A storage chest command for players to store their items.

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:

A lot of people are losing their items from their chests in their homes due to being offline and forgetting to renew their rents. I think that it would be really helpful for the server to implement some sort of plugin command that allows players to store stuff in an ender chest. A lot of servers have this command, I believe It's called /echest.
It would be very helpful for the players who keep losing their stuff due to rent renewal. It's quite stressful when you have spent so much money on items, then you lose them due to the rent.

maybe not an enderchest, but something like the evict system from FRP could work well. In FRP when you get evicted all of your stuff is thrown into a chest where you can only take the stuff out. This way whenever you would be evicted from an apartment, chests would all get stored in this evict system, which you could then access to move your stuff to a new place

You can' store everything in lockers, and not everyone can find people who will let them store stuff in their house.

This already kind of exists, there are lockers and chests for apartment's and possibly some other stuff that I don't know about quite yet.

Going into edit mode for a second and placing a chest for your stuff does not hurt. It is a well known problem now for people to be losing their items, people should know at this point to store their things form the risk of losing it. There are always lockers to put things in as well.

/ec or having a command to open a chest would cause a lot of problems. For example if the police want to search a suspect, they could easily hide illegal items in their ender chest before getting searched.

I know where you’re coming from, it isn’t a bad idea and could work with modifications. However u can always add someone else to ur edit mode permissions to place a chest down for you at last resort.

People will find a way to bypass it and hide items. . .it will be easier to just put a temp chest in ur apartment to put the stuff there.
