Backstory:
Born in LA, Stevie was part of a gang that was basically family. She was found as a little girl by one of the gang members and was treated like family. The gang member that found her left the gang to live a normal life. (I'm writing a book on Wattpad about her backstory if you want to read the rest but...) Basically Stevie and Josh meet up again and move to Japan to get her a proper education and stuff, but when they get there she isn't feeling well so they go to the hospital, and after about 3 months of trying to figuring it out, 2 over-night visits and one week long visit to the hospital, they figured out that she has Leukemia.
