home from the library one day, she told her parents all about it. However, they were not too happy about her career choice. They discouraged her from it since they had already paid so much and invested in her path to stardom. She felt like she couldn’t say much, since she was still young. She thus strayed away from the topic and continued her lessons. When she got older and started high school, she was eventually offered a training program open to all students in her grade. The program stated that students could receive a nursing training certificate of completion by taking after-school classes every week until the end of the year. This would be great for her resume, and for exploring the interests she kept submerged for so long. Being excited, and hopeful, she rushed home and told her parents about the opportunity. They once again, rejected her coldly, but that did not stop her this time. She forged their signature on the parent signage form and enrolled herself in the program. To get money from her parents, she simply said she needed allowance since she was out taking vocal lessons all day. With that knowledge, and their influx of money, her clueless parents gave in. However, one day, everything fell apart. She was spotted by her mother while going to a café with her friends. Although nothing seemed off, her mother quickly realized that she was supposed to be in singing lessons at the time.
Her mom, waiting for her own friends to arrive, took a closer look from afar. She saw a medical textbook and her friends taking notes, discussing the assignments they had to do. Knowing her prior interest, her mother was furious. they would say things that would include the following words "how could you throw away everything we have built?? Why would you do this to your poor mother." But then, she shouted and yelled back, telling them that they have never asked her what she wanted to do when she got older. She was never asked if she wanted to take the classes, never asked if she wanted to throw away her free time to do something she never cared about. After screaming at them, her parents felt shocked by her words. However, this came out of her mother’s mouth as anger and upset. “How DARE you talk to us like this?!” After that, Huang ran out of the house in a flash, with her mother attempting to chase after her. Since her mother had already gotten old, she had fallen over trying to run as Huang escaped through the door. This led to her breaking her arm. Huang, clueless, had come home the next morning after sleeping at a manga café overnight. Her parents, with a sullen look, apologized to her, and said that they had realized their wrongdoings after everything that had happened. They regretted forcing Huang to do things she didn’t want to do, and realized they were blinded by fame. They unenrolled her from the singing lessons she hated, and promised to support her career journey, no matter what it was she wanted to do. They learned to be proud of what her daughter wanted to do with her life. They financially supported her throughout college, and Huang took care of her sick mother after she broke her arm, taking time each day to talk to her and look after her, since she no longer had extra classes to worry about. It had became her medical specialization – geriatric psychiarty. Huang knew she wanted to do something in the medical field ever since she was in college, she had always had an interest towards it. because she wanted to help people stuck in difficult mental situations, like she was. Her curiosity of how people operate mentally also contributed heavily to her decision. She attended college, focusing on getting a degree in Psychology, and eventually achieved graduation. She had obtained her license, she did a residency and successfully after many of years became a psychiatrist

What is your character’s medical specialty? Why did they choose this focus?
Huang specializes in psychiatry, She graduated college with an MD meaning being doctor of medicine. She mainly focuses on geriatric psychiatry which involves being trained in the mental health needs of the older generation. When Huang was in highschool her mother would get sick time to time and she would have to take care of her. She didn't have many friends, She always spent time at home watching television or trying to find something to do around the house like, cleaning. Huang, being in a nursing training program, had quite the fair share of knowledge to help her mother. She spends most of free time with her mother helping her find new hobbies and set goals to focus on. Helping her mother gave her more motivation to pursue psychiatry she mainly wanted to focus on geriatric psychiatry. In her later years of schooling she would find herself working in a retirement to help the elderly residents with their everyday tasks and had many conversations with them.. Many of them felt sadness being stuck there or felt mentally pressured with their lives. After consulting with them all at least once, she developed a sense of community there. It was there that she nurtured her interest of the field, and really decided to go through with it once in college. She obtained a Psychology degree and went on the path to become a psychiatrist so she could help even more people.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Huang has several work experiences in medical positions. During college, she worked at a retirement home, and although this is not a formal medical position, it helped her gain experience talking to others (especially the elderly) and allowed her to practice what she had learned in an on-hands environment. By communicating with all the residents, and fostering a sense of community, she created a positive impact. After obtaining her bachelor’s as well, she worked for a bit before pursuing her psychiatric license. She worked as a behavioral health technician, working directly with patients and assisting them with daily activities. Since she was not fully experienced and qualified yet, she was under the supervision of licensed professionals. She took this job at a hospital near her hometown and stayed with her parents to take care of them as well. Lastly, she also obtained some experience while doing her residency and obtaining her certifications after passing the national medical license exam. With her residency program, she received training in specialized care, along with general patient care. She spent four years with this program, attending it at a nearby hospital a few cities away.
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?

Huang Hirai, 5'9”, is a slightly tanned skin, fashionable, chic Canadian-Chinese woman. She had coarse, black hair, She would have long wavy hair going down her back, enhancing her overall stylish look. Her eyes were a brown color, as if you could feel them piercing through the back of your head from behind as she looked at you. Her build was slim and petite, yet her height gave her an intimidating aura that led to a sense of boldness and confidence. She would be seen constantly with the newest designer pieces of fashion, strutting as she walked. Her favorite piece of clothing is a black dress representing a clean palette and fresh slate to start her day on. Her favorite color was yellow, reminding her of the bright sunrise and fresh lemons, which was also her favorite scent. A perfume of lemon-vanilla cookies followed her path. Although her outer look was strong, her expression showed a sense of comfort and care.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Huang is a very professional person when it comes to work. Around the hospital, she prefers to remain her composure but also carry a sense of warmth and kindness with her. With her colleagues, she always remembers to greet them and ask them about their day, inquiring about little things to create a positive atmosphere. With patients, she keeps things small about her personal life when doing any the****utic work, but always keeps her ears open for patient concerns and conversations. Whenever walking past anyone in the hospital, she smiles and greets them warmly. The most significant thing she believes in when it comes to her work is that she must be confident in her actions, while also creating a helpful, positive environment. However, at times, she likes to make jokes with colleagues whenever the atmosphere is light, and of course lighten any negative feelings they may have while at work. Her priority is keeping everything professional.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Huang can function effectively on her own, and with others, but often times, she prefers working with others. Her experiences growing up have led her to develop a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills. On her own, she tends to keep a very well-structured set of tasks to complete each day and has her communication lines open and ready at all times. She can work quickly if needed, and complete certain duties within the same day when asked to if it is something urgent. Her shortcomings are more related to internal struggles, as she can seem fine on the outside, but on the inside, be very stressed if there is too much to do. She prefers working with a group because she enjoys taking the role of a delegator and distributing the tasks up. One of her favorite things in life is communicating and socializing with others, so being able to do that while working most certainly removes the stress in her head. She may not be a full leader, but even so, she can put her best foot forward and make sure everything gets done along with a leader in command. Her skills lie in making sure her own work is done while also checking up on others so she can keep working efficiently.
Thank you for reading! :D
